What people like
- Finally lets you customize your sound
- Sound quality is really pure and good

What they complain about

- App crashes or does nothing at all
- Support won't help with refunds
Something
It’s alright
Worthless
Only has a couple of volume controls that you have on the earbuds, otherwise it tries to duplicate your interface to Apple Music. The controls on the earbuds do everything I need, why would I ever use this app, let alone pay more than $10/month for the premium version. Every time you open the app, a screen comes up demanding money. It is a total pain to have to scroll down on that screen to say no thank you. All pain, no gain. I just deleted the worthless app.
Beats
They are wonderful earbuds, but they just so happened rov
Paying??
Why do we have to pay for everything? We already pay for the 90+ dollar headphones so now why do we have to pay for the subscription to make them better? This app ISNT that bad but it still makes me pretty mad.

App doesn't do anything
I was overcharged $ 49.93for three months premium was supposed to be $24.99. Oh and once installed the app does nothing. No sound adjustments at all. No volume boost. Completely worthless app i want my money back absolute bs

Don’t waste your money.
If I could give negative stars I would.
Great
Perfect
Not That Useful
Too many features require a subscription. I already spent all this money on your earbuds and now you are squeezing me for another $3 a month?
Pure Sound
The sound is pure. When I have my solo pros on its heaven.
So far, so good!

Love
Not good to have to pay for essential extras!
I have to walk dogs and am not happy with the fact that I need to pay to have transparency to keep me aware of the surrounding noises and safe on the headphones! Other companies offer this for free! Not good Apple/ Beats!

Don’t know how to use it
How greedy can you get
A subscription, for headphones, really? Why not just add a subscription for using our ears at that point, need subscriptions because business is not doing well, I can’t imagine why
Bass booster good app

Good
Won't let me do anything till I write a review
Does nothing unless you pay $100 a year
$24 for three months of what?? The only thing it does for free is continually prompt you to pay for 90% of the features. It will boost the bass pr volume or whatever, but that’s it. No equalizer, no volume increase, and the other things it offers to do if you pay aren’t really useful for anything. Can you not own anything anymore?? I’m willing to pay a few dollars for an app that was likely created without much effort by a professional anyway, it shouldn’t cost much at all, like a CD costing less than $2, jewel case, artwork and all, and then marketing it for $20-25 at a tower or FYE or someplace. It’s a ripoff, don’t bother downloading it, it’s a waste of time, you’re going to just delete it anyways and by then, it has your data. It’s junk unless you think spending money on nothing at all is worth it.

Good
Too Bad
Too bad you have to charge for all of the things other headsets come included.
Superb
Let’s check it out!
Crash
App is still crashing at some specific songs
Seem to have a bug all the times
All of the songs stopped until 3 mins, which cut out most songs? But still an useful app!
