Blows Apple Music out of the water!!!
This app destroys anything Apple can do in every conceivable way. It’s smooth and brilliant in transitioning from songs and its shuffling is actually truly random. It’s not that ridiculous shuffling with a quiet algorithm Apple applies making you listen to what Apple wants you to hear even with your own library It’s equalizer functions with Bluetooth devices even with Apple’s ridiculous HomePod which can’t hold a signal at all since I purchased that stupid overpriced softball. There are so many pluses I couldn’t possibly list them without a very low review. Apple stinks and has beginning fourteen years ago. After 34 years with Apple I’ve given up and migrated to Linux. I only wish I had done so many years ago.

Needs landscape mode!
I love it!!! I’d love it way more if there was a landscape mode. For an app that has so much going for it, I’m surprised this wasn’t already implemented.
Constant Issues
Won’t play certain songs. Doesn’t save EQ settings. I wish these issues would be corrected.
Still can't really recommend it.
Features that are missing that are essential: - Import and Export playlist. Lack of importing and exporting playlists indicates a lack of faith in your own product. You want to lock users down to your ecosystem because you don't want to compete with other music players. Ironically, this makes your product less competitive with other music players. - Cannot remove options from the side menu, such as Artists, Composers, Podcasts, Network / Cloud If a user does not use these, then they should not have to see them or have them get in their way. Simple as. Insane UI choices: - Filenames are given priority in the visual hierarchy over track names from metadata. Filenames are in bigger font and bolded. Track names are in little gray subtext. I really should not need to explain why this is bad UI design. - In the 3 dot menu, "Clear Playlist" is right under "Add to Playlist". It is the same color. There is no confirmation dialogue. Make it red and put it at the bottom, and add a confirmation pop-up. Again, I really should not need to explain why. Make the changes to your app and I will buy it. Don't, and I won't, and a bunch of other people won't either.

Freaky ads won’t let you try the product.
Ugly ads started threatening that my phone is infected by some porn site and I need to download immediately some soft to cure it. Removed the app not even finished listening to a song.
Great Music App
The sound quality on this app delivers excellent playback results. The layout is easy to use and the appearance is very clean. It is an excellent replacement for the Apple Music app if you use iTunes to put music on your phone. My only suggestion would be to add a secondary level sort to the browser. Example: Open genres and see the albums sorted by artist, not album name. Now if it were 100% CarPlay compatible I would give it 5 stars.
Ads don’t stop popping up

좋은 플레이어지만 좀 쉽게 사용할수 있도록 개선 되야 할듯합니다 앨범 아티스트 작곡가 등등 옆에 잔득 모여있는거 쓸사람이 몇이나 있을까요 재생창에 속도조절 구간반복도 터치 할때마다 거슬리고 복잡한 설정, ui를 사용자가 끄거나 다른항목으로 대치할수게 개선좀 부탁합니다
Using for years
I have been using this app for years. It is super vs the alternatives if you have offline files. I use it on my boat and it enhances the music level tremendously. So flexible to adapt especially with the the add on that you pay for. Please keep this updated for years as IOS changes. Thanks 🫡
Extremely poor UI; unusable as of April 2026
Outdated legacy app with extremely poor UI. Great 1999 BBE EQ adjustments but it’s useless due to the apps inability to effectively catalogue music. Music only appears under “folders” and will not appear under other categories i.e. albums/Artists

Swipe down from now playing screen is completely black.
Stay local
For files you sync to your device to use from local storage it’s great. The equalizer is actually useful unlike the one in Apple’s included audio player and it has ReplayGain support. But it’s almost worthless when it comes to trying to play music from pCloud which was one the reasons I even paid for it. It will fail to get data for random music files on pCloud and won’t play them. I’ve confirmed it’s a software issue by trying another media player app and seeing it have absolutely no issue with any file from my pCloud. For a paid feature this is completely unacceptable.
Persian Language
I love this app but unfortunately it does not support Persian language. Persian is one of the beautiful and ancient languages of the world that is spoken by more than 110 million people in Western and Central Asia. Please add this language to your app so I can use it better. Thank you.
New update fixed CarPlay issues
Finally got the update and now jetAudio finally works again on CarPlay and gave 5 stars again because besides that, it’s always been great
No longer works
This was my primary flac player on my 6th gen iPod touch, but as of this latest update the app immediately crashes when attempting to launch it

