一个不及格的app
下了最新的版本，每次只有下载后第一次才可以正常打开，第二次打开就一直卡在初始页面无法进入。每次想要用，就必须卸载，重新下载，重新登录，看过往用户评论，这问题五年前有五个月前还有，现在也都没有解决。其他问题，比如内容加载时间长，用户界面差，也都加重了用户的不适。这是个没有进取心，不关心用户体验的app，我凭什么会信任这样的平台给我提供可靠的心理服务？

很失望在各种途径找到这个软件下载登陆 选到一个咨询师 准备了很久 价格不低 但是咨询师并不会处理 也不会沟通 只有我在重新讲述我曾经的痛苦 让我感到再次疼痛 咨询师只是看着我 我很后悔使用这个软件
预约提醒功能bug
暂停某次咨询后，提醒预约的功能会同步暂停，导致下次预约忘记，或者想要继续暂停才发现已经不足24h，此时遵守与咨询师的协议只能不咨询但付费，希望系统改进并补偿损失。

As a stay-at-home mom, I don’t have steady incọme, so I always felt therapy was out of reach. But this app offers a range of prices that I can actually afford. Now I feel okay doing therapy long term.
打不开app了
更新后完全就打不开app了，只能卸载重装再打开，如果把app后台关掉再开又是打不开的状态（只停留在app初始页面），现在续约只能去网站，网站也变得非常慢。

I set up the message about time changing. But the alarm start like 2 hours later let me loss my appointment. So inefficient!

Their free consultant service is the best in the world.
Way to go
Horrible user experience. Logs me out every single time when I try to do something like to take a test, to check/ save a name, etc.. Never get to see me results because it logs me out everytime I finish those questions. Frustrating to use, considering people who use it for helping with their mental health, I felt like a joke.
