Iâd love to be able to login by FaceID. It is a bit annoying having to enter e-mail and pass everytime, since « remember me » feature doesnât work. Other than that, the app is helpful and convinient. Cheers
I know you have the monopole
but it doesnt prevent you from having a correct service. From years this app doesnt remember the log in and you have to sign in each time you enter in to consult your appointment or book ! Even ticking the box foreseen for that. it is a nightmare. Please use your developer and do something
Gets worse
App doesnât save password, you have to insert even on the same day. Also they donât show negative feedback on doctors

The mobile application appears to be a direct wrapper of the web version, offering little to no native optimization. A major usability issue is that the âRemember Meâ functionality does not work as intendedâdespite enabling the option, the session is not persisted, and the user is required to log in each time the app is opened. Additionally, there is no loading indicator or visual feedback when navigating between menus, which negatively impacts the user experience and makes the interface feel unresponsive.

Login problems
The app never remembers my name and password although I tick « remember me ». Very annoying. Also very often I must reset my password. Even more annoying. Once inside, it works well. And it is nice to find the history of my appointments.
Great idea, but poor app
Doctena is simply great, by facilitating getting appointments with doctors. The app, though, is extremely user unfriendly. Eg need to log in all the time (despite a"remember me" feature). Getting an appointment is also not intuitive, not to mention getting repeated appointments. Much room to improve

Very practical and efficient
Bad connection from outside of Luxembourg
Iâve been on vacation (still in EU!) and my Doctena has been totally blocked (app, website regardless what device I used) till I returned to LuxembourgâŠ.. I found it hilarious! There was no support contact available on the blocked site, a friend in Lux had to direct me. Their IT support only suggested to establish a VPN. (Another person experienced the same issue while not residing in Lux.)

The app is super useful but it is really not user-friendly. It is cumbersome to book several appointments and often the app fails to load correctly. What a pity!

Terrible application
It goes already wrong at the start⊠no password confirmation and view password button. Prone to errors⊠Afterwards it goes worse and worse⊠when scheduling a appointment for existing patient it give you the options for a ⊠new patient⊠I deleted the application⊠to mediocre to use.
Nice app
Very practical app, quite easy to use. The user interface lacks though, it looks like it had been made in the 1990s thatâs why I only gave it 4 stars out of 5.

Comme lâindiquent plusieurs utilisateurs, Ă quoi sert le bouton « Se souvenir de moi » puisquâil faut Ă chaque fois se reconnecter Ă lâapp. Et quand on doit prendre un rdv et quâon vĂ©rifie les dispos plusieurs fois par jour/semaine, câest assez pĂ©nible. Aussi, quand vous cherchez un spĂ©cialiste, si vous consultez un profil de la liste en dĂ©tail, plus moyen de revenir en arriĂšre sur la liste complĂšte, il faut reprendre la recherche depuis le dĂ©but - quelle perte de temps !! Jâutilise Doctena depuis des annĂ©es et ce dĂ©faut nâest apparu que rĂ©cemment, je ne comprends pas quâon puisse dĂ©velopper une app et que les fonctionnalitĂ©s se dĂ©tĂ©riorent plutĂŽt que de sâamĂ©liorer !
login information
the app does not remember the login even when you use checkbox âremember meâ during login. it is forgotten every time the app is closed. Also when making multiple appointments with where you need for example 8sessions it is quite annoying to do the whole process of searching the doctor then choosing existing patient etc.

Doesn't save the remember option login details
Even though I log in and select remember me, it always asks for credentials to be input each time I login. Frustrating!

No video appointments possible
Mobile app does not provide possibility to apply for a video appointments. I only find it on a desktop version. Besides it prompts for the login and pass each time and logs-off very quickly. No biometry possible.

Very bad version (09-2023)
I used to use this app very often, founding it very easy. With the new version, it is a mess! There is no priority in doctors considering the wish date and are, once the doctor page is opened, there is no button to get back to the list, very bad visualization of available slots. Please review it as soon as possible since it is a mess!

Remember me?
Doctena charges 500⏠PER MONTH the doctors to be on the app, and yet they canât hire a single IT developer that makes the button âremember meâ or face ID work. Having to relog 10 times per day to check doctors is a nightmare; especially when you are tired and sick. I wish a competitor comes on the market soon to replace this company that doesnât listen to user feedbacks.

Been broken for months
The app has gotten worse over the past year. The latest updates broke several functionalities. Hope it gets fixed soon. Update a year later - still bad⊠have to re-connect every single time I use the app đ€Šââïž
The idea is good but the app doesnât work
It was impossible to book any appointment due to technical problems with the app as well as on the webpage. Otherwise this would be a helpful app.

I have booked many appointments on this app, over the 3 years Iâve lived in Lux, and itâs awesome!
No biometrics
This app uses an ancient log on system that doesnât work with biometrics. User needs to logon every single time.
Not user friendly yet
The "next booking is on the xx/xx" green button doesn't work. If the next free slot is in one month, why do I have to scan EVERY day until I find it? Wouldn't it be better to just show days with a free slot?
