Been playing this game on every iPhone since 2020

Bad update
I’ve played this game a LOT and I’ve spend some money on it. I enjoy getting the month long 20 gold bars a day deal to play the events they have. A few days ago I repurchase the daily gold bar deal for the events and today I start the new event. They no longer use the gold bars??? And there’s virtually no deals for the new “jewels” used in the game. It’s turned into a bad money grab at this point - very disappointing.
Watch out for Ads
Started out really enjoying the game and mechanics but after about a week of playing, I started getting ads and I had to delete it.

Why?
Game used to be a ton of fun and played it a lot years ago and I don’t mind are popping up here and there since the game is free. However it seems to be riddled with ads now and I can’t play it anymore without being connected to the internet? Wish I could download the same version I had all those years ago.
Fun but the ads…
So what I loved about this game is that the ads were a give and take system. Watch an ad, get a boost, or a box, or more angels and what not. That was fine, I’d gladly watch an ad for a tangible bonus. Now that I’m FORCED to watch an ad to look at the managers list, now it feels intrusive and completely breaks whatever desire I had to play this game. I get a free to play game needs to have ads to function but you had a good system, please don’t force ads onto your players.

Open the game load into the game open managers, ad. It’s like they want you to watch an ad before you actually start playing their game. Disgusting. I am currently at level three trying to get to level four I have no other way of getting XP other than to pay real money to get a mini juicer box. That’s the only way I can level up. I can’t unlock other worlds like the moon because I have to pay real money to level up. This is one of the most cancerous games I’ve seen. I used to play this as a child, everything used to be free. The game is not good enough to justify this many ads.
Loading issue
I played this game on console i really like it but on mobile it doesn’t load like the bar gets to 70% and slowly progresses but just doesn’t move once at like 80% full and it just doesn’t load pls I rlly wanna play this fantastic game

To many adds
I used to play the game and my time ago, at least then the ads didn’t seem like there were so many. You can’t even go into managers without ads half the time. I got to the end the last time and then when I down loaded it this time I had to start all over. That’s fine but with the number of ads, I just deleted it again. Takes away the fun.

I used to play this as a kid and to come back to the same game is really cool and refreshing. It doesn’t force ads down your throat, they are very optional!!
Used to be a great game
I used to really enjoy Adventure Capitalist, but the forced ads have completely ruined the experience. Ads used to be optional. You could choose to watch one in exchange for boosts, tokens, or other in-game rewards, which was completely reasonable. Now you can play for maybe 10 seconds, click to hire managers or purchase upgrades, and suddenly you’re forced to sit through an ad just to keep playing. There’s no choice and no real benefit for watching it. I understand developers need to make money, and I never had a problem with optional ads that rewarded you for watching them. But forcing ads during basic gameplay makes the game more frustrating than enjoyable. It’s disappointing because this used to be a great game.
Why?
I wanted to open up the upgrades/managers option and I am required to watch an ad just to play the game. Please fix this
Used to love playing this game
I used to love playing this game until they shoved ads down your throat. You want to level up? You have to watch 4 ads with a cooldown of 2 hours in between and play their stupid fruit ninja mini game (if I wanted to play fruit ninja, I would download fruit ninja), which gives you 10-20 keys per play, in hopes that you get 100 keys for a box. The other game they have is completely rigged in the bot’s favor. We aren’t allowed to place tiles side by side and still get the bonus, but the bot can. Not to mention it knows every move you make and responds to that. Complete that quest and you level up. Even if I paid for no ads, I would still have this problem. I miss how this game used to be

Good Game, but…
This game is great, though the level up system is blocked by a lack of gold availability. I’m constantly stuck for days trying to scrap together gold to buy vaults, I speed through the other challenges and then it’s right back to the same problem
Forced ads
It was great until they introduced forced ads (which are also unexpected) when trying to do things such as tap on the managers tab. The other AdVenture games are also a lot better. Also, there’s a bug in one of the minigames which has been around for a couple of weeks but they don’t seem to care too much to fix it as it apparently affects a small number of users. It wouldn’t matter as much if they had some way for the game to check whether a game has been completed before taking the currency, as right now you’re out of luck if it happens to you.

