I’ve been using this app ever since it started and it’s been a struggle for a long, long time… But I’m happy to say now that I can navigate through it very easily and it’s definitely become a valuable tool… Keep up the good work…! Thank you

Switched from delivery to take out
Twice now (in a row). I placed a delivery order only to see it switched to take out after I paid for it. I actually tried to cancel the order but was told it had already been processed and couldn’t be cancelled. Apparently you only have a matter of seconds to cancel an order! BJs needs to allow more time to cancel an order!
Restaurant is great app is meh
I’m in the app. And it knocks me out of where I am. I re log in and all the options are gone except review and deals? So here’s the review.
BJ’s App
I think this app is one of the better ones out there for restaurants. And I actually like it more than most of their beers. I don’t mean that to be a harsh criticism, but as a beer snob and a brewer, I find only a couple of their beers to be in my pallet range. Everybody’s different and they are very successful so they are doing something right. There are several of their beers that I find quite exceptional. I don’t like the fact that they don’t really brew their beers on site, but that is just me nitpicking.. The food is great. Service tends to be above average and they have great locations.
The app is the opposite of how their beer tastes
The service at BJ's is awesome, the beer is awesome but the app is totally inconsistent. Shows receipts weird and doesn't keep track of your actual points.
Great app
I like the restaurant and the app. Only thing I do not vibe with is it only shows you 18% and up tips. It should start at 10% tip, then 15%. Both which is the traditional range.
ALWAYS LATE
Every time I order ahead. It is late. Ordered half hour ago. Still waiting. Ugh

Cannot Pay
Cannot pay when placing an order or when dining in. There is a weird array error.
They took my order, then lost it!
I like this place they have good food. Unfortunately the app has a little problem and that it takes your order while you’re waiting to sit down, but then the server has no idea where the order went. Even the manager was clueless. We had to basically put the same order in again! What is the point of offering functionality if you have no idea how to support it? I do like that at least they have Apple Pay and they make it very easy to pay your check.
No access to app on older iPhone 7 with latest updates
Have all the latest updates but can’t get into app to see rewards useless

Useless really
Try to join the wait list at 5:30 pm. 15 minutes later called the restaurant to enquire where we were in the wait list. Told 8:30 pm. 😳. When I told the staff member I wasn’t going to wait that long she said we have no wait right now. Huh? Staff advised us the wait list never works properly. So much for using that in the future.
One of our favs
We’ve been coming to BJs for a long time here in Lewisville. The food is consistently good and the happy hour specials are great and happy hour in the bar area during key games. Reward program is easy to get $10 rewards. Better than 54th for sure. No even close.
Couldn’t pay
App didn’t work tried all credit cards no one went through. Not sure if it was because I was also using a gift card. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered using the app and now remember why since it doesn’t work letting me pay. Ended up ordering elsewhere.
Good rewards, slow app
The app looks really good, but it’s really slow because there’s so much to process. Sometimes it just spins and doesn’t connect to anything.
Super easy
This app was very easy to use. So convenient to pay my check this way. The food and the service was great. I had the cherry salmon. It was awesome.
Glitchy and Crashes
So many issues each time when trying mobile pay, and don’t even try to use gift cards, will fail every time. Even the staff are aware of how bad the app is!
Best Restaurant
The variety of beers are excellent! The burgers are also excellent! This is my favorite place for getting a good burger!! The best burger to me is the Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger impaired with Jeremiah Red beer!! And using the app is a very easy way to pay for our meal.
Lost $40
On 8/1 afternoon there are $40 rewards money in my account, by 8/2 morning, it’s all gone, I reached out to customer service, he said he could not tell what happened, so far no one called me back to tell me what happened

I’ve been using the app for years. But recently I can’t open the app because it says I need to upgrade my ios. But I can’t.

The app charges you 12% for a delivery fee and then an additional service charge on top of that. None of that money goes to the driver so after you end up tipping service fees end up costing about 30% of your total order. That is ridiculous. Using an app should be more convenient for them because it removes any human interaction. It shouldn’t cost 15% of your bill in fees just to use an app. Deleting.
