Literally just using this to report bugs - Duel system problem
Solid game! Just couldn’t find anywhere else to report this bug: The duels don’t seem to get any more difficult after the first bird, which I don’t recall being the case around 2016 when I last played this. Even the last bird throws itself on the spikes after ~4-10 rounds. Aside from that, the second to last bird (duel 59, heart eyes bird) doesn’t provide the expected candy reward when you win. Instead, the game seems to indicate a tie, giving five candies, which shouldn’t be possible given how the duel system works. After defeating the final bird, the game seems to “forget” that you defeated the last two, and the cycle repeats on bird 59. The last bird gives the full 300 candy reward though, so it’s a pretty nice way to farm candy (don’t get rid of this lol just make the last bird harder so it feels like you “earn” the reward each time). Lastly, after finishing duel number 60, the option to continue to the next duel still exists, but it doesn’t do anything. Makes sense that it doesn’t do anything, but I'm not sure why the button would be there. Anyways— @Ketchapp, let me know if there’s an email I can report this to. I’ll give phone and iOS details too.

Ads cause lag and are obtrusive
I used to play this game all the time on my iphone 5s. Redownloaded and the ads are truly awful. There is an ad when you open the game, while you play, and when you lose the game. The one when you lose usually has sound which is annoying if you’re listening to music. Will be deleting

Change duals back
I redownloaded this game after not having it for a few years. Not sure why they changed getting candies in the dual mode. I completed all the duals and was going to go back to get candies to update my cave faster and now you get none since you’ve already completed it. I understand it makes the game finish faster but getting 2,000 candies multiple times to buy stuff is not fun. please go back where you get candies every time you complete a dual.
Overall decent game
I haven’t played this game for that long but it’s quite enjoyable for me. It has many different game modes and the quests make it a lil more challenging. One complaint, though. When you first enter the game, you get an ad in the middle of your game, causing you to lose. If this gets fixed it will be a great game.
Used to be good before the ads
This used to be my favorite game, but the ads and constant updates with unimportant and confusing features make the game so frustrating to play. The thing I hate the most is that the ads run at the bottom of the screen while you play, but sometimes they buffer and your game lags. Of course the bird dies when that happens, and then you’re hit with another ad. I always quit playing after this happens and remember why I stopped playing.

An old favorite!
I've loved this game since I was in elementary school, it's one of the first apps I downloaded on my iPod. I still love it today! However recently I've noticed a lot of lagging in the middle of games, and I also cannot get the duels to work. Whenever I click on the first duel, both birds fall to the bottom of the screen and freeze. I've tried restarting the app, changing my WiFi, changing my bird, nothing works lol.
Used to be an awesome game
This game was my favorite years ago and I redownload it on a whim to relive the good ol days. It’s a great game, the exact same as I remember. Except for one glaring issue: there are too many ads. Every single time I die it’s another stupid a*s add and it makes playing the game incredibly unenjoyable. Had this game for less than a day and it was already way too much. I will say though that this is a problem most games have these days, but this one really pushed me over the edge.
Challenge 56 bug
Challenge 56 is bugged. I have collected way more than 7 crystals but it freezes on 3. So I can’t complete the challenge. Other than that I really like this game!
Amazing but adverts
This game is really good it’s addicting fun awarding and it’s free the game modes are really good and the challenges are challenging BUT🍑 when the adverts come to you mid game it’s mildly infuriating and that candies are used almost everywhere! But all in all it’s a really good game
Bugs
Challenges #59 and #60 are bugged. I beat 59 and got 5 candy and i beat 60 and it freezes. When i go back it wants me to do 59 again.
Lovely game but kind of broken
I’m on a completionist mission to unlock every bird, but I can’t get the 120 challenges bird despite having completed all available challenges. Very upsetting :(

All of the progress I made was deleted, and the duel mode doesn’t work. I had this game for 2 years.
Classic
I’ve been coming back to this game for years now, I love its simplicity compared to the mobile games today. The gameplay loop is addicting and there’s lots of different modes so you can switch it up when you get bored. I hope Ketchapp keeps this game accessible for years to come!
Ads interrupt game
Failure on the programming side, my games have adds pop up in the middle of my screen killing me all the time, can’t invest in a long run because I don’t know when an add will abruptly end my game.
I usually love this game
It’s true. Every so often I open this game and play it. It worked perfectly on all my old phones, the last phone I had before this being the iPhone XR. Now I’m on the iphone15 (just the 15. Not the plus, pro, or max) and I cannot see any of the spikes on the left, right or bottom. I can only see the top spikes In a game originally titled “avoid the spikes”, you can presumably see why it’d be a problem to not see the other sides’ spikes 😭
Was fun, but now ads interrupt gameplay
This used to not be an issue, but now I can be in the middle of a game and an ad will pop up and cause me to lose. I don’t mode the ads before or after a game, but ads during are extremely disappointing. So if you want to play a game that causes you to fail at reaching your high score, this is the game for you!

