What people like
- Very accurate weather forecasts overall.
- Great for checking weather along your route.
- Support is quick when they help.
What they complain about
- App crashes constantly when using navigation.
- Ads are stuck and hard to close.
- Updates often break the app temporarily.
Accurate
So far it’s been pretty accurate
Was good
Ads are stuck. The “x” to get out doesn’t work. Never seen that before. This is going down hill. Was such the best 14 day out forecast App for snow. Now unusable. What happened?
Widget
App needs improvement
I have used Morecast’s website for years before going on a road trip. I was excited to learn they had an app. However, the app crashes during each attempt to use the navigation feature. The main reason I use more cast to begin with. I will continue to use the website, but I hope they update the app soon.
Sehr schade.
Great for Motorcycle Travel
You put in your start location and end location, time of day you are starting, then it produces a map with weather at locations along your route for the time you will be there. Nothing better than that when motorcycling. That means forewarning of what is ahead so you can adjust your riding gear to prepare.
Broken on my iphone
I enjoyed the compare function and being able to switch timeframes on android
Schnelle Reaktion vom Entwickler
Nach Update innerhalb 24h wieder lauffähig! Danke
Navigation doesn’t work
App crashes when I open navigation.
Rev: Jetzt alles gut!! (Achtung! )
Has some potential, still going to delete
The idea is great, the app is garbage and constantly crashes. Literally, every. Single. Time.
Darstellung auf iPhone kaputt
Hoffentlich kommt bald ein Update. Wurde wohl nicht auf einem SE getestet. Jetzt wieder das alte Design 👍
Wasted potential!
This app has so many cool and unique features that would be super helpful, especially as someone who travels by car through the mountains quite often and needs to navigate weather ahead of time. It’s too bad it glitches out every time I try to use any of these features!! It’s in need of a LOT of bug fixes! And the screen gets crowded by ads! So frustrating!!!!!!
Bravo!
I want what this is supposed to do!
I want what this is supposed to do, but it crashes so much that it is unusable.
App
App funktioniert seit dem Update nicht. Vor Update hat es super funktioniert.
Great idea. Poor execution.
Each time I try to use the app it crashes. And it’s cumbersome to use. I wish the developer would re-map the app (logically) and program it with the user in mind. Maybe simplify it for all user-levels. Think how Apple creates products. KISS… So sad I have to delete it… again. I’ll check again next year.
Crashes every time
I just downloaded to check the weather on my trip. Every time I touch on navigate it shuts down. I try to go to settings and the main screen minimizes but not enough to change settings or do anything. I will also, just stick to the web site version. Much better than the app. What a shame it doesn’t work.
14 Tage Vorschau
I want to love this app…
There are so many cool features. But the main reason I downloaded was to be able to track weather along my route… every time I try to use Navigation the app crashes. Would be a 5 star if it worked like the website.
Wonderful potential, buggy
Love the web version of this app. Great for trip planning. Very stable. However, the app is very crash-prone. Keeping it installed in hopes of future improvements.
Super Dienst, Fehler sofort behoben
USELESS & BUGGY
I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. The app shuts down when you try to access the “Navigate” function. What a waste.
No anuncios
Siguen saliendo!! Por favor arregle eso! Gracias por su trabajo!
Needs lots of work
The app still needs a lot of work, I will keep using the website for now
Exakte Wetterapp
Web version is great, app version is terrible
I looked at this app for the primary purpose of being able to see the expected weather along a planned driving route. Google showed the web site as a result, and of the 5 “trip planning” services on the web I looked at, this was the easiest to use and had the clearest results GUI. I noticed they have a mobile version, so I downloaded the one for iPhone, since that would be more useful in the car. First thing that was odd was that the description text said “Free download, in-app subscription to remove ads” but the App Store button said $2.99. Apparently there *is* a one-time charge, plus the additional option to subscribe. That’s a problem. But since the web version was pretty good, I figured they’d have it right in the app as well, so I clicked and installed it for $2.99. Not at all as good, unfortunately. I encountered two main issues and then I deleted it: 1) The in-app ads are full screen and don’t seem to have a close box. I waited to see if they time out and close, but apparently not. So I had to shut down and restart the app more than once. 2) Every time I tried to set up the “Navigate” weather-along-route feature, the app crashed as soon as I entered anything in the starting location field. I could never get past that, and it’s the main function I need. So, one star for the mobile app. Four stars for the web version. Now I’m off the try to get a refund…
New Phone/IPhone 13 - Navigate Option crashes App
Used app for couple of years, love the Navigate option to see weather along route. Recent phone upgrade (13) this option no longer works without crashing app, otherwise would rate at 5 stars.
It could be good, at least usable
I downloaded this app to get weather forecast on my trips or along the route. To getting this option is like solving a puzzle. Then, if setting up trip starting and end is possible only if app is continue to work. Every time aap is getting crashed, re launch the app, struggle to get options and app crashes.....it might work for others, but on iPhone SE2 it is not working
Weather on route not working
It could be a differentiator feature but when I chose “Navigate” menu app is crashing 👎
Super
Trucker
The app closes so much they to fix
50/50
So this weather app specifies so much it’s on a separate class than other apps but DAM is it full of much needed bug fixes . First of all what’s up with the constant shutting down the app closes on its own at any given time .... already just a huge disappointment to such a well developed app. Second no zoom in on the interface at all can’t see under the top of the phone screen no need for that either. Setting function is limited to basically nothing expect for ( temp and unit of measurement) the list goes on but UBIMET you definitely have an outstanding weather app that’s convenient to planning for the month and as much as I want to purchase year package for removal of ADS!!! And premium usage I refuse with huge number of bugs and lack of user friendliness.
Love it
I find this app easy to use and very accurate
Just use their website !
App quits every time I try to put an address in to travel to and from. Video ads which do not apply to me are ridiculously long! I just deleted the app and will just use the website when traveling for now.
Buena aplicación
Buena aplicación
Crash
I use iPhone 11 Pro Max, i openned app crash crash crash
