Just what I was looking for
Perfect free app! Easy to use & it even helps you add a widget .
Not worth it
Only lets you do a few and then makes you pay. Dumb.
Enjoy. But takes too long to pull up
Love the function. Want it to pull up faster than it does
Used to love it :(
I used to love this app especially to keep the excitement going for taking a trip to the other side of the world to visit my daughters but I’ve just gone back into it to add my next trip and now I have to upgrade to pros to add anything else. What a joke. Time to delete.
Great! Love it!
I love this app for countdowns so I don’t forget any birthdays or special events! It has super fun pictures and I love making it a widget! My only thing is that you can only have five events at one time unless you get premium.
Perfect App!
It’s free, and you can get up to 5 events without paying! Once you remove an event you have more space for another! My favorite part is you can recommend this app to other people, and it will give you free rewards! (App icons, up to 6 events, and free months of pro!) This app also supports widgets for your home screen, so you never forget when something is coming up! In conclusion, this is an awesome app.
My review
It’s good just has a limit of like 5 but I like that you can add ur own pictures
Super great!!!
This app is super great and handy, but when you put it in a widget the only problem is that you can’t keep the original colour, if the app colour is different. But overall super good
Countdown is incorrect
I love the idea of the app and I still use it in free mode and accept it’s always one date out despite the date being incorrect Disappointing when it tells me today is the day for something but it’s still a day off and frustrating that I tried raising the issue on Chat and just got an automated response I’m located in Australia so should be ahead of anything
Unable to get help, have a problem
There is no way to contact the developer; I receive a constant error message when trying to contact them through the app and there is no other option available for for help/contact except through writing this review. I bought the lifetime premium account because I was under the impression that I could stack an unlimited amount of widgets on top of each other, that’s what is advertised. However I can only stack 10 widgets on top of each other for some reason. I have tried multiple solutions including deleting all of the events and then restarting the Days app 3+ times and also restarting my phone. Regardless I still cannot stack the 11th widget AND multiple widgets inside the stack reset themselves to my first saved event. This is defeating the entire purpose of why I bought this app - is there a way to fix this? Also I wish there were more than 4 fonts and 5 colors. If these issues were fixed then the app would be 5 stars.
Love!
Love getting excited for upcoming trips and events!
Widgets don't work on iPad
I have this app on my iPhone and I love it. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying the premium and then downloaded to my iPad. It is useless here. All of the widgets are just gray and contained no data. I have been searching for a solution for over an hour, and I can't find anything.
Suggestion
I like the simple straight forward UI. A feature I’m hoping you can add is a custom time picker for reoccurring/repeat type events. For example I have a phone service plan that renews every 360 days. This would be very beneficial, also maybe custom alert sounds for different events or early notifications. Thanks.
Lovely but pricey
I think the app is lovely to look at and very nice but I don’t see what I’m getting for my money, £5.99 a month is a lot to pay when other apps do this for free? So what am I paying for?
Remove the AI nonsense
It’s a great app, except for the absolutely cursed AI descriptions it generates for your events. Very creepy and completely unnecessary.
Best countdown App EVER!!
When another countdown app severely failed me by deleting all of my events with an update, I immediately started searching for one that had iCloud backup and this one has got the bill so far.
Used To Be Good
I used to love this app but now it’s locked behind a pay wall if you want more than one event at a time. Most people at least give you 3. Time to uninstall & find a new one. Or just go without.
I just got it yesterday
I just wish I could make more events without having to buy pro
widgets don’t work anymore
widgets on both home screen and lock screen don’t work anymore - they’re just blank now :( can you guys fix this bug pls? ive deleted them and re-added them but no luck
O
Yes
Really good
I just wish the free version had more
Bad app
Doesn’t do what it claims! Waste of money
It’s good
It is a wonderful app and I love it I just wish you can make more plans without having to pay for to plan more plans.
Nope
I don’t like the fact that you can only have a few events for free. The paid feature should allow you more stuff that just adding events.
Subscription charges after first few events!!
Used this for over a year now. Went to add my next few events and it wants me to pay a subscription fee of £5.99, apparently thats with 70% off too. I really liked this app too, but with the cost of everything else in life right now, i just can’t justify paying for a list. Great app though while it was free.
