Versione deficiente
La nuova versione non risponde ai comandi. Io pago per Libero Plus e pure mi arrivano annunci pubblicitari che non posso anulare. Vorrei sapere come tornare a la versione precedente, questa versione ha rovinato la App Vincenzo
Avoid if you value your time (and sanity)
I really wanted to like this app because I’ve used Libero for years, but the mobile experience is a complete disaster. Here is why you should stay away: • Constant Crashes: The app closes itself randomly, usually right when I’m in the middle of typing an important reply. • Syncing Nightmares: I get notifications for new emails, but when I open the app, the inbox is empty or hasn't updated in three days. I have to manually refresh ten times just to see a message. • Ad Overload: I understand free services need ads, but these are intrusive and often lag the entire interface. It feels more like an ad-platform than an email client. • Battery Drain: My phone runs noticeably hotter when this app is open in the background. It eats through my battery percentage like nothing else. Bottom line: Save yourself the headache and just set up your Libero account through the default Mail app on your phone or Outlook. This standalone app is simply not ready for professional use.

Mi sembra funzionare meglio, l’unica cosa è che non mi fa più salvare la mail come pdf. Aiuto!!🤷♀️
Sempre peggio
Da quando è stata cambiata l’interfaccia, da IPhone, fa fatica a caricare le mail, se le cancelli molto spesso “ritornano” se sincronizzi, e molto spesso l’app non carica nulla, bisogna toglierla dal background e riaprirla
Caricamento lento
Con quest’ultimo aggiornamento é diventato più lento è un peggiorata in generale e molto lenta a caricare mail e ad aprirsi. Poi anche per altro ho notato che é peggiorata, non si può ripristinare il corretto funzionamento?

Terrible app
App is becoming worse and worse! Email not loading, not receiving notifications, unable to open attachments. This is ridiculous, years ago the app was perfect, bring back the old app!! Very poor service, and unfortunately I’m still paying the subscription for the PEC email (certified email).
New Update
I was very happy with this til I downloaded the new version. Now I have a fixed notification number, as if ALL my e-mails are new, and even opening or deleting them the number keeps in being the same, on my home screen. I really hope a fixing updates is to be released very soon

Best mail App
Libero mail is the best mail App that I have come across, I used to have MyMail app but they stopped supporting my mail server and I lost a lot of important mails. Libero is just as easy to manage as MyMail but it’s faster and has better support. Libero app is way better and easier to deal with than gmail or apple mail app.

This app is so easy to use and has all the functions of its desktop version, very well done! Also, the “Libero” staff monitors any illicit activity and their system works very well!

Fino a pochi minuti fa accedevo da app senza problemi, aggiornata non entro più con la pw. Se fino ad ora funzionava perché non vi state fermi visto che non é la prima volta 🤬. Per inciso non va neanche riavviando il telefono 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible app
This app keeps failing. The account keeps getting blocked daily and I need to reinsert the password. After that, sometimes it works, sometimes the password needs to be reinserted several times. Often no access is granted for hours. Not good if you need to access emails urgently. I am thunking of transferring to another provider.

18 mail sempre
Uso libero mail da anni,leggo posta ogni giorno,cancello mail e svuoto il cestino ma ho sempre 18 mail da leggere che in effetti non ci sono. Gli aggiornamenti dicono di risolvere i malfunzionamenti…li effettuo ma ho sempre il problema.

Terrible app
Terrible app: the number of emails received is not showing up correctly, I cannot open attachments, when I send an email this doesn’t show in my sent emails folder, but it shows in the draft folders even after having sent it, I need to cancel deleted emails multiple times. I am forced to change provider.

Horrible app
Worst email app ever. Every time, I need to cancel multiple times emails before they are actually cancelled. Now it’s showing 5 unread emails though there are none and there is no way to get rid of it. Block sender and spam filter in the app don’t really work. Often interrupted by ads.

Il più grande errore della mia vita
È aver creato l’account con Libero quando ero piccolo. Hanno venduto la mia e-mail a centinaia di aziende e siti fraudolenti, ricevo spam in continuazione e ora l’app non carica nemmeno più i messaggi. Se potessi tornare indietro nel tempo, creerei la mia prima e-mail con GMail e salverei quel bambino da una montagna di e-spazzatura😖
Facile ed immediata
Una valida alternativa per chi ha bisogno di controllare l’email anche dallo smartphone. Rilevo la sola pecca di avere banner pubblicitari che si insidiano tra le email ricevute. Fastidiose.

Every update is a step back
Since the app was updated a few months ago, loading is very slow and at times I need to close and open again to receive new emails in my inbox. Not sure what the point of updating is if there’s no improvement.

Era ora! Finalmente posso controllare velocemente e comodamente le mie emails libero dal mio iPhone. Vivendo al di fuori dell'Italia con un'altro indirizzo email avevo quasi deciso di cancellare quello italiano! Ora invece sono felice! Bravi, buon lavoro!
Spam dopo spam
Nonostante la nuova app sia più carina della precedente, si frizza molto spacco nell’aprile e risponde alle email. Inoltre la app ora invita notifiche push anche per quelle email che sono state segnalate come spam, per non parlare delle inserzioni pubblicitarie. Tutto mi lascia perplesso sulla sicurezza di questa app.
