Great app
I love collecting characters like cad bane thrawn and Anakin Skywalker so many cool designs for cards and tons of characters as well as ships planets and so much more Five stars though I would like a set like Star Wars black figures
Too many hoarders
Too many hoarders on this digital trading apps. That’s why cards sell out too quick.
Improved Season reward tiers.
Had a problem with game play last weekend. Customer Service addressed the issue Monday morning. Fixed the problem. Thank you. Odds for receiving tiered cards do not perform to stated odds half the time. But other than that this is a a decent app to collect Starwars character cards.
Annoying
I will be deleting after years of having this app, the sets sell out like its Black Friday??? Theres no point in buying a pack when every card but one or two is sold out what are they gate keeping for? The same sets stay out for weeks at a time but sell out within a few days its honestly just annoying. I probably checked 8 different sets and all were sold out so at that point im wasting currency to purchase base cards, thats so fun.
Glitches
Work bench and pack openings are super glitchy. Logs out account constantly due to inactivity although I open it all day everyday.

Absolute horrible! I can’t trade anything even when I have like 50 cards! I can’t do a single thing! Curse the creator’s, curse topps, this game sucks! I hate this game!

New update ruined the fun
With the newer big update that happened about, ehhh 4 or 5 months ago, it ruined the fun and experience of the game. Everything moved around it’s a pain to navigate through compared to the previous UI and layout. Another thing is when I try to close the app, it freezes my entire phone for 10 seconds and then my phone shuts off. They took everything we loved and made it 10x more difficult to get to missions, buying packs for the events etc. and it feels like a chore when I open the app to collect my daily and weekly missions. It’s just not as fun anymore.
Fanatics rebrand
Not user friendly. Very difficult to use. Trading is behind a paywall but will have some free auto trade options.

Multiple Collections
I’m new to this app and I’m enjoying collecting digital cards. But is there anyway to put the physical cards I own into the app? If not I think that would be a great way to bridge both forms of collecting. I can also keep a digital list of what cards I have in my possession that way.
Trading is Paywalled
I loved that I didn’t have to spend any money if I didn’t want to and enjoyed trading with others and building my collection. Now I can’t even trade with other users unless I pay a fee every 6 months. The app is useless to me now. Look at the recent reviews and listen to your users.
Not As Exciting…
I know many people were upset at the fact that you changed your interface and overall “look”. In my opinion, the “look” if fine. BUT, what you DID do was take a nice, sleek, FUNCTIONAL interface, and made it feel really REALLY clunky. I would look forward to doing events like ICONIC, where I could take my time and build up the cards needed to exchange. NOW, it takes WAAAY TOO LONG to get enough of those cards needed, MUCH LESS keep TRACK of them. It’s no longer fun for me, and I can do MORE collecting on Pokemon TCGP app than here. I’ll won’t delete entirely, but I’ve already given up collecting for the most part on this app.

In app purchase didn’t work, refused to give refund
My son, Moffball15, tried to buy gems. It didn’t work the first time so we tried 2 more times, and we didn’t think the purchase went through. I emailed TOPPS and they said to try a few things them purchase again. We tried what they suggested. It still didn’t work. I sent Fred at TOPPS an email with a screenshot of the error message. Fred said I need to click the “info” button so we tried AGAIN. Still didn’t work and he said basically he was sorry. Turns out it DID charge 5 times but we didn’t receive any purchase! And they won’t refund my money because apparently they “can’t.” They can take money from me, but can’t give it back even when I’ve been emailing them with proof for a week. Appealing with Apple now and then going to my bank. Ridiculous. Don’t get this game if you dont want your money taken.
Cool app
I like this app a lot but right now i am trying to get some packs but I have to wait so much for credits like I only get 4 missions a day and that barely gets anything and I have to wait 2 hours for more credits. But the upsides are it’s a fun collecting game with trading new sets daily and free rewards I highly recommend to Star Wars fans. But like I said too much waiting. And the rates are off I opened over 50 action figure packs the odds are 1 in 15 for a rare and ended up with 15 uncommons and no rares Also plz add more action figure cards

Needs Quality of Life improvements
Can we please get additional “bulk buy” options for sets, especially the Base Packs bundles? Having a 10x buy or a 100x buy option for credit (non-crystal) purchases would be great and prevent me from having to click the “1000 credit” purchase THOUSANDS of times! Additionally new UI is terrible. Now takes twice as much time to do something. Organization is awful. Clearly designed by someone who does not actually use the app.
Trading
I thought it would be a fun little game to trade with my friend until I realised I had to pay to trade £4.99 so I was sad 😭
Disastrous!
The new update takes a once creative and colorful app and turns it into a text based disaster. New card releases are now announced by lines of text with tiny thumbnails of the card barely visible….seriously a card trading app where you can’t even see the image in the Home Screen and news feed anymore?! There are so many things wrong with the update that I don’t think it’s salvageable. Just admit it was a mistake and revert back asap. I mean seriously who thought it was a good idea to make all the images so tiny?!
Fun but there’s a Glitch
I just came back to this app and there’s a Huge problem every time I try to look at the sets the app crashes cause now I can’t even look at the sets without the App crashing all the time Please fix this bug cause it’s soo annoying and frustrating. I found another frustrating and angering thing I am certified in another Topps app and I can’t trade come on fix this to.

