I like making Classic Caillou gets grounded, but I think the actions are flat but still very easy to make these videos because I have a full permanent Plotagon Subscription but this is a good app anyways
It’s Not That Good 😕😕
As you saw the title, unfortunately the original Plotagon is not for me. The characters in a scene is limited to have only two, which is difficult because if you wanted to add more characters, you would have to make another scene and that really wastes my time. Another thing that really upsets me is the glitching. It is absolutely horrible, and it really messes up the entire movie or scene considering you have been working on that thing for at least 15 minutes to an hour. But that’s not all, as there is so much scenes, clothing, and voices, most of them you have to pay, and you honestly want to just enjoy your story and add some more scenes to complete it. I first saw this game at 12 years old, and stopped at 15 since how much frustration I had to be dealing with playing this game. I’m going to try out Plotagon Studio, and I’m hoping it can be better than the original.
This app used to be better
but I guess since the owner is not updating its coding has issues and there’s not a lot of good clothes and hair and I can’t even hear the voices anymore and the characters teeth is malfunctioning too and we only get 2 scenes for no ads this app needs to be updated

Very confusing?
I downloaded this game very excited, because I’d never heard of anything like it. I opened it up, and I didn’t get a tutorial or anything, and I couldn’t really access any characters without trouble. I had to figure out to use it on my own, and I was disappointed. The characters where creepy, and there was so few options for what they could do, where they could stand. And the voices sounded really fake and honestly kind of disturbing. 😳 the main thing I was excited about was writing the script and seeing what it became, but that wasn’t even an option, like it showed in the preview photos. I think the idea is really cool, but it could use A LOT of improvement.
Free Scenes
I love this game but the only thing is you guys should make everything FREE. It would be funner if we can use all the scenes instead of needing a subscription! Please consider this, thank you!!

Good app but more details and 1 problem
So i finished making my animation where the character got grounded for making a fake friend request in roblox, i closed it but then i got a color by number ad. Please solve this problem. Also, can u add more details like the character actually eating the food, the character sleeping, and the gas mask in the character creator pls

honest opinion on plotagon
I do like using Plotagon sometimes for a quick video I can make but over the past few years the overall quality of this app has become more like its mid. Let me address these issues: 1. WE JUST WANT MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE PER SCENE ALREADY, seriously we do, it makes places like a cafe more realistic in a way if multiple people are talking to each other besides a conversation between the two. Speaking of two, here is the second issue. 2. Literally most of the scenes are locked behind a subscription based paywall of £5 a month which I can totally get why, it’s a free app after all but locking almost 90% of the app behind a paywall is kinda over exaggerating considering the fact that you only get around 15 scenes for free. 3. The app states it can only be run online (which is obviously a trap so you get ads) but there is literally a workaround which is launching the app with Wi-Fi then turning it off AFTER its loaded, however it still gives ads though so they probably thought twice when programming it. 4. Speaking of ads, they aren’t THAT often, I’ve only had it happen when I finish creating a character (half the time) and when I leave the video maker so that’s fine (considering the fact that for £1 you can have no ads for a month plus around 15% more content - nothing compared to the fact that for just £5 you can literally get all the scenes and NO ads (plus you get the Bragging Hat aswell 😏) which is alright) so overall the ads placements are fine… that’s what I would’ve said if they DIDNT IMPLEMENT A MECHANIC where it’s like this: “oh you want to add a new scene? WELL TOO BAD, WATCH AN AD THEN YOU CAN!” which is annoying but it can be easily bypassed if you turn off your WiFi which if you do half the time it will fail to load the ad but still add another scene so it’s alright. Overall I give this app a 3/5 star for the fact that 90% of the app is paid but there are things to do in it.

REPEATED ADS!!
Why am I getting free Robux ads and ads on loop??? I have to exit the app and go back in the app in order to skip the ad. Remove the repeated ads and free Robux ads, actually, remove all the ads before there’s going to be consequences.
PLOTAGON IS NOSTALGIC THOUGH..
This app needs to update the interface and needs an overhaul! There’s a delay when clicking buttons for actions, voices and downloading items. The app also had a lot of variety back then compared to now. There’s an issue where the voices don’t sync with the lines and vice versa plus characters lips end up static. The weekly payment would be better as a monthly payment.

It can be a pain to constantly close the app then reopen it just because I want to add a new scene or character. This app shouldn’t be plagued with ads.
good game but
don’t get me wrong this is a fun game, like it’s entertaining especially when your bored but oh my god the amount of glitches in this game is so annoying it’s not even funny. When you edit certain characters sometimes it glitches when you try to change the color of a shirt or something and randomly changes the color of your face or another part of the outfit, i tried everything and with one plot/scene when id play it back in game it sounded fine, but when i saved it the audio was all weird and glitchy and talking really fast then really slow, sometimes when you try to click on things you have to click over and over again because it doesn’t register your clicking. Anyways it’s fun but im honestly considering deleting because of how frustrating it is.

