faster than food panda
my experience was good, i don’t understand why y’all rating this app very low, this is much more faster than food panda, also the delivery fee is much more affordable 😆
Fix custom order
No options to remove drink of fries, I only want the burger…
Doesn’t work on my end
I’ve been trying to re-install and log in for weeks now but still doesn’t work. I’ve also tried creating new account but it’s still the same, It doesn’t work at all
BAD VERY BAD
I honestly expected better for this app, i mean it has good discounts and all, but they should definitely work more on the delivery because the tracking is not well, and it's hard to contact your delivery rider. I have placed my order, and it the progress was still not moving after an hour. It says that my order will be there for the number of minutes, and then it'll be back to the last progress. That happened more than 1, and it sucks because of how it made me assume that my order will come, but then it did not. I received my order for almost 2 hours. This app sucks.
Cancel mcdo deliver ph
I cant login nor sign up every time i put my details it’ll just say “something’s wrong try again” and when i ordered in guest mode and put my address it didn’t work.
Mc donalds Baliuag Bulacan
Bilis ng delivery nila. Ewan ko lang sa mc donalds nyo 😅♥️ good job baliuag ♥️♥️
App broken
Can’t even enter my cell number to sign up. Just has +63 in front of the number and no version of my Maryland phone number is accepted.
Why is everyone rating bad?!
B
Incomplete Order
Ordered a Mega Meal but didn’t receive the sundae. Not sure if it was the rider’s fault or the branch’s, but either way, I had to mention it here since the app doesn’t let me message or rate the delivery separately.
No option for gcash???
Please fix. Option for any payment other than COD is not available even after reinstalling the app
Great app!
So much better than before! Better UI and simple and easy to use
overcharge
this app overcharges for pickup. you can save money just by ordering in the store. what’s the point??
Not allowed to change birthdate?
Everytime I scroll down to December and 2000, it just goes back to the current date.
need to update all the time
why do i always have to update the app once in a while to use it???? as if it’s a major update
Always hangs
Always hangs and suddenly sign out
good
ye!!!
Another great milestone for mcdonalds
Creating a delivery app to make it harder for users to order food. Such a great idea! This should be marketed as a diet app
Good
Gooood
App is not working properly
Takes time to log in. And does not have an update map.
After latest update, it crashes!
whenever I click the "add order" button, the app crashes... This was working before the latest update... Now, this app is useless... Fix it asap pls.
Horrible
App doesn’t update where your order is and it took an extra hour for us to receive my order :///
Good app
Works and gets it done
NEEDS UPGRADE
Been using this app for how many years pero talagang kulang sa update. Ang bagal. Mag-iiwan ka lang ng review sa food nag eerror pa. There were times na need install-uninstall just for it to work again. Kung hindi lang fixed delivery fee neto hindi ko gagamitin. Sana mai-upgrade kahit grab or fp quality ganon.
Adequate
I usually order online so as to get everything correctly. For some reason, a person still has to call and confirm your order. Which is strange. Why have an app at all?

New User
Just downloaded and used the app. Too early to complain or make suggestions. But for now...Nice!
Always have a problem with the cashless pay mode
Most of the time you won’t see the credit/debit button menu.. I hope you fix this problem cAused it’s kinda diss appointing.. thank you
basurang application

Useless
Why does it always show I don’t have an order in my order tracker when it charged me?
Terrible App, very inconsistent
Many times the app crashes or delivery is unavailable. Now, when I go to my downloaded phone app, it keeps asking me to upgrade to newer version of the app... problem is I like many people don’t have iOS 13 plus. So the app locks up and won’t let me use my original app.. so I purchase food elsewhere now!!
They don’t take credit card
So it’s pretty much useless unless you have cash. Very disappointed
Discounts
There is no option to use two or more privilege cards. Whenever I highlight one card, the other gets removed. I was told by the agent to use the web version instead, but there’s no option to checkout! Both versions are extremely faulty. There’s not even a hot choco option. I hope you just bring back ordering thru phone!
Good Idea, App still not ready
App Crashed many times. About 9 attempts before completing the order. Please improve app. Once fixed, this app will be helpful. Thanks
Scammers
Took my money, but did not give me my food. It’s been 24 hours. Can’t reach customer service through the phone and I emailed mcdonalds, but I got no response or solution to this. Please do something about it
Crashes
Cannot be counted on. Latest version a little better, but still slow and buggy. According to my history, this app just updated again. If anything, it's worse than before. Freezes, random crashes and discontinuity between app and online account. I'm ready to give up and just find a computer to sign on and order online. Running an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3 so it's not as if I'm overtaxing my hardware.
