Can’t get logged in
Hello! I created an account and paid through Apple, but cannot log in except through email. There is no customer support available through the app or the website.
Age of Dogs
Your site provides great information about the background of each dog. If I could make a suggestion, however, could you please list the current age and pounds of the dog?
Just get PetFinder
Most of the listing just link you to PetFinder for more info. Not sure if that’s due to my area/region or what, but I ended up deleting and downloading PetFinder instead and saved myself some clicks and redirects. Seems like a nice app otherwise.

Im finding my baby through We Rescue App. What a Lovely way to help find your fur family without scouring through some of the mess of ill advised junk on internet.

No listings or at least barely any. Also, how do I unsubscribe from your premium? It isn’t worth it.

Constant freeze
This app is good when it works, but it will often freeze up often making it unusable at times.
Good idea in theory
If the shelters actually updated these posts, and actually had descriptions and whatnot on Hereee, it would be amazing. That is not the case for the dogs available near me.

A terrible app to find a pet
Requiring an account to search for pets is simultaneously appalling and laughable. From one software engineer to another, you are a joke at your profession.
Doggies
My goodness there are so many dogs that need homes. I wish that there were more smaller ones in the picture section because they’re the kinds that I can handle for my size. I hope they all find their forever homes. I also like the learn section because I found that those tips for when you bring your pet home to be helpful.
Old old posts
Look at the date of these posts, these dogs were posted on rescue sites way way earlier than this app. You would be better off going to the sites themselves.
Where does your pet data come from?
Pet data seems to be the same as the petfinder app, so I’m using petfinder instead

Every dog I tried to look at had already been adopted. The listings are not updated promptly. Waste of time.
Great app overall
good app could use some improvements, but it is great and helpful so good job.
Step backwards
Found our dog on this last year. Downloaded it again to get a playmate. You cannot share animals you find anymore. Also the clear the shelter feature is broken. If you choose not to share your location but instead manually enter your zip. Clicking search does nothing but give a pop up giving you a short info promo on what the program is. Searching for breeds is a pain. No longer can you enter the name manually. You must scroll a list of 500 breeds to find what you want.

I do love this app but the one thing I don’t like is that you can’t search any animal up just by Thor name you have to put in their personality so this app is not my favorite

I’m finding they are helping me to find the perfect dog for me. A small, female, mix breed lap dog.
Don’t waste your time here!
I’m sorry to say but this is a dead end site if you’re looking to adopt a pet. Very disappointing to have spend our time filling out requests over 5 days, and not even one email or call back of acknowledgment. No body ever picks up the phone and writing an email goes to no where. This app will be deleted and never again. Such a disrespect of peoples time when you’re offering a kind gesture. It just seems as everything now in life, if you pay for a “VIP” service, you will get treated with interest.
Can I share a rescue animal?
Hello! Really like this app but I must be missing how I would share one of these adoptable animals with anybody else? I don’t see a button where I can send all the details of a specific animal to others. I try to send folks to the app store to download the app and then look for the dog, but it would be great if it were more simple. Thanks!
Used to work
The app used to work just fine. Now it requires you to provide user information and the filter does not work at all. Wouldn’t recommend, use petfinder.

I am very impressed with the work you do!! I have always had 2 dogs with me. My black Labrador (Samantha ) dyed 2 years ago. I still have Jack my Jack Russell for almost 10 years now and we are so broken hearted over Sam!! Jack was a rescue dog! I just found out he has Cushing syndrome. I am older but another dog would give me pep and I have a lot of love to give!! I love dogs and they love me!! I like big dogs! Although I love my Jack with all of my heart. I am looking to save a life!!! God Bless all of you all!!

Waste of time creating a profile. App is a piece of crap and doesn’t load.
password problems
for some reason the app logged me out so I tried to log back in but it kept saying that it was incorrect but I use the same password for everything so I’m not sure why it isn’t working, then when I clicked forgot password nothing happened so now I can’t get back into my account because it won’t let me reset my password

Lots of animals and an alarming amount of accuracy! ❤️ There have been 1 or 2 problems, but they always are fixed ASAP with AMAZING customer service, always reeling within a couple of hours 😍 I would highly recommend this app, if your looking to rescue, or just look at cute animals this is the best app for it! Which is also completely free 😱 THANK YOU WE RESCUE!!!!!

Hoping to Adopt, easy to use app
I love this app! It’s simple and easy. I’ve been searching for a good dog for years! two years ago I had a little dog named Joey that my mother gave me for Christmas, to my dismay I found out he was a result from puppy mills and passed from a sickness he had since he was a baby. Im making sure to never get dogs from mills. I’m glad I’ve found this app and now I’m hoping to adopt a dog named Tapatio, I’m in love with his little character! My family is thinking to adopt one of his siblings too. Thank you for making this app and looking for a dog easy!

Best Dog finding app ever
Me and my family have been trying to find puppy’s on all different apps, but none of them were quick responses. We decided to get a different app (this one) and it was the best decision of our life. We put an application in and minutes later we got an email saying we were pre approved and would have to wait till the morning. We have the most amazing dog now 💕
2021 - Requires Account To Browse!! OUTDATED / LONG GONE INFO
8/2021 - Still an awful app! Requires signing up for an account to browse adoptable pets. Prob still tons of outdated info too. Looking for dogs, the top results were “available 3/2019,” — more than 9 months ago, with descriptions that say “Adopt ASAP, in danger of euthanization.” LAME! If all you are is a platform with no way to ensure provider info is up to date and dogs that show up are actually still adoptable - let alone ALIVE - shame on you. Junk app.
Dog adoption
This app was straightforward and easy to use.. which was helpful in finding the perfect animal to adopt. The only criticism I have is that I wish the picture frame wouldn’t be a slideshow.. I rather it just allow us as the user to flip through.
Needs account
You should not require any of my information to allow me to browse the dogs. If your goal is to help the animal then make it as fast and easy as possible to look them.
