User Friendly
This is very easy to accomplish tasks.
Loading
This app opens 5% of the time it never loads no matter how good my WiFi is. It’s fine when you use it but that doesn’t matter if it won’t open.
needs one tweak
I miss the calendar with the running balance. The new cash flow feature is difficult to add income, from what I can see. I have regular direct deposit marked as pay check or payroll, however when I go to add this, I cannot find my most recent direct deposit. There are also a few expenses that are like this. My monthly automatic withdrawal for my life insurance is an example. For a at the moment status of balances, the app is fine.

Feeling a bit down using this app. Where is my account numbers? I need this information as Im joining the law enforcement and it’s required and I need it to give to my other jobs employer for direct deposit

Current balance should be the main/ larger amount shown, not next payment amount.

Easy to find what you’re looking for. Lighthouse Credit Union is probably the best banking institution I’ve used.
Put it back to old view
The most recent update is terrible. The app font now looks awful and cartoony, it is difficult to read the account screen and numbers. The home screen is clunky and too busy and annoying to navigate. It looks like it was designed by a teenager. I used to just be able to see all my accounts expanded on the main home screen and now you've created an extra unnecessary step to go to another accounts page. The accounts page is terrible all the numbers are in different size fonts which makes it extra annoying to read. Stop changing things that were working fine.
Transfers
The transfer window hardly ever drops down with accounts you need to transfer to and from… fix it please

Would prefer not to see all my accounts at top of screen. Don’t want to see my daughters accounts on my screen (keep hidden)

Should have never changed the app, the old one was more convenient and easier to use. Hope they change it back.
Check upload
Your mobile upload of checks is terrible. The error you must write for mobile deposit ALWAYS puts up, typically two or three times for every deposit. This is BERY FRUSTRATING.

Please stop making things more difficult. I like to just go to my page. Find the information quickly.
Changes
Changes aren’t always the best for presentation. I prefer the old layout better. I could see what I need to write off the bat.

I find the new app very easy to use to see where your accounts stand. Transactions are pretty easy too. I like it!
Horrible update on this app
Horrible since the update. Can’t hide accounts anymore. Only lets you show a few accounts on the home page. My husband has to sign in under my name to get bill pay to work for him. Am looking to leave this credit union as it can’t leave a user friendly app alone. Each update only gets worse.

Easier to make my loan payment now. I had made a negative review before specifically for that reason, and they did some great work at resolving the issues! Great job, and very happy with how the app works & flows now!