This app is fully worth your time!
This app is not like the others. You are given the option to make your own countdown, and that’s specifically what I was looking for! Not only does it give you the option to make your own, it allows you to add this countdown as a widget to your homepage. I tried many apps and they would make me pay to add the countdown to my homepage. But this app lets you add to your homepage without paying which is one feature that I wanted! I definitely recommend this app as for all the features that apply to what I wanted!
Ads
Having an add pop up on my widget countdown is insane. 😂
Limited days on free version
I love the look and feel of this app and the intuitive photo suggestions. However it only allows five entries in the free version.
Limited features
App is very basic. Wish their was more sizes, layouts and more customization
Was amazing but now doesn’t work
So been using days for a while now for a few events. After paying for it after the free trial. Worked amazing for months and now for the last week or so. It’s not counting down on the widgets on the Lock Screen and then the others are just showing as black boxes. I tried contacting support but takes me to X (twitter) 🙄 - I have since found the support chat and the bot told me to restart the app which I did. It didn’t work. I have managed to get them back now by uninstalling and downloading again. I lost all my events in the process so have had to redo everything. Basically start again.! So have changed it from a 1 to a 3 star
What happened to widget function?
This app was perfect until widgets started malfunctioning a few weeks ago - now they don’t work at all and it was one of the main draws for me! Can you fix this? Update - Found response from support (thanks!) in my spam but regrettably the problem got worse after the most recent update (used to have a couple of widgets greyed out, now they are all greyed out). :(
Having countdown hours is a premium feature
What it says in the title.
Could we either have emoji colours back in the widget or allow for longer titles, please
I really love the app though, it helps me to look forward to things
Not really a countdown
Overly complicated for the wrong things. I just want a simple countdown that will list days, hours, minutes, seconds to an event I can set the day/time for. Can only countdown days as a whole & not very versatile with the countdown. May as well just use a calendar
Has potential
It’s an ok app but a bit confusing to use and update, with no obvious way to get the countdown info displayed where it would be useful or easy to find
The best!
I absolutely love this app! The widgets are so great to keep track!
Doesn’t work correctly
Adding one widget worked very well and looks adorable but when you try to add another, it does not work. I tried the force quit I believe and turned the phone off and still nothing. Please fix this as it would be nice to be able to utilize additional widgets.
WOW
This app is amazing but.. After you install 5 of your digit count down thingys you have too pay too install more but I personally think that it should be free all the way so if you have could change it I would give it a defiant 5 because I love every single little thing about this app!!
Would be a great app if you could use it for multiple countdowns
Found this app really good, except for when I wanted to create multiple countdowns. It won’t allow you without paying for it. But if a shame.
Please update
Please update.. widgets won’t works anymore just comes up as a grey box and countdowns aren’t displayed. I really like this app but can’t use when it’s like this
Quit asking me to review the app
Quit asking me to review the app all the time
Not very helpful
Avoid using this app cause there are no options to use free, only paid options are available.
Was good but then pointed off countdowns and have to pay for more than three now
Moved to another app.
Buggy widget
The app is very well designed but after few days from adding the widget to the widget list, it stops syncing the correct days of count down and the only way to fix it is to delete the widget and add it again, and even with this fix, it stops working again after few days. Currently have iPhone 12 Pro with IOS 14.4.2. I’m hoping an update in the near future will get this bug fixed.
Good
It says I can put two widgets on my screen but I can only put one
❤️ this app!
I love this countdown so much! It is very user friendly and helps me remember there is something to look forward to!
Doesn’t recommend
Only lets you put like 4 dates then makes you pay if you want more. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
iOS 17 Incompatible
It's been working great for a while, but with iOS 17 the widgets now reset to display the next upcoming event (instead of the ones I selected) each time the phone is restarted. Please fix!! Great otherwise :)
Not made for iPad
One of many apps not made for iPad but for iPhone. Annoying to have poor graphics on ipad
New update
The new update means that the widgets don’t work at all, they just show grey, even as of the 12/11 update, which is frustrating because I really liked them before
