Bug
PCR
Good app! Simple and straight forward. Love it!
Annoying
Too much data input to simply book a court
Gotcourts
Super App, unkompliziert und einfach gestaltet
Traduction
Great app for booking tennis courts
Great straightforward app to book tennis courts & sports sessions.
Sehr schlechter Support
Wenig Plätze in berlin
Go courts bookings
Such an easy app to use. I use this app every week to book tennis courts at my local club. Its honestly so so easy. Never had an issue.
extremely poor costumer service
Terrible costumer service. They haven’t refunded me, and it takes them a week just to respond an email. I am yet to hear from them about the follow up
Reservation klappt
Schnell, einfach
Works fine
Does what it does no problems
Use the website, the app is too difficult to use
I really don’t have the time needed to use the app. I play twice a week at the same place, at the same time, on the same court (unless someone else has book it). But it’s super frustrating trying to call up the sports place in the app. And if I manage to scroll through the available times, 8 times out of 10, Google maps to shows me where the place is. I really don’t know which type of player this app is made for… but it’s clearly not for regular players like me. But it’s obvious, that poor ratings are just ignored, because it hasn’t been improved upon.
Praktisch
Keine Probleme beim Reservieren.
Tennis price expensive
Tennis price is very expensive
GotCourts
It works😊
Nice and quiet club
I love playing here, it’s tucked behind a residential area and surrounded by trees, when I play can relax at the same time. It’s a barebone club but that’s all I need. Courts are all seasons so that’s a plus too, I managed to start my season in March ! The surface is not my favourite, it’s carpet with synthetic clay, it’s quite hard to slide and doesn’t give a nice bounce on the shoes.
Buchungsapp
Sehr unerfreulich.
Improve payments method
I was very happy to discover this app to book courts for my choice of sport (Badminton). The process seems easy and uncomplicated. However, I feel the payment interface could be improved. Most apps these days accept PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit cards. This app only accepts credit cards? Plus, the request for credit card details looks very rudimentary and raw. I do not feel assured that my credit card details will not be stolen or abused.

Kartenzahlung
