What people like
- Works well when it connects
- Helps access blocked sites in China
- Good speed with no issues
What they complain about
- No free version available anymore
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Connection is slow and unstable
- Tricks users into paying for premium
Love it
I’ve used for five years
Now adddddssss 2 long
First of all you had the adds previously spot on. Not there out of CONTROL way 2 loooooooooog 2 many. Used to love this app when you had a service that let you use with reduced countries for free it work just great now all the adds just for 15 mins of vpn is crazy. Long time user but now I guess yet another app reduced to these measures it’s time for me to move on. DELETED and sorry cannot recommend it anymore.
FIX
it keeps saying it doesn’t work for some reason and I want to watch my videos please make this better thanks Kind Regards,Jack
Not working after the last update
I’m giving two stars for the good days. I’ve been using this app for years, and it was working great with the premium version. Unfortunately, since the latest update, the app has basically stopped working on both Android and iOS. It’s really disappointing to see an app that used to work so well become almost unusable after an update.
Fine
It’s fine but it takes like 2 minutes to go one YouTube. And I can only watch in 480p. At least I can watch it in China now ig.
T
Good job from you and your team thanks for the support
Scam
Even on the paid version the vpn randomly stops about every 30 mins. Total waste of money
Great VPN
Great vpn Would love to be able to add more free time than just thirty minutes at a time and have to keep coming back to the app, not sure if it’s just my app but would be nice to just watch a ton of adds in a row and have it on for however long
Poor commitment
False user addition and no support for premium users
nah
ts ahh bru everytime i connect 5 mins later it literally disconnects like whats the point??? slow af too
Reliable vpn
Worked when I needed it.
Ruined it
Took away all the features unless you watch 3 ads in a row to get 15 minutes worth of time, and it doesn’t even work at that. Really liked using this over the years but they got greedy and ruined it
Something is wrong
Can't connected for about two or three days?is there something wrong?
Shady
Was a nice vpn that was free. Few ads but I wasn’t unhappy because that’s only a given with free vpns and i was more than happy to support. Then, without even updating the app switched from me being able to use the vpn whenever at a tap to me having to watch an ad for 15 minutes free time that would run out and I would have to watch again and etc. I find this very shady thing to do.
Decent but…
VPN doesn’t even last as long as I would want
Good
Good
Not worth it anymore
Yea no. It was nice while it lasted. On to the next vpn.
Ok
Ok
Not that free…
Hey there betternet I have a problem you claim that your vpn has two versions free and premium I want to stick using the free version and I don’t want to spend money on a vpn that I do not need it keeps fixing be to pay for the prumiam version and it won’t let me use the free version it would be nice if you fix this problem so no other vpns are as good as your
Ads
I freaking hate ads and I have to watch 20 ads just to get 7hours good connection though

Loses connection
This VPN is good when it’s on. Whenever you turn off your phone, the VPN disconnect and to reconnect it, It takes more than a minute. You have to do that every time you turn on your phone and it gets really annoying.

Fantastic
Paid. Used to be good, now the worst
No free option anymore. Literally the only reason I used you guys, so well done developers! This kind of massive change in ideology to me means new management, so all trust and respect now lost.
Fab!
Fast Speed, No Issues!
Perfect
It was great until it became a subscription. I deleted
By the time it connected I had a job, a family and graduated college
The time for it to connect is ungodly in a bad way! It took almost a hot 20 seconds to connect and the connection speed isn’t even good!
RIGHT.
this is absoloutely anazing i love it and if you want it for free you might not think you can get it you js need to click on one of the little grey words that says like continue with no ads. then you will need to watch ads but absoloutely amaxing
Ads ruined it
Used to love the app but now it makes you watch ads if you don't want to pay for the vpn. And you still get only the features of unpaid users previously
Awsome
Awsome

Doesn’t work in China
While I was in vacation in China, this vpn didnt connect 3 out of 5 times, even connected it was really slow

Very good
Good
Good
Good for a free VPN
Unreliable connection, often disconnecting during use, requires an extremely long ad to be watched every time you connect, reconnect or disconnect. However if a you want a free VPN, it’s ok.

Absolutely horrible. Do not download. There’s no free version and this app makes you to pay to get the VPN. Avoid at all costs and find an alternative.