Das neue Update hat am Spiel nicht viel verändert… nur die Optik ist ein wenig neu. Dazu gehört auch die Darstellung der Beträge. Das mach nun aber überhaupt keinen Sinn mehr. Bitte gebt mal einen Hinweis wie dieses Zahlensystem mit den Punkten und Kommas funktioniert oder setzt es wieder zurück auf das System dass die ganze westliche Welt nutzt.
Completely incredible game and incredible team behind it.
Love love love this game for over a decade now, and it is truly one of the best. They listen to player feedback and update the game accordingly, and they even sent me items that I had lost from failed phone backup. Truly incredible team behind it and highly recommend this game as it’s the original that other games try to replicate and fail at doing so.

I get optional boost ads but ads just to open your inventory ads just to upgrade your actual character if I can’t play the base game without ads I won’t play

Used to be good but now it’s just poorly made and ad-centric
I was a bit surprised upon downloading the game again to do another play through after I finished it last year, that the game now focuses on ‘goals’ which accelerate game progress massively to the point where the whole selling point of the game is completely diminished, a free 30 minute time warp every 2 hours, and ads when you try to open basic game features, such as the managers tab. Not fun in the slightest.
Wouldn’t load
Spent 5 hours waiting for it to fully load never did made me crash out but I have to say the ads made it look cool even though I never got it to load searched up why it wouldn’t said I had to delete and reinstall so I’m doing that says I have to wait 2 hours

I really enjoyed advancing through this game and found the events and rewards really fun. Recently to just buy upgrades or managers I’m getting ad pop up and it makes the game completely unplayable so I’ve deleted it.
Not a bot review
Honestly this game is pretty good it is quick paced like the demo with quick advancements but not as fast you’ll see some hiccups in progress no ads so far which is rare to see and honestly but I wouldn’t be surprised if they ran it up your but with it later on but good game overall
Why add a exit button above event goals
Seriously why fix something that isn't broken. The developers thought it would be a good idea to put an exit button in events where the goals button would been previously meaning literally every other tap hits the exit button. This is really pissing me off. And not forgetting the greed of having to watch 3min plus ads for extras, just sheer greed. Why not have 30 seconds ads like other decent app developers. Use to be top game, now not so.
New update ruined my favourite game
I’ve been playing this game ever since I first saw it on kongregate. But this new update just ruined the flow of the game which is one of the things that made it my all time favourite. Once I buy let’s say 100 lemon stands, the achievement notification pops up and prevents me from accessing the menu. This completely disrupts the flow of me playing the game. Please dear developers, change it so the achievement only pops up the first time you achieve the threshold. Much love!

Used to be great but ads ruined it
Update from developer response: I already paid for items before. How much should I pay before this game is playable again? $10 $20 $30? This is such a lazy response. There are dozens of reviews like mine. Stop being so greedy and role back the forced ads to just play the game and maybe you will get your fan base back. I don’t mind watching an ad every now and again. Do better devs and grow a spine and stand up to monetization of every game. I’ve watched dozens if not hundreds of ads since 2012 and spent $10 on this game and their response is spend more money or watch more ads. So hours of my life and money are not enough. And no I will not make another monthly subscription to play a mindless game for a few minutes a night just so you can pocket some more money from anyone who is dumb enough to pay it. Ai can make this game in ten minutes with minimal work without ads. This is so unjust I will never play a game by your company again. It’s a shame because I showed this game to a dozen friends in college in 2016. ———————————— Original review There used to be ads when you wanted to double earnings. Now it’s when I open managers or upgrades. I can’t even play the game without first watching an add and they are 60 seconds long. it’s way too much. Roll back the ads and it will be good again. I enjoyed this game in the past. Tried it for a couple of days, enjoying it again, watching ads for some bonuses like faster production or whatever, which is fine as those are my choice. Some of the ads are far too long, or even don’t end so you have to restart the app, but whatever, overall it’s not too much bother. Suddenly, after a few days they start adding in extra ads, where you get no benefit from watching. After closing the app a couple of times when these pop up, it gives you a notification suggesting you pay to remove the pop-up ads. It’s absolutely predatory. Trying to get people hooked on the game and then making the game a worse experience unless you pay. No word on it being a trial without these ads or anything beforehand. Disgusting technique. Uninstalled and wishing I could get my time back.
Not working after IOS 16 upgrade
Have been playing this game for a few months now - really enjoy it. After updating to IOS 16 I can no longer get into the game

Fun at first then gets boring and slow, horrific privacy policy
Very Fun for a few days then game play just slows way down after a week or two (Duotrigintillion angels) in an obvious ploy to get you to spent gold then eventually get you frustrated enough to part with real cash. Removed the game and left it for years. Reinstalled and baulked at the invasive privacy policy, immediately uninstalled. Thanks for being upfront I guess, but yeah, nah.
