Slow game play!
Not only is this gameplay slow and lagging. Every time you do something an AD plays, then you almost can’t get out of it in time to make a play. AD placement is garbage so I’m deleting this!

I used to rate this app 5/5, but today I decided to play and $250,000 was unfairly taken from my account. I switched tables looking for a pending game; the moment I switched, BUT DID NOT PLAY, one of the players that was currently playing tonk’ed out and won. When that happened $250,000 of my earning were taken. I did not bet and I did not play! I tried accessing support, and there is no support available. I want my earnings to return back to $9,450,000!

The core gameplay is solid and the app isn’t buggy I like the game modes and the coin system is stable. However the ads in this game makes the experience sour very quickly. I’ve played this game for 2hrs and 1.5 of those hrs was spent watching ads. Before the game during the game and after. When you click the “pay to remove ads” button it’s just a never ending loading screen. Look I get that ads produce revenue for the company but if it comes at the cost of player retention then it’s a losing battle. U can’t get paid for ad revenue if nobody is there to watch said ads because the extreme excesses of said ads runs your player base away. Just an fyi. I know I’m gonna get feedback from the company saying something along the lines of “thank you for your feedback, we’ll bring it to our team and see how to fix it in the future… blah blah blah”

This game has the most intrusive ads I have ever experienced in a mobile game. It literally shoves ads in your face DURING GAMEPLAY WHILE YOUR TURN TIMER IS TICKING. I’d give it zero stars for this alone if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Annoying Ads
I used to truly enjoy Tonk prior to all of these annoying ads that interrupt your game. They are extremely long and almost impossible to close out. You click on the X and it routes you to the App Store in the middle of you playing your hand. Either being skipped for not playing a card or timing out leading to you losing. So basically what’s the point in playing!!

I’ve won the tournament and didn’t get paid out for winnings. Also I don’t like how you can’t leave the game without being deducted 5million chips. Plus you still get charged for glitches. Can’t talk with support. U have to fix these problems please. I buy chips also with real money please help

Bad ad timing
The ads make it difficult to keep playing. They pop up after every hand and sometimes they are so long I miss my hand. One time I even got kicked from the table. I understand it needs ads to make money but the timing is not great. Use shorter ads or something.

Been playing this game for a while. Now all of a sudden everything is wiped clean like i never play this game before

This game would be a lot better if ads weren’t spammed every few seconds/minutes trying to get people to pay $5 to remove ads. It’s been times where I was removed from the game because I couldn’t get past the ads. I had 3 different ads thrown at me at one time which costed me a match.
Delay in the game
I have had this happen a few times, I'm waiting for the game to start them when I think it's starting I get booted from the table starting I didn't play and I'm out of the coins that were used. This needs to be corrected

Too Many Ads / Missing Chips
This Ap is great except for the all the ads that pop up in the middle of the game one after another. Not only do they pop up but if you don’t click the X several times the game continues and you lose your turn. This also makes it really hard to leave the table because at the end of the game the ads play during your chance to leave the table and then you are automatically being dealt a new hand by the time the ads are over. Also, a few times I quit the game and when I opened the app back up I had like half the amount of chips I signed off with.. I think the game keeps you on a table if you try to close the ap while an Ad is playing..
