I’ve played this game with my brother for years. We played before there were other shapes and I bought the full game when it came out- we both did! AND I got it on my iPad for my little sister to play. But I got a new phone and for some reason the restore purchases didn’t work so I bought it again. A few months later my phone was stolen and I had to get a new one. When I went to restore my purchases AGAIN it didn’t work. I’d be lying if I said I want to spend 5 more dollars after paying $15. This game is awesome in long or quick car rides but if they could fix that bug it would be a perfect little game.

Connectivity Issues
Great game overall, with the free version you only get one game mode and the square ship but thats enough. Problem is connectivity issues with other players occur very often.

Great game but one suggestion, maybe instead of having to get full game to play game modes, make the “play for free, watch an ad for 3 plays” unlimited not for a limited time.
Doesn’t Connect Anymore
We used to love this game when we got bored at family gatherings, but suddenly it stopped working and we can’t connect no matter what wifi we’re on

I enjoyed playing this game with a friend until it wanted permission for personalized ads, and due to age restrictions I couldn’t. I wouldn’t even mind if they were regular ads, just to keep playing. Or just make it $0.99, it’s just not worth 5$.

Among the countless trash games and scam apps is a diamond in the rough that even Robin Williams would be proud of, the only reason this game isn’t 10/10 is you need a friend like me and if you’ve never had a friend like me then your out of luck and after paying 2.99 it would be nice to be able to at least play defend single player considering the tutorials have functioning bots you would expect to have a normal bot version of the game modes but maybe one day!

What’s better than a simple to play, app where you can quite literally dual, see what I did there, your friends. A charming game that I’ve owned for a few years not to mention its mere $3 subscription that offers more than it should for its high value. Would recommend.

me and my friend were trying to play this at school and we couldn’t connect to each other. We both have ios devices but it wouldn’t let us on bluetooth even when we were on the same wifi

Personalized ads
The game is good except for the fact it forces you to turn on tracking for players under 18 using iOS devices we can’t turn on tracking because of age restrictions. Pls turn off personalized ads.

No family sharing?
Bought the full version to play with my 10 year old son but he has to watch an ad after every 3 games. Uninstalled and reloaded through family sharing but it didn’t change anything. Not thrilled.
A hidden gem
TLDR: please update the game!! This game has such a cool concept! Most multiplayer games have the same game rendered on each person’s screen, but DUAL requires you to put your phones together to make the game board. I wish more games had this. However, as the only game of it kind that I can find, it does have a few vital flaws. First, for this game to TRULY shine, there has to be a large player-base. I think some strong advertising would’ve been highly beneficial to the game’s health. It’s not too late to do this, and I’m going to do my best to make the game go viral on YouTube. We’ll see how that goes lol One of the biggest issues with the game right now is that you cannot play solo. I have a couple of ideas on how to implement this. First, there could a be web based online multiplayer option. This will be played in portrait orientation, and you would control the bottom half of the screen. We know this would work because the tutorial uses a similar method and people seem to engage and understand. Another idea for playing solo is a concept I like to call adventure mode. In this game mode, you can work together with a friend or play solo while collecting some sort of currency to upgrade your ship. I think it would be really fun if you could carry your progress from solo into multiplayer. That way you and your friends could prepare before getting together to fight the boss on level 30 that you’ve been struggling with. I’m not sure about all the details, but it sounds like a really fun game mode to have. Those are a few ideas I have to revitalize the game. Overall, this is in my top three mobile games of all time, so if anyone knows how to get in contact with the developer, I’d love to interview them.

QUESTION FOR THE DEVELOPER
Hi, I would just like to start off with the fact that this is a great game. I would be willing to pay for the full version. Although, if I do, It appears that if someone is playing with the full version against someone who has the lite version, the one with full version has all the ships and the other one is left with nothing. I’m asking, can you allow sharing ships if I buy the full version and play with someone who does not have the full version. Can you make this happen? Allow sharing all the ships with the friend your playing with in duel mode. (ONLY WHILE PLAYING WITH THE FRIEND THAT HAS THE FULL VERSION, WHEN YOU STOP PLAYING WITH HIM/HER, YOU WONT HAVE ANYTHING) Because right now, you can play the game modes with a friend, why not do the same with the ships as well!?! So in the end, it’s kind of useless to have the full version, because your going to want to play with the default ship just to make a fair game with your friend, if you don’t, you’ll just have all the ships against the other one that only has the default, quite disappointing. Im sure if you would do so, MUCH more people would buy the game. Please, I hope my message is clear enough. If there’s anything you don’t understand, let me know. Thank you for reading my message.
