Updating my response after receiving the feedback. The app does say Korean. I will access the English version from the web. Thank you. 06/08/25 I’m seeing everywhere that Hwahae is now in English but the iPad app is still in Korean. If there is an English version then the first question after downloading the app should be to select the language. I saw a previous recent review that said that you need a Korean phone number. Nothing wrong with that. I am clearly not the target audience and that’s okay. - 05/27/25

몇 달 전만 해도 포인트 되게 많이 주고 결제할 때 포인트도 50프로까지 사용할 수 있었는데 이젠 20프로밖에 사용 못 하고 포인트 적립도 예전의 10분의 1 수준으로 줄어들었네요.. 포인트 적립좀 많이 되게 해주세요..

This app is honestly really helpful to have but yes I do wish there was some sort of english translation even if it wasn’t that good. Better than screenshotting every page haha.

App requires you to verify your IF using Korean servcies which does not make sense for someone living in United States. Also, language should be available in the very first screen not after you sign up.

It’s my go to app for anything in skin care and cosmetics
I love this app! People need to understand that this is a Korean app and even if it’s available in other countries, it’s mainly populated towards Koreans (hence everything written in korean). I know that there’s a blog that explains things through pictures to help people understand.

this was my go to app forever for looking up ingredients in KBeauty prodcuts. they had both the korean and english spelling together. they remove the english now - PLEASE BRING THE ENGLISH-KOREAN format back!! kbeauty is so popular in the west and yet you took away the english translation. i have to click on each ingredient now to see it.

성분의 피부 안전성이 기재돼서 너무 좋지만 환경에 대한 안전성도 추가됐으면 좋겠어요. 웬만하면 마이크로플라스틱이나 생분해가 안되는 polymer 같은 성분들을 피하고 싶은데, 표기가 안돼서 매우 아쉽네요:(

I was looking at Chanel skin care and make up. The name of the product was in Korean only and it is difficult to choose the item just looking at korean. It would be better to include french/ english names of the product description.

Why did they remove all the English from the product ingredient and information lists??? What used to take me 2 minutes to read through an information list now takes me 20 minutes. Need more language options ASAP!!!

다른건 다 좋습니다. 근데 앱에서 홈화면으로 나가서 다른앱을 잠시켰다가 돌아오면 금방 초기화면으로 돌아가서 다시 원래 화면으로 가려면 또 찾아서 들어가야 합니다. 다른어플들은 한참동안 나가있다가 들어가도 보던 화면 그대로인데 화해만 1분정도만 안쓰다가 들어가면 화면이 초기화 됩니다. 그래서 쓸데마다 너무 불편해요. 그외에는 정말 좋습니다. 항상 참고하며 화장품사요. 감사합니다

Most people are unaware of harmful ingredients in the products, so this app shows ingredients which can irritate skin or cause allergic reactions. Overall, very useful app. The developers should consider an English version of this app, so more people can read and write more reviews.

화해 앱 좋은 거는 전국민이 다 알지 않을까 싶어요 👍🏻👍🏻 외국에서도 인기있는거 같구요 저는 개선됐으면 하는 점, 추가됐으면 하는 점 쓸게용 1. 관심제품 누르면 폴더 나오는데 그 폴더 순서를 사용자가 임의로 정할 수 있으면 좋겠어요 생성순대로 정렬돼서 좀 불편합니다ㅠㅠ 2. 네이버앱에서 사진을 분석해서 검색해주는 기능이 새로 생겼는데 그것처럼 화해에도 제품 사진만으로도 검색할 수 있는 기능 생기면 정말 유용할 것 같아요 이렇게 IT 기능을 결합하면 최강이 되지 않을각 싶네요 (이미 지금도 최강이지만요❤️) 좋은 앱 무료로 제공해주셔서 감사합니다 이 앱 없었으면 어땠을지.... 상상하기도 싫어요ㅠㅠ 민감한 분들 뿐만아니라 화장품 사용하시는 모든 분들께 필요한 필수 앱입니다!!!
