La aplicación funciona muy bien, lo que permite tener todo a la mano, sin tener q solicitar nada, además de toda la información que aporta, cuando pides cita, estás en espera o pides documentos.
Fatal
No permite el registro. Nadie responde. Completamente inútil. El chat no lo responde nadie tampoco.
Excelente, pero con una mejora pendiente
El app médico del Hospital IMED es una herramienta destacada, con una interfaz intuitiva que facilita la gestión de citas, resultados de exámenes y comunicación con profesionales. Además, permite almacenar documentos clínicos, como recetas e historiales, lo que simplifica el seguimiento de la salud. Sin embargo, falta un paso importante: la integración con el app Salud del iPhone. Sincronizar documentos clínicos y datos médicos con esta plataforma centralizaría la información, mejorando la experiencia del usuario. Con este ajuste, el app del IMED sería aún más completo y conveniente. ¡Una pequeña mejora que marcaría una gran diferencia!
No funciona - Problema después de Update?
Desde ayer, después de actualizar la aplicación, no funciona nada. Está bloqueada: no puedo acceder ni a mi perfil ni pedir una nueva cita.

La app funciona bien pero cambié la contraseña, me funciona en el ordenador pero no en la app

Your chatbot is useless.
Since the app rebranded, I haven’t been able to add my child back to my profile, the rebrand wiped out my data. To fix it, I need to update the phone number linked to my child’s account (mine changed in the meantime), but that requires human support. Every time the chat escalates to a human, I wait forever, then when someone finally joins, they clearly haven’t read anything I already typed out (multiple times), and they leave without resolving anything. The contact form just loops back to the same broken chat. If you can’t build a functional support chat, at least offer email support. Right now there’s no way to actually get help.

Por favor arreglen el acceso a la app, es fea pero para gustos los colores, pero que puedas acceder, ni historial, ni DNI, ni correo, unifiquen que que no falle, no empañen el estupendo servicio médico con una aplicación
Auto-checkin no functiona
I love to use this app to set up appointments and not wait in the queue to the reception. But the last is impossible now - autocheking doesn’t work, app shows error and advise to register via reception

Можно удаленно записываться! Можно видеть всю свою историю. Быстро переключаться между аккаунтами, например, чтобы записать детей. Даже очередь показывает!!! Сколько человек осталось перед вами. Правда не всегда) очень нравится!

Selección del centro no funciona y no puedo pe
Unable to login
After going to an IMED clinic and adding the receptionist for help. She managed to trigger the reset password flow. I did manage to login 1. The next day it was no longer working… useless

The app is useless because it is impossible to register despite entering all the correct information. It just keeps saying it’s encountered an error.

I have tried repeatedly to add my patient number to the app., but each time it says there is a problem. Therefore, the App is useless 😡

I have used this IMED app for years. I just got a new phone and the app only shows up Benidorm and Teuluda so I can’t see my history or make appointments what I’d happening
Un desastre
Por favor escuchen a las chicas de recepción lo que reclaman. A todos nos pasa lo mismo. Anda FATAL. Quiero cambiar una cita que ya tengo pedida y cuando le doy a confirmar al horario nuevo me dice que no, porque tiene que haber separación de 10 días (que separación Si justamente estoy CAMBIANDO esa cita?) Luego también sucede que pides una nueva cita con tal especialidad y te cancela otra cita pedida con otra especialidad. Cualquier cosa. Por favor corrijan la app porque es cansador tener que llamar todo el tiempo.

La aplicación es correcta para su uso, el calendario para citas inaccesible
La aplicación es fácil de usar y entender. El problema reside es que la mayoría de las veces los calendarios para consultas de especialistas salen como completos (o bien no disponen de servicio…) y es imposible reservar una cita. Desconozco dónde está la causa raíz del problema, el resultado son clientes insatisfechos y descontentos.

Klantonvriendelijkheid bij COVID-19 test receptie
17 juni 2021 hebben wij ons gemeld voor een COVID-19 test. De receptioniste genaamd NADINE behandelde ons zeer klantonvriendelijk en was niet geneigd ons uitleg te geven welke test nodig was voor een vliegreis naar Nederland. Een aanwezige medecliente constateerde eveneens de klant onwaardige behandeling was bereid ons te helpen. Compliment: de dame welke de test afnam was zeer attent en vriendelijk.
