Thanks
English
It was much more user friendly when it was also available in English
Cannot reset personal code
There’s a bug in this version and o cannot reset my code. The screen just blinks if I try to get an SMS or phone call. Please fix this!!
Easy peasy
Nice n easy
Group payment doesn’t work properly
For a while now, links to groups doesn’t work, instead of opening the group to pay to it just lunching the app to the main page (p.s works just fine with same link and account on android)
Didn’t work
Need Israeli phone number to do it
Good app
I would give it a 5 if I could switch to English on the app
Doesn’t compare with BIT
Someone requested that I send her a payment via Paybox. I downloaded the App, added my bank account, changed the pw. Then I tried and tried to make the transfer but to no avail. It found the recipient in my contacts but then just stuck there. I then did it manually with the phone number. Again it got stuck. I gave up and opened BIT. In 20 seconds it was all done. Night and day. Apparently it’s part of the Discount group which might explain why the app is crap. For years their banking app wouldn’t work properly. It was infuriating because I had seen other banks apps which worked flawlessly.
Good app needs English language support!
Please add English language support like Bit has!
So easy
So, so easy to use!
Filled with bugs
This app is so annoying to use. It has so many bugs. Groups don’t work which is 99% the use case for this app
Add American Express cards
Add American Express cards as a CC option.
Not so good as supposed to be
Why on every bloody update I have to re-enter my phone number and fng card all over again.?
How to change language to English?
Does not may it easy to find a way to change the language to English so I can send money to Israel.
Unusable
Just a black screen
Garbage customer service
They never respond. My app stopped working for iPhone 14+ after latest 4.6.3 update. CS doesn’t reply to emails or messenger. All my money is inaccessible at the moment.
Israeli flag is not inclusive
I would have given 5 stars but I find the addition of the flag to the app icon questionable and not inclusive. I would appreciate if it was taken off
Great! Very easy to use.
Great! Very easy to use.
Can’t download English version
Can’t download English version on my iphone
Easy to use and accurate
Easy to use and very accurate. Use it for a lot of kid related school expenses.

Only in Hebrew ? Not in English not in French ???
Need to add other languages
Easy to use, self explanatory
Great and easy app!
Unreliable and full of bugs
I've had to reinstall the app multiple times because the links stop working (I started getting a message that I'm trying to pay using a computer when I'm actually on my phone.) After reinstalling the app completely stopped working, it freezes as soon as I open it a D is unresponsive.
Really easy to use
Really easy great app
Too bad we can't use it in New York
Please fix it.
