Best Weather Source, THANKYOU!
What a shame!
The most recent “update” on this app ruined it. It was wonderful before the changes went into effect. Now it can only be viewed in “portrait mode” and so I need to hold my iPad vertically just for this app. Also, since I do not live in Albuquerque, I have no interest in seeing the video of the weather forecast there and yet, that is what the Home Screen shows. I much preferred the old format visually, much easier to read. Now it looks like all the other weather apps except I have to orient the iPad in the vertical position and then clear away the video forecast. Really bummed about the changes.
Most accurate weather app I've used
This app is easy to use and I prefer it to any of the other weather apps I've used.
Loading time
App is okay. It takes too long to load which causes me to use other apps instead. Most apps are instant once you click on them.
Very satisfied trucker
Use this app religiously it’s great to see radar weather on the go, knowing you what you’re driving into
App now ruined after many good years.
I just deleted this app I’ve used for 7 years. I can’t add the overlays I am used to. It also subjects me to video forecasts I don’t want and news stories that have no place on a weather app. Such a shame you screwed it up KOB.
Not bad but needs improvement
Good app, but not all of the features work such as the video forecast.
Best weather app
I like how you get everything that you want in a weather app without giving away all my personal info. Thank you
Awful!
I agree with the previous reviewer; this new “updated” app is HORRIBLE!
KOB weather app
Easy enough to appreciate the app’s format, but why is it so often in disagreement with your local Albuquerque Channel KOB forecast for Albuquerque?
Hourly
Use the app to tell me when I can walk my dogs everyday. Shoot for 30 degrees.
Awful new format
Go back to previous format, it was easier to read and navigate, plus now there is no option for landscape mode. The white background makes it difficult to see compared to the black one. Thumbs way down!
Alerts?!?
I set up alert a year ago and NEVER RECEIVED ANY ALERTS!!!
Best weather App!
This app is right all the time so let’s say there’s a really dark cloud on the right of me it’s starting to get closer on the app it starts getting closer to. It’s just so cool.😀😅🥹😎😎
New Design Not Good
This “Brand New Look” is scattered and difficult to read all the info at a glance. I really liked the old design. Guess I’ll have to look for a new weather app.
Disappointed
It is slow to load. Videos don’t load at all. There are features on this ap that I like but overall the KOB news ap is more reliable at this point.
Rex Fox, Farmington Nm
The entire staff a KOB 4 is very professional and a pleasure to watch when I am home in Farmington. When I am on the road, I use the KOB 4 weather app wherever I am at. Thank You!
No good
The new version is no good. The weather direction of the wind hourly is cut off. It’s like it doesn’t fit on the screen. I tried to add back locations that I had this morning and I couldn’t type in the location because the key board doesn’t fit on the screen and I couldn’t type scroll up. Fix this!! The app worked perfectly fine this morning.
Don’t like new version
Old version had is reporting from weatherman. This version is no more accurate than the basic Apple app!
Thanks
I very much enjoy this weather app, because it tells me when I may go outside to do work, or stay inside. And how to dress if I have to go out, for doctors or groceries, etc. so yes, thanks to all who do the work putting this together daily. 🙏
Off by a lot every day
KOB missed the actual low temperature in Magdalena by about 10F every day in winter. Always 10 or so too high on both the predicted and current low temperatures. Always.
Weather
I have been very pleased with this app for my weather info
Not in favor of new site
I liked the old site and the way it was set up and how you could navigate through it better than this new site.

I LOVE the KOB4 weather app, especially the “adjustable” real-time radar. It gives me a much better way to see what (severe) weather is coming my way. I also opted to receive severe weather alerts. This has been helpful on numerous occasions. The app is intuitive and easy to use. GREAT JOB!
Less weather information! More ads!
Was my go-to but they took away some information I relied on like hourly wind. And here are more ads than before. This is a licensed/branded” app, I found more apps clearly based on the same template. I now have to use three other weather apps to get the same set of info I got in the old version of this one. :-(. And I am not sure if any of them are accurate yet. :-( :-(. Hoping KOB “un-upgrades” this app.
Great weather
I like the layout of this app. It loads quickly and I get the info I need.
