Please fix bug
Application repeatedly says I have not submitted report for months/years prior to my even having downloaded it. Please provide a way for me to delete those bogus requests. Thank you.
Field Service Calendar Needed
Really nice app but still missing a daily Field Service record keeping calendar. Thanks!

Profile miss match
The software somehow puts some one else’s profile and I can’t delete it or change it.
Problema login
Da app permette l’accesso solo da account Apple e Gmail. Bisogna cambiare permettendo l’accesso con credenziali
Updated talk outlines
Some talk outline titles are not up to date. How to update?
Great app but please make a calendar where we can write our service time
Great app I like it works good but I think a good extra feature would be to add a calendar where we can write the amount of hours we did service. Or maybe instead of a calendar something else. Thank you.
Can not gain access
The both links provided by my congregation secretary result in the following error message below. Invalid Invitation The invitation you used is no longer working. If you already used it on another device, ask for another invitation to link a different device. There does not appear to be a work around to gain access. Additionall, it seems an unwise idea to have all congregation publishers information on an outside source. However you have to go along with the arrangements.
Cart witnessing
I can’t see our cart witnessing location on the app. It was there before.
Why cant i sign out?
Want to use this app for two of us in our family, have to use 2different email addresses to do this, but i cant sign out of app to login as different user. Anyone know how to do this?
New update is disappointing
The friends who do not have newer devices cannot get the full benefit of the recent app update. It does not not give them the option of just checking the box signifying they participated. It’s the same format as it was before.
Great program
Having been an hourglass user for a few years as CLAMO then secretary and I find it easy to use. I’ve never seen even a glitch that wasn’t user error. I appreciate the developers progressive upgrades to it and their timely response to any questions I have.
Update breaks Missing Rpts
This update breaks the missing reports section. All pubs show up Unassigned.
Pls add calendar function for assignments
This application is a start in the right direction. It seems to have the potential for managing a number of tasks. We also use Territory Helper to digitally manage our territory assignments. It has been great especially during the pandemic. Our group uses HourGlass to manage cart witnessing assignments. The time slots can be as long as 3 hours per shift. It would be great to have the ability to import assignments to our calendar (all versions) as reminders. We are busy people. Some in our group have signed up and forgot to show up, often leaving a couple to cover a shift all alone for up to 3 hours; a long time to stand on your feet without a break. Keep up the good work.
Difficult to Find Support
After using other apps for congregation oversight, I have to say that Hourglass is not the best, but not the worst. It takes too much time to figure out how to make things work due to a lack of support documentation, online or in writing. I have figured out how to accomplish much of what isn’t documented but still cannot figure out how to select the items on the dropdown list for cleaning assignments. It seems to default to FSGs, but I need to assign multiple groups or all groups for thorough cleaning assignments. I am hoping that this message gets through to the app developers.
Excellent App
We really enjoy and use this tool a lot! Please keep up the good work! Something we would like your help is the recording of the date when updating the territory house you visit. The date does not change unless you exit the application and ‘refresh’ . But going one by one, is difficult to keep track of which one has been changed as the date is not immediately recorded. Please work on this. Thanks!
It will not work
After download it say hit the link app button but their is not one . It then stays at the report screen and spins
Adding Time During the Month
I know that this app is a great help to field service group overseers and secretaries. I find it easy to use, once I have my totals for the month. However, as far as I can find out, it doesn’t allow me to keep a running total of placements, RVs, and hours. I currently have to use another app for that. Having the ability to enter the various placements, hours, etc. during the month would be a huge advantage.
Good app with flaws
This app works well for submitting time. However I’m having a weird issue where I can no longer see my groups service reports. At one point I could enter in reports for ones in my group who don’t have the app but that disappeared. And now I can’t even see the group anymore. I’m not sure why.
Don’t use NW publisher
These brothers runs non profit and ask nothing for these of the use of the software. It’s a way for them to give back to Jehovah’s Organization
Quem sabe o segredo?
Parece que fecharam a gaveta e jogaram a chave dentro!
Cannot view publisher information
As the secretary, I find the new format to be frustrating as I can no longer see the option to edit a publisher’s information after it's put in.
Can you make the icon look nice?
Its brown and matte where every other app is colored and shiny. It stands out in an unpleasant way.
Excellent app
Great app helps stay everyone unified and organized. Is there any way to have a PDF or Doc of the MONTHLY chairman’s schedule? I know you can do this for standard schedule but my body wants a chairman outline for an entire month as one document. Can this be a feature considered to be added? Thank you

Great App Would like sync option
I currently have hour glass on my android cellphone. I would however like to install it on my iPad with the ability to sync the two. Is this possible?
Hour Glass
Dear Developer, The Hour Glass application has proven to be a "Help" as a Jehovah's Witness. Proverbs 25:24,25 says, "*Better* to dwell on a corner of the roof Than in the same house with a quarrelsome {"nagging."} wife {referring to: {"Better to dwell on a corner of the roof Than in the same house with a quarrelsome wife"}; "[Better to dwell in the wilderness Than with a quarrelsome *[*Or "nagging."] and irritable wife." The REPORTS that we count on prove to honor Jehovah and Jesus Christ in the Kingdom/Government of the Heavens as we Jehovah's Witnesses make Reports For one another for the building up of Their Christian Congregation worldwide. Will you consider adding a counter to calculate minutes along with hours? To, a Yearly and Monthly tallying is best for we Jehovah's Witnesses of the WORLD HEADQUARTERS OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES IF WARWICK, NEW YORK. Thank you for Your Consideration, S. DeLine Lee, Jehovah's Witness Bedford, Texas 76022
Love the App
This app is very easy and convenient to use, just one suggestion. Inside of the new custom tab could you add an (all) tab along with the elders, servants, pioneers? This way we can send mass direct messages to the entire congregation. Otherwise the app is the best…
Obrigado.
Great overall with minor wishlist items
This is obviously very useful, especially if you’re the congregation secretary. One thing that would vastly improve this is iCloud backup or some other backup that would prevent the need of having to register again through the administrator every time you change devices. This is a bit of an inconvenience which could be fixed easily.
It is ok...
Do not get. Waste of time.
It’s been great. Have a suggestion.
This app has been great and easy to use. Now that hours are only reported if you are a pioneer, I do suggest an option to choose auxiliary pioneer per month for those single months where the friends do it. For example when the CO visits and the friends do the 15 hour option auxiliary.
GREAT APP BUT A PROBLEM
IT WORKED GREAT IN THE PAST, BUT NOW WHEN I TRY TO SEND, IT SAYS URL..NOT FOUND…HELP ! I RELOADED EVERYTHING TWICE. STILL SAME PROBLEM
No send button
Good app for recording monthly time but does not work on my iPhone 8+ iOS 13.3.1 beyond recording time. App on my phone only has Save to click on and not Send to click on.
GREAT APP
Thank you so much for this App and the new update just provided for reports to be submitted! Keep up the great services provided for the brotherhood!!!
Como o secretário obtém acesso?
Como o secretário obtém acesso?
Reminder needed
I love the app but I still have to call around to remind. Would be great if a reminder was sent on the last day of the month and the first day onwards until the time was actually inputted.
Where is “the Link”?
I got to use this app for about 3 months and today I tried to get in but app is non responsive. Took it off, uploaded again but wants me to click Link...where is it? I can’t find it. Thank you very much!
