What people like
- Really fun for sending to family
- Easy to use and share videos

- Hard to cancel the subscription
Dancing
Jazz o
It’s not worth downloading unless you’re willing to pay
It sucks there, not anything free you have to pay for it
Fun Birthday Cards
Birthday cards with multiple dancing figures are my favorites. Love the “I’m gonna get my Snack on!” I wish there was a program where I could alphabetize my faces by names. That would make the app MUCH quicker to use and we’d ALL like that 😄😀😆😂😅😂😁😄😃 I have soooo many faces . Don’t call me two faced! I have about 60 faces and I’m not EVEN schizophrenic.
Money
Almost all of them cost money please have some that don’t
Need more selection
I’ve been using this app for a long time and I need some new videos and things to work with. I’ve used a lot of them too much repeatedly
Howling
More fun to send than an actual card. Love the multiplayer video options!
Scam!
This app is a complete scam that annually steals $24.00 from your credit card. I attempted to cancel this for moths and was unable to. I knew the last date my subscription ran out and still couldn’t cancel. I deleted the app and “all the data” got hit for a $24.00 charge the next day. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with a disputed charge. DO NOT DOWLOAD the app. These people should be in jail for outright deception, bank fraud and theft.
Indespensible!
I’ve used and loved this app for over ten years. It’s very easy to use and friends and family are so impressed and feel special when they get one. I like that I can share a video or gif in so many ways allowing a group to see it not just the recipient. There are a few drawbacks, however. 1- there are not enough templates for people of color (but there are many, 2- I’ve used this for so long, and the app doesn’t create as many new cards as I’d like to see. I’ve reused them over and over, 3-and then I don’t know who I’ve sent them to. I believe cards are stored for a year. Overall, I love this cool app and hope to see continued improvements.
Paying
I wish I could use all jib jabs without paying
AI needs to go away
And then add more features with a variety of numbers
Crazy
So much fun.!
Cute but Annoying
I used it for birthday ecard. It said free 30 days but after I signed up and payed it said non-refundable. Had to jump through hoops to cancel my membership and then it said it can’t be cancelled until the payed subscription year is up and they keep your data. Don’t get this, it’s too much of a hassle.
Big Fan- but let’s add more with AI
I have had this for years but it is time for them to add more.
Very expensive
Subscription is far too expensive
Price has spiked, no new videos
Used to be such a cute app. Now the price has skyrocketed, but no new cute, family-friendly videos. Like “it’s begging to look like Xmas” or “Santa Clause is coming to town”, “Bee my Valentine”, to name a few. Or some cute, sweet Birthday videos. Wanted to send smth for Xmas this year, but there is NOTHING new! The app is now filled with some stupid (farting etc), loud stuff that can be appreciated only by teens or among young friends. Too much of celebrity singing/dancing.. Please add more family-friendly cute, funny videos we could send to aunts and parents or adults in general! Stuff that’s not gross or ridiculous.
Love it!
Best money I spent every year. I’ve been using Jim jam for years and send family Jibjabs many times throughout the year.
Bad
Babababab
Constant Creative Fun
The content is good but I need wider themes. Some way of connecting more than one dancing card together when including Bo groups. Many many times I need a cheer up card, or glad to have you in my (group, family, team etc) rather than birthday or current holiday . I. Like the cards where the main character has several back up people doing something unique to themselves! Good job, jib jab!
Ripped off
I have twice subscribed to Jib Jab through iTunes and each time I have paid I have been told to get a paid version. Terrible subscription software. Try talk to iTunes ( good luck). The App is fun but I have given up on the subscription.
Long-Time Member Disappointed
I’ve been using Jib Jab for over 15 years and mostly loving it up until the last few years. For an app to be celebrating 22 years, you’d think by now, they would have much more updated content. In addition, it doesn’t seem as if they’re listening to the customers input. You should be able to select the number of people you want in your video- not just 1 or 5. But what was mostly upsetting is today- I realized they no longer use the original “Tequila” song- can’t be copyright issues, when it’s been available for 10+ years, and also where’d my other favorite “in da club” go?? Super disappointed. Most likely will not be renewing my membership this next year.
Awesome app!
Jib Jab is fun! Thanks for the app!
