Uygulama için
Dear Turkcell Kuzey Kıbrıs Team, Currently, there is no option in the mobile application to purchase or activate prepaid packages. We kindly request that you add a “Prepaid Packages” section to the app. This feature would be very convenient and useful for prepaid customers. Having to visit the website every time we want to purchase or renew a package is inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be much easier if users could purchase and activate prepaid packages directly through the mobile application. Please consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you for your attention and support. Bu uygulama içinden Ön Ödemeli paket yükleme işlemi yoktur, bunu sizden rica ediyoruz uygulamanin içine Ön Ödemeli Paketler seçeneginide yapin. Kullanicilar içinde bu çok uygun olucaktir. Yoksa her defasinda web sitesinden yapmak çok zor oluyor. Lütfen buna bi yanit verin. Teşekkür ederim.
Paying the bill
Completely and utterly rubbish service . After the update I can no longer pay with the app. It drags me to one of their branches to make a payment.

Uygulama hata verir
