Description
The Athlete app enables you to input information directly into the Kitman Labs Performance Intelligence Platform. Your coaching staff can request information about the workload you are performing and gather information about your general well-being or other relevant topics such as your recovery from injury or your reflections on a performance.
The app helps you perform a number of tasks:
Respond to RPE requests sent by the coaching staff
Complete forms assigned to you that day and well-being forms
Provide information on any individual training sessions you have completed (automate this task with Apple Health)
Set reminders to complete well-being forms and other tasks
Please note that Athlete is currently only available by members of sporting organisations that use the Kitman Labs Performance Intelligence Platform.
