Parking redemption is inconvenient
In App Parking redemption is complicated and inefficient. We have to first upload photos of receipts, wait for the app to approve (which takes a couple of mins), tap parking icon to search for my car and insert my octopus number (who remembers their octopus number?? Esp when we use more than 1 octopus card), that takes up quite some time. Then we can finally redeem. If we can redeem at the counter, it can be done within seconds. The whole in App redemption procedure takes us 5-10mins especially during peak time, uploading receipts can take quite a while (sometimes the AI cannot recognize the receipts and we have to redo again). How frustrating. Please simplify the procedure or resume redemption at counter.

泊車優惠更煩亂！泊車$200以上可以免費3小時，並且可以分開最多兩張單！我有一張$191、另一張消費$98已經接近$300了，但係服務中心同事說低於$100系統是不能入機計算，真係荒天下之大謬！早知泊返Times Square 同廈已經有食肆，點解要泊禮頓中心尚要行去你其他商場消費？ 這些要求真係只有一個目的：趕客！

Terrible design
It only allows one app per car - so if two people drive the same car, tough luck. Who came up with this stupid idea?
Frustrating Lee Gardens & BOC Promotion Experience
The reward system is poorly designed! To get the rewards, uploading two bills without clear instructions to enjoy half of the rewards is ridiculous. Redeeming the other half at the counter is wastage of resources. The customer service was unhelpful and refused to assist me, claiming I didn’t follow the rules. This process is clumsy and frustrating. Very disappointed and angry!

Badly designed app
There’s no clear pathway to make a claim for the parking redemption. You need to memorize the arbitrary steps in the user journey, which is badly designed and counter-intuitive. To make it worse, the representatives at the customer services desk are impatient and appear to be fed up with the same question on parking redemption, as if it’s the customer’s problem in having difficulty to make a claim. Recommend: get a proper app designer to re-design the app.

Low quality service
Today is my first experience to try club but let me not satisfy. Firstly your staff not introduce what member right in club in details. And club area too small for gold card member. Let me no interesting on this area shopping. I also has harbour city member their club area is ok and has staff take the drink and snack to me. So i am so happy to buy expensive items to earn points for extend one year member.
So complicated
I bought something and got my regular parking redemption but then I cannot redeem membership parking? Then why did I bother buying something? Makes zero sense.
