Customer service
None responsive when getting reading you should never receive yes or no answers when the customer is asking for a detailed reading. Customer service does not help you have to call your credit card company for a refund also if you do not give them permission to play back your reading it a lawsuit. Thank me later
Iphone x user
Its a good app you have free 3 questions and prices are legit Please update UI for it to match iphone x and above using on iphone x Would give 5 stars if you update
Unfair and disappointing
Unfair that it’s not a minute by minute basis because you have no idea who you will connect with or not. Once you pay 5 minutes and you’re not feeling a connection or the reader is accurate than you just lost your money and have to sit through a reading you’re not feeling. Seems like a money grab. Also frustrating that there is no queue to speak with the favorite/popular advisors. If you weren’t the first caller it’s extremely hard to catch a reading with them. Also, when reading the reviews, it often gets mixed in with other reviews from different readers. Very unprofessional setting.
Disappointed
For the past 3 days I had issues from drop readings to a psychic doing my readin while shopping and they won’t refund my minutes or money I’m very upset and I love many of the psychics on here 😞 please refund my minutes
Reading
Some of them give great reading and some don’t and some of the stuff happens there a few good read I love ….
All Frauds
Not one of these ‘psychics’ are legitimate. The reviews are fake and often you’ll see the same reviews posted on each profile. Scammers. This all should be reported for credit card fraud.
My review
The app is ok, but some of the angel line are fickle and not as good as other angels.
Answer was blunt
The answer had no thought or time put in it at all. Not even sure if they read the question properly. The app works ok, just the replies need improving.
It’s ok, hit or miss at times
Forget the ask an “angel”. I’ve gotten many rude and incorrect answers. For example: I was rudely told I was wasting my time with one guy, he wasn’t interested in me at all or lost all interest in me....4 years later guess who I’m still with? As far as the psychics, read the reviews, I found a couple legit ones and then some rude ones that gave me the run around. Owen is great!!
Amazing!
accurate readings
Disappointed
The reader logged on and said she will be back shortly and never came back . I was charged for absolutely nothing.
Love this app
Hi I love this app but i’ve learned to ask questions late at night to get an angel that is really nice and explained because there are times when I send a question in the daytime and I get a response or they talk to me as if I am ignorant and I just like reassurance sometimes I repeat myself sometimes I will ask questions over and over just because I like that reassurance but sometimes some of these angels are not the nicest people but I’ve talk to some psychics and really nice ones in the nearest one time I got one that just literally sat there with nothing much to say she just kept asking me is there anything else is there anything else or anything that you can tell me like I was asking you if you see anything in the near future that’s good and she really didn’t have anything to say sounds like that was a bit a waste of money but other than a few mishaps that I’ve had majority of the time I get really good angels and super sweet take their time and explain things and that’s why I keep coming back for them.
Spoke to a man named Karen in C.S
Every time I call customer service they hang up on me. I find it extremely unprofessional. I’ve been with them for 4 years and this company is getting worse instead of bettering itself. I’m highly disappointed in your customer service. Karen is a supervisor or so he said and was extremely rude!
Keeps crashing
The app itself is pretty alright. It would take forever to hear your talk with the psychic. As well with the new update it seems to crash all the time and have me keep pressing the app to no avail. I have to take off the app on my phone and redownload it again.
Finding hope Here is helpful
Thank you for doing your best to reassure us there is hope 💕
Big joke
Can’t even complete sign up. Won’t let me put in star sign.
Good
Very informative
?????
It says every month you get a free question. I have not yet got it. I got the free ? When I installed it but that’s all. And now it’s June and I deleted the app. Cause it was not giving me a free one every month. When I emailed them they gave me a question free but so u need to Email them every month?
The good and the bad
I have had many readings on this site with a variety of psychics but only TWO of these people were legit ones. I know it because predictions and timeframes were astonishingly accurate. Some of the psychics I have talked to let a lot to be desired: RUDE and not very professional. Sometimes I could hear lots of background noise: traffic, small children, etc. Many of my reviews were never posted online. Customer service was not any better in addressing these issues either. Anyway, in spite of all this there are legit gifted professional caring psychics in this site you just have to be lucky to find them.