Grew on this
I used to be obsessed with this game when I you in 1st and like 2nd grade, and recently came back to it. Honestly such a addictive game, I’ve been playing it nonstop. Great game

Why are ads popping up in the middle of a game? Deleted the game. It was fun while it lasted.
It’s great, really!
It’s actually wonderful! I’m just bothered a bit by the ads. When you enter the game. You just tap the screen immediately, right? Well, you will die after 1 second by an ad that pops up. The ad doesn’t even take the whole screen, it just covers most of the center of the screen. Either way, this is wonderful experience and please add more skins or challenges. And please make more duels plus them being way harder. Until it reaches 50 or something! I love this! It’s a great game to calm down and pass time fast by playing this. It’s an awesome game that doesn’t need internet. :3
Fun But Annoying
It’s a fun game with a lot of variations…but too many ads disrupt the gameplay & seriously wish you could turn the sounds off. And if there’s a way to do that already then make it easier to figure out. Unplayable with the sounds.

Love this game but the new update
This is like my number one game to play while waiting for the bus, it’s a whole lot of fun. But since a new update, I’ve been experiencing both a lot of stuttering on offline mode as well as the wonkier physics and adjusted candy numbers just kind of make it a bit less intuitive/dexterous and more like luck. I find myself spending less than five minutes at a time w it now when I would usually at least be using it for 10-15 while listening to a podcast and I think it’s cause runs end so quickly with these new changes.

I love this game and have done every achievement twice through on two different phones. I am gutted that they’ve removed the option to purchase birds! I really enjoyed the challenge and grind for gems and candies to purchase them but now there is no reason to. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for this change! :(

Inappropriate ads shown to kids
This was a fun game on iPhone, so we downloaded for my kids on ipad. However, it was drastically different in the fact that the kids got inappropriate ads …non stop. I don’t see any on my own game. Strange . Deleting it
New update messed game up
The new update messed up the layout of some of the words and sizing on font and made game play laggy and the candies are broke ( it changes the candy color before it’s suppose to. The orange changes to blue before 25 and the blue changes to pink before 50.)

This helped me get through some difficult family struggles in the recent months. My father passed a couple of weeks ago due to terminal testicular cancer and crippling bowel syndrome, and instead of giving my mother a hug I played a few good games of don’t touch the spikes!!🤪 Last Tuesday, I accidentally stepped on my dog and killed him. He was already dying of severe arthritis. This game helped me get through my grief and guilt, so I thank you for helping me with this. I love this app so much, I spent £14739.29 on it!!!!!😝😝🤑😂😂😂
Why
I had earned birds like everyone else and can’t access them anymore either. On top of this my personal record(PR) is no longer there. My games played and PR have started over which is what infuriated me more than anything until I started playing again and every few rounds I’ll get an advertisement mid game!! I will literally be in the middle of tapping and trying not to touch spikes and an Ad will pop up! Ending the match killing my bird and just making me get off. If this isn’t fixed soon I’m just deleting the app altogether.
New Update Ruined the Game
The new update completely overhauled the games perfectly fine mechanics and made it much less smooth. It also made all the birds free, and there is no point in even getting gems or diamonds anymore. Also it is hard to score high now with the new mechanics because the hitboxes are so big now, but it keeps the old high score? Please fix your game, it used to be awesome

Bring back the old version
I have been playing this game for years now, and when I updated it all my hard work was gone and most of the birds removed, now the challenges have no value, the candy the gems there all pretty much useless now. Listen to your fans Ketchapp and bring back the old version it’s way more fun

i used to love this game so much and grind it during lockdown on my iphone 8, started playing again yesterday after roughly 6 months on my iphone 12 and noticed you can’t purchase new birds anymore? is this a bug or have they removed purchasing options?
Fatal flaw
A great game, but absolutely ridiculous that it opens up an add every time you use the app in THE MIDDLE of gameplay causing you not only to instantly lose but also forcing you to accidentally click on the ad and bring up a giant popup on your screen. Awful.
Watch edition
This is a great game and I used to play this all the time as a kid. I recently got a watch and I stumbled upon this game again which brought back so much nostalgia. I looked to see if I could get it on my watch and sadly I couldn’t even though this would be the perfect game for a watch. If you could add a watch version that would be great! I hope you add it, thank you.
Used to be so good
I can’t overstate how constantly I played this game, but since the most recent update a couple of days ago which just quotes “bug fixes” the game seems a lot more laggy with a reduced performance, and much more aggressive ads, it’s a shame
Weird fundamental error/flaw
There’s a really weird flaw with the way this game, whereby completely randomly the game will NOT detect my input. Not just on this phone, but on every iPhone I have played this game on (several over the years) happens more noticeably in the coop play, but also in single player. I doubt you guys will fix it seeing as this game is old but it really ruins the flow of the game.