New version is bad
I've been a user since week one 2015. This most recent update is the most over-complicated and confusing user interface I have ever seen. What should be a very simple and basic application has been transformed into a bloated rubix cube of user experience. Constant errors and crashes make the app experience WORSE. I just don't understand why they decided to "fix" what was never broken. So sad.
Apr/May ‘22 - review
Been using this app since 2015 - goes up & done in use-ability, the current UI is not very user friendly - also, glitchy crashes seem to be much more common than ever - needs an update please. Otherwise, great addictive fun!
Really poor update
Have played this for 8 years and it’s been great,however the latest update has ruined the gameplay,it’s gone from easy and simple to navigate to really complex and hard .it’s ruined.4 weeks ago it would have a 5 star rating and come play from me.
Despite my natural human response to change
Now I have been forced to explore more, I see some ways to appreciate the new platform. I hope you find a way to continue to fine tune, using the feedback of the end users.

No Help From Support
I would give zero stars if I could solely based on their "tech support". I emailed support several times to reset my password to get back into my game and I have gotten no response back. If no one is going to reply back with help, they need to have it where you can reset your own password.
Love the game wish they cooperated more cards
I’m an avid Star Wars fan it’s fun to collect cards and flex on friends but I wish they cooperated more legends into the cards like don’t get me wrong the collections we have are great but id love to see some cards dedicated to comic book characters or the EU like cards on Ailyn Vel (the daughter of boba fett) would be something id spend money on lol other than that great game very addictive
Not very friendly for new players
The rating system kind of sucks, you send a trade and people can leave you 1 star reviews just because they don’t want what you tried to trade them, Im a new player and I was just trying to finish a set, I sent a trade to someone with the card I needed including multiple cards of the same rarity they didn’t have, they declined which is fine but they left me a 1 star review JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT WHAT I OFFERED it’s ridiculous and just makes trading impossible for new players without ending up with a bunch of 1 star reviews, I’ve decided to not even try trading anymore which is really frustrating seeming as it’s a game entirely about collecting and trading cards
No prizes if you don’t live in the US
I’ve owned SWCT for a few years now and it’s really annoying to me that if you don’t live in the US, you can’t enter ANY of the competitions that are held on the app. Why not, Topps? Why do the rest of us have to miss out? We’d love to be able to win some of that really cool stuff, but we’re at the back of the line every time! I’d like an answer please!

The recent update causes all of the Topps apps to constantly crash. This went from a 5 star app to a 1 star app.

Not good enough!
I’ve been playing this game for a short while but I can’t sign up due to game crashes and now I can’t even log into the game, its overall a good game but these bugs are best to be fixed
Badly optimised
Can’t believe how badly optimised this is for a card game, makes my phone so hot when playing, struggles to load cards or pages. Also after almost a year there’s been no changes to the UI or anything.

Bugs and Freezes Galore
Ever since the newest update I can’t do anything without the app freezing and having to restart it. It’s bad when the central part of your app, the trading part in your name, freezes almost everytime you go into it. Restrting the app isn’t always a fix either. This is a card trader app you can’t reliably trade on.
Star Wars Card Game
Brilliant Game, I love how you can trade, collect many different cards and play with friends, but the one thing which would improve the game would be fighting with your cards to complete challenges and also make ranks.
The poor cousin of Topps Disney
I play the Disney, Marvel and Star Wars Topps Collect games and Star Wars is by far the worst. The odds on getting any really decent cards are very poor; it’s literally open pack-after-pack-after-pack or buy jewels. Been trying just now to get one uncommon Boba Fett card and I’ve spent almost 200,000 credits - for an uncommon card; of course I could just buy that ONE card for £3.49 though!

This is the best card collector of 2020!
I love the wide variety of cards from all the films and series! The cards are extremely detailed and easy to find apart from the rarer cards like the Fractured Mandalorian cards. All in all, this is an amazing app and I would highly recommend this to any Star Wars fan.
App needs to be rewritten
I am leaving the app due to the bugs. It locks you out of trading and then locks up completely. Reinstalling does not help and risks your cards. I’m on the latest iPad and iPhone with the latest update. Wasted money.

Hi, I’m an old player returning to the game due to getting a new phone. I used to play this game religiously, spending £100s in th process and collecting some really rare cards, lowest being 5cc. I have logged in to see I’ve lost everything. It’s a huge blow and really demotivating. I was so excited to return to the game and now I don’t really want to bother...
