首页弹公共能不能关闭
APP每次打开都自动弹公告，就那个什么不用打印车票那个，拜托能不能关掉？或者出一个用户能关掉的选项。 体验更不好的是你们这个从下往上弹的公共检查卡死，体验非常不好，我都不想打开这个APP了，预定了我就直接在12306上看我的行程信息了，每次从下到上都是弹一半然后卡死在那个地方。体验非常非常差劲👎🏻，这里又不能上图片，烦透了
建议完善相关功能
建议app研发人员增加接机订单提交以后可以更改用车时间功能。类似于个人版本可以修改时间，方便集团内会议用车以及帮客户约接机服务。每个人出机场的情况不同，建议增加功能。谢谢

机票选多程的时候完全搜不了，而且后续行程的时间改不了，太难用了

更新了软件，更好用了，公司一直用携程商旅，挺方便的，更新后更加丝滑了，整体体验还是不错滴，预定酒店，机票都优惠，嘎嘎板正！！！
Worst Ever
Don’t even know where to start.. if I could, I’d give it minus five stars. Worst user experience when it comes to getting car rides: frozen map, no alert when trips get canceled by driver, etc. Yet it still charges service fees! Just incredible... Every ride using this app is a nightmare. Seriously, hire some UX people to work on this product before forcing it on companies. Really miss using Didi and Shouqi.
一直后台运行中，关不掉
苹果手机，一直关不掉，划掉也不行，会在摄像头那个位置一直转圈圈，除非卸载，但是卸载了，公司出差还要用，太坑了，来来回回卸载，安装……应该不至于让我这种小啰啰帮携程刷安装数据吧……这个问题怎么解？请不要一直转圈圈了

Buggy and Unusable
Worked fine before the recent update. Current update crashes app everytime I open it. Only works when I switch out of the home page as soon as I open the app, but even then would sometimes cause the app to crash. Fix this please as I rely on the app for business-related bookings.
This app is crippled and barely usable in Europe
Many functions that I see at my Chinese colleague’s phones do not exist here. Some text is in Chinese only. Many times I would select a flight, and continue until booking (within less than 10 seconds time span!) and the software tells me that the specific rate does not exist any more. This can happen 4-5 times in a row. Annoying. Then also the approval time is very short for an international cooperation - if the approved is not in the same time zone, this can be very difficult!