Best way to start my day
Love the inspiration
The price is misleading:
When you sign up for a psychic it says it will be $3.60 a min. But that is actually the lowest price your reading could possibly be. To get this price you have to buy I believe $80 worth of credit at once. If you only spend $19.99 on a meeting it will still be exactly 4 mins & 59 seconds. I think the latest person I have been reading with is highly accurate but she’s also extremely long winded & wastes my minutes just by talking about nonsense until she focuses again. & I also imagine there other readers are really good too. But it’s kinda pricey to keep trying different readers constantly. Especially since have to spend at least $19.99 whenever you use this app. There are cheaper sites but the only problem is I feel this one has the best psychics.
Free angel readings
I have to contact customer support every month the receive these, they should be automatic. If it wasn’t for that it would get more stars
App stopped working
So I’ve had this app for a couple of years now. However, recently it stopped working and I’ve tried to delete it and get back on and nothing. It stopped working after I purchased to speak to the angel and it charged me but I haven’t been able to use my points! It’s very annoying and I guess now I won’t be able to use it again! And they stole my money!
Worth it
Honestly I’ve been through so many rude responses but I’ve also came across a good person/angel! I’ve taken advantage of the free questions but I really really have no one and they’ve been there for me and responded non the less. And to me that made them amazing. I’ll miss the Angel service. I’ve felt like this app has been my friend and friends go through things. I really appreciate them ❤️
Rude
Asked the Angel questions and they were extremely rude & told me the reason my ex broke up with me was because I did a lot wrong. Never will use this ever again
App review
The app is okay overall, The psychic readings are definitely overpriced, so I settle for the questions. I have a lot of problems with typing in my questions when talking to the Angel... it doesn’t show exactly what I’m typing before I send the message. It’s just a slight inconvenience. Probably a bug that needs to be fixed, I suppose. The Angel is extremely vague and gives answers kind of like a fortune cookie.. not very detailed for the money you pay. Also it’s the only app on my phone that continues crashing. I’ve tried reinstalling it, and it constantly crashes on me. So annoying and such a shame because I really liked the app otherwise.
Love it
I love the app, and I love talking to the angels but however I have ran into some very rude angels, one angel told me that I am confusing them when all I did was ask a simple question, and they said it was a conflict between me and that person and when I ask did I do anything wrong? They say i don’t know go talk to them and they was done answering my question for now, I find it kinda rude to tell a customer that especially if you getting paid to ask questions, but other then that I don’t have no complaints.
You need to update the app and get better psychics
They are very rude during the day, I just got told I need to go to work because that’s how money is earned. First off I take care of my disabled mother and therefore I cant go to work. And second off all I was explaining my struggles. Now let’s say if you ask a question in the middle of the night they are very nice and not rude. This app is not worth it at all. There have been many other times that I’ve been talked to very rudely.
Review
I use to like to get your monthly tarot cards email and that stopped randomly. Other wise I enjoy reading my horoscope daily. 👍
Bug issues
Good app , but the app is now closing out each time I try to log in
Such a waste
Don’t waste your time on this app. Will tell you what you already know and responses are more like toxic positivity. And according to these reviews. I thought I was the only one with the condescending and rude responses. They should not be in business if that’s they’re going to talk to customers. If you want toxic positivity, just go talk to a crappy person.
LOVE
previous written message (that was somehow saved: Predictions came true, love how I don't have to pay anything. Love talking to the angle <3 present message: still love the app even after they started adding payments and talk to the angel. sometimes the answers are cookie cutter but you can tell when a message resonates with you or not. overall love the app and recommend :)
FAKE
The angel DOES NOT LISTEN OR READ YOUR QUESTION TO EVEN TRY TO GIVE YOU A ANSWER AND THERE IS ALOT OF FAKE READERS...
App issues
I purchased a 10 min reading and my credit card was charged but didn’t receive the 10 minutes. I emailed them but no response or solution. I’m disappointed.
Unprofessional disrespectful
So over this app and it’s so called raggedy ass angel very rude and once you call them out on it they play victim and act like your the problem waste of time If you ask me don’t waste your time buying anything
