App support is terrible
I’ve had issues logging into my account due to the verification links not logging me in. They prompt me to send another verification link to my email. I followed the recommendation of turning off my VPN. That did nothing. All other tips were useless. I’ve sent a request to support 2 weeks ago and was ignored. This is some of the worst app support I’ve seen in a long time. Now the developer is telling me to use the web form to make a report. Which I have done twice already and still have not received a response. Atp if I could give this app a 0 star, I would.
Buena app
Muy similar a Tinder, pero con menos gente. Puedes navegar, curiosear y hablar con ciertos limites y luego tienes los planes de pago si quieres quitar esos limites pero bastante bien.

Buying uplifts does nothing, buying the subscription does nothing, pings are completely worthless, I bought and sent God knows how many 😅 ( I tried them all, multiple times.) likes are not shown to anyone, the app glitches constantly. Shame cus the concept is cool but someone needs to put more effort in this.
Impossible to log back in
This kind of question should go to a ‘contact us’ link. But I don’t see such a communication tool in the website. Logged out of my account, and the process to log back in doesn’t work. I received the email, the email link return me to the same page. And round and round we go without ever being able to log back in.

Prompt support
The support was really responsive and they made sure to address my issue quickly. And I’m so happy that they finally added the option to manage the notifications to be able to turn off push notifications for likes!
Couldn’t even create an account
Downloaded the app on my iPhone, clicked to create an account with email address, entered my email and it said to click the verification link in my email to continue, which I did, but it just took me back to the same page in the app and wouldn’t go any further. Verification wasn’t working. I tried a different email address to check that wasn’t the problem, but same thing happened. Deleted the app!

When I out my email, i receive the link to confirm my email, the link open on feeld, goes to the mobile number and log me off. Why??
Room for improvement
The app often glitches, that’s annoying. And I would like to see more obliged information of the people, such as: height, education, etc. There are many profiles with no pictures of themselves or no text. What I do like are the ‘desires’ and the intuitive look and feel of the app.

1+ weeks waiting time for support
My yearly subscription just disappeared today. When contacted support via chat, I’m getting a AI response that a human will get back to me, but the waiting times are currently 1+ weeks! How many weeks would that be? Is that how you treat your paying customers?

Amazing way to meet fun and open minded people. I feel safe on the app and enjoy the majestic membership options but my god!!! This app is so BUGGY!! It constantly needs to be reloaded and constantly freezes. For an app that may contain sensitive content of people, it should be a lot more secure.

Crashy app, and men outnumber women
Frankly the software is quite poor - it crashes regularly. And men seem to vastly outnumber women - women often get 1000+ likes so for them, this becomes an admin task. For men it's a shot in the dark at best. Also, it works on my iPad but not my iPhone! If I try to login on my phone I get sent a security code but there's nowhere to enter it. Useless development team...

Baiting
You have to pay for it or it’s just baiting you to pay. I have 100s of likes have matched about 5 people in 6 months. Mostly vanilla straight women on this app. Probably the worse dating app I ever used tbh
Majestic subscription
Payed for Majestic. Got the notification it is active. Went to check and when I try to use a feature, it shows a prompt which asks me to get the Majestic subscription. When I click on it, it says I already have it. So Feeld is letting me pay for something, to not let me use it, and then asks to pay again.. no response from contact support, so I guess after the 30 days subscription is over, I might get offered a solution? Feeld feels like a scam at this point.
Overwhelming
Tried this app shortly. Within 30 minutes I had 60 likes. It’s wayyy to overwhelming for me. So fellow females, be aware. Also, the app was buggy.

First of all I want to thank Feeld for creating a great app and a space for an open minded and kinky community. I really appreciate your efforts and love the people l meet on here. I'm just wondering, why even though the app had a bigger update with a new design, it still has the same bug with the dot indicating a new connection or chat? I mean it's not putting me off from using Feeld, but it's quite irritating to think there's a new message, when there's not, especially in an ongoing conversation with someone. Would be really nice to see it fixed, but please take my feedback with love and good intentions. I guess it's a complex issue. All the best for the whole team and thanks for your great work!
Money hungry
Useless app . Was impressed by the amount of relationship types/ interest options to select but impossible to use without paying. All likes an are hidden behind a £20 a month fee which is just ridiculous. The sole part of a dating app is to see who’s sent you a like however for a price that high is a complete waste of money. Not even a free trial option. Just greedy.

Nightmare to use
I have never written a review before but after today I feel compelled to. I’ve been using Feeld on and off for two years. I’ve had verbal abuse and threats throughout that time. I’ve reported and blocked, I’ve never had any information back from the app as to what did or didn’t happen. Today, mid-conversation with someone, I have been locked out of my account (with know explanation or confirmation). After an hour of fruitless attempts to rectify this, I created a new account to at least try and find the person I was talking to. Profile set up, bio written, pictures up … locked out AGAIN. Within half an hour. One final attempt and I can’t even get past the registration now. A chat bot to “help” and advice of a week wait for a human to respond. But have happily taken my money for a subscription and an uplift. If you’re a new user I’d say it used to be good but it’s glitchy and not great now. Save your money and your time.

Like timer doesn’t reset, slow and laggy, likes to crash sometimes. Cool concept though. Also weird that viewing likes are behind a paywall, especially when the system doesn’t function as designed.

Banned while creating a new account
Tried to create a new account after years of not using the app. Got a message my account is banned. Tried to contact support but the wait time is 1+ week!? Absolute joke.
Can’t match without paying
The longer you use this app the worse it is - people who like you are hidden behind a paywall so you’re probably best downloading it, instantly sending a load of likes and just praying some of those people have paid accounts.

I kinda miss a small adjustment in the selection of search areas … like you have the opportunity to select your own region and then there is a selection of about 10-15 popular areas … why is there no option to select a city of choice? Or at least the Capital of each country? 😉
Not the devs fault but Honestly the worst dating app I’ve ever used
Everyone is super flakey. I’ve used tinder, hinge, bumble, met loads of people on each. Tried feeld out for a go and paid 3 months of majestic. 3 matches. Barely any replies. I got a like within like 5 minutes of signing up to pay for majestic to see and it was a bot account selling watches. I have no idea what people on this app are looking for but it certainly isn’t me. I sorted out dates with 3 people in my first month on feeld and not one came from the app. Total waste of time and effort. Plus it’s FULL of couples listed as one woman 🙄 it’s a mess and the community on here make it unusable. Full disclosure and fairness to the devs, the app itself is fine. It works. Features are fine. One small common bug happened for me but other than that it’s functional, just for UK near London it seems like a total and compete waste. I uninstalled it after I had a few dates going so wanted to give attention to that but yeah, nothing from here. First dating app I have ever used where I failed to arrange a single date on. I had tinder over the same timeframe. 156 likes I had by the time I got 5 likes on here with very similar profiles. It’s a lot of people who make being poly their entire personality by the look of it.
Pay to win
Impossible to find people who have liked you. Feel’d will not put them near the top of your stack so you will often get a bunch of likes and never see them. False illusion of being able to use this app for free. There is a ping feature to send a message with your like but women do not often utilise this feature. Trying to be different than other apps for the sake of it, even when it makes the user experience worse