Just No
They lure you in with exciting and cute videos, you download app, select one and add photos, and when you share it - plays for 3 seconds then blurs the screen over with a Join For $3 a month but you are charged $39. for the year..::and cannot cancel. Bollocks!!!!!!!
Text blocks gif
Love the gifs but wish you could put text at very top or bottom so it wouldn’t block the cute gif.
Downhill
Used to be much better choices...not sure why they were taken off platform.
£7.49 pm to make a video. Nah.
Completely get you need to charge and run a business but you’ve lost the plot if you think I’m gonna pay £7.49 in Dec 24 for a one off fun quick Xmas video. I know you lot used to charge reasonable rates not that long ago ie:£3 pm. Try that again please or at least broaden your rates and charge per video. I’d happily paid £3 for a one off. Nutters. Good luck!
Soooo Cost Effective 💸
ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON … between the cost of a JibJab subscription and the cost of cards … JIBJAB … Wins by a mile 🤗💸‼️
Payment
I can’t use jib jab without paying and I used to love jib jab
Easy, Funny, Entertaining
Love this app. My friends always like the e-cards I make. It’d be great to have more new versions for 2026 New Year gifs.
Horrible app
You pay for it, and it doesn’t allow you to use it. I paid so many times, after you pay the app, it still asking you to pay again to play the app. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Great but too pricey
I’d love to subscribe but the money cost is far too high in cost and yearly I can’t afford
Best funny
This is such a fun app love it wish it was a little chipper but fun
Boring
I remember when it was free to do cute and fun video, I still have my Christmas video, butt now the greedy CEO want a subscription to put your face on a cartoon body!?! Absolutely Not!!
Okkkkk
It’s really funny but it always says add more characters so like yea
Minimal content, not very easy to search for groups
For a paid for app there is very little content, and if you mostly want a group video you have to trawl through each one to find very few suited to your number. Won’t be renewing.
Good product but…
After using for a year or two, it’s good fun but they really need new material. It’s the same old repeat stuff. At this subscription price I need to change products
Jib Jab Messages
Appreciate the overall Jib Jab card greetings in the past-great idea. However, Jib Jab greetings cartoons could use a “freshening” or updates cartoon messages with new messages. Thx
Dishonesty
This app contacted me to say they were unable to process my yearly subscription payment. I discovered that was not the truth. They Doubled the subscription price and would not allow me to have the same price I was billed for 12 long years. This app does not deserve to have customers and should be dissolved.
Review
Could it be possible to write some of your figures in French, only few?
Not free 😞
It shouldn’t be in the free apps section. Spent ages uploading images to use in a short birthday video message only to find I couldn’t download it, or post it to any social media or to WhatsApp as a message - unless I paid an extortionate subscription! False advertising
Paying
Why can’t we make a long video with out paying its silly 😩 But apart from that it’s going good 👍
Overall review
Exceptional gift and E card app by far the best E car video app
Wayyy too commercialized.
I want the old gif gab back, where I could just create stuff and send it in a text. Now they have to click on a link and there’s all the other buttons for them to sign up or create their own- it totally detracts from the fun text. I thought the paid version would be different, so I paid, but it’s not. I really just want the old GifGab back, it worked perfectly.
Pretty Cool But Getting Old…
Great tool to send some love but the material is dated with no updates that I’ve seen since I’ve purchased the app. Would also be interesting in an “adult” version. If they continue to work on it and add material it’ll be great 👍🏽
Not letting me get full access
I don’t know how else to contact you guys. But I logged in paid for a monthly subscription. It took payment but it says I have to log into my old account which I did and is still not letting me access everything 😟
Cancelling my subscription
I’ve had this app for quite some time now and I really feel that there could be more content for the money I pay. I use the e-cards a lot for family and friends but there’s never many new cards. I’ll stick to the free version from now on.
So funny
Always great content very funny.
Not as good as GifGab
So much money required to produce poor gifs
Great fun ...
Yes, great fun. Would like more British examples please
Want BeeGees & Everly Bros etc
Fed up that I can’t find videos like The Bee Gees or Everly Brothers and other massively iconic artists.
Too Expensive
You need to get some new videos, especially now the price as doubled. Do like the APP but won’t be paying £6.49/month!