Seems like now more fully integrated with apple native player and I hate that more than I can express and now the most simple thing like turning on visualizations is completely unfindable. I loved this app when I paid for it but no longer
A Bit Overrated
There’s no on-screen volume control, which is annoying. After you tap to play a song, you must then choose either “Play” or “Play (Open Player)” which makes no sense. I just want to hear the song! A third option “Do Not Show Again” is a toggle that appears to do nothing. The Open Player is cluttered with cryptic “<< 80% A<>B 120% >>” which I never use and the rest of the screen real estate is wasted, which brings me back to the lack of on-screen volume controls. A friend recommended this app to me but I’m regretting the purchase, because I know there must be something more straightforward with a better UI.
Amazing audio app for under 4 bucks.
Perfect for anyone who keeps non-iTunes music on their phone. The premium version is inexpensive, and all add-ons are reasonably priced too. With premium, you get an ad-free experience, plus access to the equalizer and sound settings—which are honestly the most important features—along with a few extras. You can also add 3D audio and a visualizer as separate purchases, or pay about $12 extra on top of the already cheap premium (under $4) to unlock everything for life. That’s a big plus compared to other apps that charge yearly. Personally, I don’t need the 3D audio or extra features right now, but it’s nice having the option to buy them individually or all at once. If you have non-iTunes music, the only way to get it to show up in JetAudio is by doing a wireless transfer between your phone and a PC. Once you do that, a folder appears in the Files app—just drop your music in there and it’ll show up in the app. It also supports streaming from services like Dropbox, but I’ve read that the EQ might not work properly with streamed music (not 100% sure though). If you’re currently using VLC and want more control over your music, this is a great upgrade. It’s affordable, easy to use, and the sound quality—along with all the extra features—is excellent. Definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys music and likes tweaking audio settings.

The app is interesting but the customer support is horrible. It looks like the developer don’t care about the people who spend money on the app and widgets. There are many great apps for the iphone, so I would suggest to don’t buy jet audio if you care about your money. Sooner or later you will have issues but not answers from the developer.

Why does the app now have pop up ads you cannot close?
Music stops playing in background
Since the last 2 updates, there has been a constant defect in the app. While listening to music if you need to open another app, the music stops playing. Even if you are not using any other app while playing music, you lock the screen and the music stops playing. Kindly Look into this issue, a humble request.

I’m a fan, but I’d like a couple of things
I like the app, I moved from iTunes cause iTunes kept randomly deleting songs from my playlist. It’s great at hanging a giant playlist, and the audio is great. I wish it had a feature to tell you if a song is already in your playlist, and I’d love to be able to scrobble my music to put through last.fm, but other than that, I’m happy enough
Problem
Stay away from messing around with settings, it will result in reinstalling the app. I installed the app recently and it was working smoothly until today that it keeps crashing and wouldn’t open. What can I do? I reinstalled the app to solve the issue BUT it did it again, it crashed. Every time I change around some settings it fails and won’t open. Now, how many times more, or I better give up on it after a paid good money for it.

Not working in background in iphone 7 plus.
Please fix this ASAP, the app is not able to goto next track when screen is off, unable to change track with earphone’s button after latest os update. The headphone buttons starts the default iTunes app when pressed to change the track while using jet Audio. The bass is also sounding very weird and distorted. All these are happening after the latets os update.🙁 How these will get fixed soon.
Doesn’t support Siri
The app is good but when I say Siri play music in jetAudio it says it is not supported

This app is great especially with my lossless AIFF files. Also the amount of customization we are given that I went ahead and purchased the rest of the features which has given me something to my own liking. My only suggestion I would like to see as a right hand user, is either lets us move the drop menu to the right side or give us a bottom menu option to add(album,playlists, songs , artists) tabs. Also CarPlay support its another plus and runs almost smoothly(maybe my playlist is just too big) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not playing music for me
Nothing happens when I press play. I don’t hear any music and it does not look like it is working. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I cannot get it to play music.

Not so good
Can’t create play list from off line music. Even though it has family sharing I was charged twice for account which is under family sharing. No chrome cast support for true lossless casting.
