Will Not Work On Amazon Fire Kids Account
My son loves this app and I’ve been trying to get access to the full app (I’ve already created an account and paid for a subscription) on his Amazon Fire kids account. I have followed all the instructions and troubleshooting options provided by Amazon and various Googling, but to no avail. Every time I go to sign in on the kids account it says “ask your parent to download the application” even though I’m using the application to sign in. I can sign in and access the full app on my parent account, but not the kids.
It’s good but he presses to hard on it so it doesn’t move🤣🤣

Great app but I bought the premium pack to unlock all the alphabets but I still can’t access them. Help? Also my daughter was hyped about it too.
Mediocre
I paid $59 for a year subscription. My 2 year old loves it, however the teacher in me hates it. This is supposed to be a phonics app to help kids learn their letters and sounds, yet so many of the sounds are wrong! Continuous sounds like /f/, /v/, and /s/ are given “fuh” and “suh” sounds. R-controlled vowels are added to the songs for vowels. For example in the “Aa” song they use the word “airplane” to teach the /a/ sound. That word doesn’t make the short or long a sounds because it’s an r-controlled vowel. The same can be said for the “o” sound. They use words like “orange.” There are so many of these instances. Another nuance is the fact that they use “xylophone” to teach the /x/ sounds when it starts with the /z/ sound. This would be so confusing for a child actually using the app to learn their letter names and sounds. In the tracing app for the letter “m” there is a picture of a monkey chasing bananas, it should be making the /m/ sounds but repeats the /b/ sound for the letter m…there are so many mistakes in this app!!! This app has so much potential but the creators need to take a lesson in phonics themselves.

MAJOR FLAW IN THE APP! PLEASE READ
Huge, major flaw in the app. Whenever my daughter (3yrs) is doing the letter tracing & misses a point, skips a point, etc & the tracing character laughs & runs off screen, she laughs so hard spit gets on the screen & we have to stop & wipe the laughter spit off to register her finger after a while. Pinkfong needs to seriously consider why making a 3yr laugh so hard that it puts mom into stitches is necessary….. if it fixed this “fatal” flaw I may be willing to give is 6 stars, but I don’t see this company caring enough that it puts a mother & child into LITERAL stitches* to fix the grotesque error………. /s *literal laughter stitches

Good app, bad business model
The app doesn’t transfer within iTunes... so if you upgrade your device, you have to repurchase the app. Horrible model but great app... but maybe that is their business model. Just beware when purchasing
Not multilingual as described
I bought this app because like others from the same developer they offered several languages. However this one, even though, it says 8+ languages including Spanish and French, it does not!!! you cannot change it to anything else, which is disappointing specially because I paid to have that feature

Great to entertain 15 month old
My little boy loves this. It keeps him entertained. He has even started to join in the activities.
Purchasing issues
My daughter loves her alphabet game but every time I try to purchase the entire pack it won’t load. I have been trying for three days. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.
So much for family sharing
I purchased this app on my phone and downloaded it on my iPad but when I click restore on my iPad it says there’s no purchase to restore and it wants me to pay another $13. I’m really upset that I wasted my money to only have it on my phone. Please fix this so I can let my kids use it on all our devices. Otherwise we love this app and I would give 5 stars if this gets fixed.
Great app for learning the letters
We love this app! Our almost 2 year old son has practically learned all of the letters and can now recognize them on shirts and other items. My wife and I also find ourselves humming the songs because they’re so catchy. Thanks for the great learning app!
No Family Sharing!
I never would have purchased it even once if I had known or even thought for a second that a company, like Pinkfong, would not offer family sharing on a $13 kids app. Never again.
Unhappy
I love the app, so does my 17month old daughter. I paid £9.99 to upgrade the app. Downfall is if delete like my daughter did to the app whilst exploring the iPad, to download again, u have to pay another £9.99 to access all the alphabets.i don't think I'm willing to pay again for something I already paid for.
Disappointed
The app worked for a while but now the videos won’t load up for my kid to enjoy the learning songs for the letters etc....fix it maybe or send a refund even a partial partial refund since some parts of the app do work. Her favorite is the videos that aren’t working....
Needs improvement
Firstly the price is absolutely extortionate for toddler games, however it keeps my little boy quiet and he loves it. After paying so much for an app I do not expect to have an advert for more apps at the top of the page, my little boy keeps clicking on it and doesn’t know how to get back. Very irritating.

Good app but you can only get to E without upgrading to the full version for $13.
ADS!
Love the app and so do my kids. Most money I’ve ever spent on an app to get all the content. That being said, I shouldn’t be given ads to download more of their apps whenever the app boots up. I have to close an ad every single time so my kids can actually use it. Please remove your ads. Your app is good and I might get more, but having them thrust in my face every single time it is used is getting tiresome.
Multiple devices
My husband and I share an iCloud account. I bought this app on my son’s iPad, and was able to download from the cloud on to all our devices and phones with that iCloud account. But it will not tell you that. If you try to buy this app more than once, it will let you. So heads up. It has to opened and downloaded directly from the cloud account. Search, choose, download.
Only a to d ?!?
Clearly says it’s A to Z but is not. I can’t even find a way to buy e through z.

Can only download to one device - rip off
My toddler loved the free version of this app so I bought the full version, which I thought was a bit steep for £9.99. I found out today that you can't use it on multiple devices, so if I want it on my phone and iPad I have to fork out twice! I would expect that for the exorbitant cost you'd be able to use the app on all your iTunes devices. I'm SO disappointed in this.
Great app, but just FYI....
We love Pink Fong apps! They really are great, even if they can be a bit pricey. I gave it three stars for this reason: Purchases do not transfer from one device to another! Even if you are using the same account and have family sharing activated (on iPads), it has been very frustrating that I have to purchase the same packages multiple times for each device. That is not fair to the customers! I have not found a fix for this, so just be aware.

Quality app, a bit Yankee, total ripoff
Great graphics, catchy songs, letter tracing game a great idea, kid loved it. Obviously quite some production gone into this. However the American pronunciations and words as well as Zee not Zed, are confusing for kids speaking British English. The price at £9.99 is exorbitant. Worst of all though if you do decide to pay £9.99 for the full game or more if you buy in stages, then as an in-app purchase it's only valid on the device you purchased it on, which is a ludicrous ripoff, and if you upgrade that device you have lost your purchase. Should be laws against this, shame on you Smart Study/Pink Fong, there is no place for such greed on a kids app.
Disappointed
Having bought the full version of this app at a pricey cost I was extremely disappointed that bought version only works on my iPhone and doesn't actually work on our family iPad, the app requires me to purchase this again for this device which at almost £15 is absolute a no go. A good app in terms of entertainment but very disappointed in the makers of this for charging so much for it not to work on all devices linked my iCloud.

Lots to see
This is an awesome app. My 20 month old loves it. It has great songs for every letter, it's bright, colourful and very engaging. However, not impressed that I purchased the full version through an in-app offer but got charged the full price.

Got this game for my children they started to play making letter formation but them it kept coming up with advertisement for the premium pack, I understand they will do that but it them wouldn't let my children continue with the letters & kept popping up about the premium pack (£8.99) every few seconds! I will be deleting the gave now as what's the point if it won't let them play it!