This app is long gone because if you read you see how long ago they’ve updated the app. I still like it but a lot has changed. We’ll it won’t let me install it anymore either that means it’s going away or my phone is too old for it now. I had seen Plotagon Studio now so I’ll try it 🤷🏻♀️

what happened…
i used to make videos on this app all the time and it seemed much easier? now i can’t even save a video to my camera roll or give my characters voices. also why is a one time purchase of $50 not giving us EVERYTHING that is included?? it says you almost have full access… guys if we’re paying $50 we need everything
Doesn’t save your progress when purchased
I’m giving it 1 start off because of a SAVING PROGRESS PROBLEM THAT I HAVE LOST WHILE USING THIS APP IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP! It’s fun and great and all the only problem I have and I’m sure others have gone through it or whoever has the same issue will understand me is that there’s no option in restoring your progress because for 1 there should always be a login and sign up option! What kind of app that doesn’t have progressed save under your account! I’ve paid before monthly and now all my progress is gone it doesn’t matter if you delete the app or not. My progress is supposed to be saved! The developer of this app needs to update this ASAP cuz most of the time I’ve spent in making characters are gone and i literally have to start over including my videos! This is ridiculous and it’s very stupid not smart at all. If your going to make an app for people to pay and enjoy it you should have already known and put effort into the app by giving ALL OF US an option to sign up or log in so our progress isn’t ever lost! Weather it’s email, Facebook, Apple, etc. whatever cuz at this point I’m starting to think it’s just fraud I have spent a lot of time with my progress and all of it is gone! Change it now! ASAP! Screen ratio is completely off for iPhone 12 devices.
Floating head glitches and many other more, but good app
Though it make the studio entertaining, there are some bugs. Firstly, when I used a bald character, and the first scene was the actor sitting, but in the next scene, it’s the same background, and potentially make the character stand up, but their bodies disappear except for the head part. Another glitch is that in the plane scene for the bald character, just the eyes and mouth are floating when the other character talks. Third of all, there a T-pose glitch. Good thing this glitch was patched. This app was likely used for Grounded videos. Still a pretty good app.

The reason why I hate this game
Because it has contains lots of high gore, medium gore, many blood, or other mid horror elements in the game, and I lost interested, just like Melon Sandbox and Avatar World combined.

Went terrible
Used to be probably my favourite app to use, during covid, we had to stay in the house, and this game single-handedly entertained my entire family, it was hilarious and funny to look back on years later. But… after awhile, I re-download it to make another funny video, but now there’s constant ads, you have to pay for more than two characters, and it’s just became absolutely rubbish, I’d rate this one star, but instead I’ll rate it two for all the memories it’s gave me. Goodbye Plotagon 🪦
Very Limited
I love Plotagon. Do not get me wrong it’s amazing with its story capabilities. I bought premium because I got so invested in the app. The fact that it lets you use bad words too is very helpful with my more expressive characters. But it’s very limited in the range of action and even reaction. They can’t hold anything besides a phone but that comes other a specific shirt, which even then you can’t interact with it. Barely any interactions with other characters. They don’t move at all beyond their subtly reactions to their words. The only time we see them move is with the walking background that is specifically only for that street view. They don’t fight, they don’t spit, they don’t have more body types like muscular or short for kids, or even babies or being pregnant. They don’t have more kiss options like a make out or something which could make dramatic romantic scenes more interesting. Overall the app has so much potential to be a masterpiece but it needs an update. The game hasn’t changed since I was kid when I first downloaded this app and now I’m an adult.

I’m freaked out
So I was making a new character which I was selecting the characters voice until I found a new voice called Tara a native voice and then I pressed it and it said how do I sound? like usual and then at the end, it’s screaming. It did not sound a ice cream and it sounds like a little person screaming distorted it’s every night now I keep hearing strange noises when I’m trying to sleep i’m freaked out

Buggy App
Hello Plotagon. I’ve been having troubles with using this app called, Plotagon Story. While I was making my video, it crashes randomly. I couldn’t even continue ahead of time with my video. And the reason is because every time I add another scene, it sends into an infinite loading. When I insert a character in, infinite loading. When I typed a dialogue in, infinite loading, and you name it. I believe this app needs another update with a hot fix. I’ve been suffering with this app being super buggy all the time. I know you guys might suggest me to use Plotagon Studio, but I really prefer Plotagon Story and all I’m asking for is an another update with a hot fix for Plotagon Story App.

So I’ve been playing plotagon for like 2 years now, but the update now was made it worse. Because there’s a glitch where when you make a character and test out the voice it loads for a long time, when you test the voice on the catalog, it doesn’t come out. hope you make this game better
Issues
I had to change my review of Plotagon, because of the bugs… my plots are still loading and I can’t access to edit them when I can and I can’t use the new app because it has glitches that I can’t deal with. If Plotagon doesn’t work anymore, I’ll have to cancel every show I’ve done!
Fun, easy-to-use dialogue animation app!
The iPad and iPhone are perfect tools for animation, and when an app comes along that makes animation simple to do, it should be celebrated. Plotagon is exactly that kind of app. You can create a wide variety of characters quite easily, even doing a good job of making an avatar of yourself or anyone else. There are stock characters, too, so you don't have to dive right in to building a character. Once you have your characters, you type a simple script with two-person dialogue. Then press play and your movie is on the screen; the camera cuts like you'd expect in a TV show, and the voices generated by the app are pretty decent. You can add expressions and moods to the characters, sound effects, and even music, all in app. You can create lengthy movies in several locations by adding a new location in the script. The app comes with a large variety of free locations and characters (some of which you have to download, but they're still free), and you can buy some additional ones, but what it comes with is plenty to get started. When you're done making your movie, the app lets you upload the movie to Plotagon's site to share. This is the only shortcoming in the app, and why I've given it only four stars. I'd really love to be able to render the movie to my camera roll and then take it into other iOS apps (like iMovie, Pinnacle Studio, or even filtering apps like Super8) to edit and enhance. I wrote to the developers and they said that's something they're considering adding, so if they do, I'll bump my rating up to five stars. It's really a fun and easy way to make great dialogue scenes. Absolutely worth downloading and playing with.
