Bin collection Takanini
No information on wot bins when or times?
Doesn’t work
Failed to load collection on occasion. Generally OK.
Poor App
App could be great. Takes to long to load if it loads at all.
Rubbish
This app is just like what it is suppose to be used for - rubbish. It crashes every time I enter my Brothers Street New Windsor Address. Streets adjacent Valonia and Batkin work fine. What’s wrong with Brothers Street? For those who say it works great, what is your secret.
A+++++
A+++++
It takes a long time to open.
It takes a long time to open any functions. Wasting time.
Terrible
Trying to use the app all it shows is a blank blue screen
Issue with new update May 23
Updated as requested and now just getting a grey screen after the message that the app is updating!! ☹️
Me finding the bin app easy
I like using this app because it saves me from searching it up in the search bar on the safari and this app makes it so easy so I know which either bin goes out each week so impressed with this app I can’t wait to use more of this app 👍👍
My account
My account got deleted from this and I lost all my bin skins but other wise I rate 4 star
Rating
First time using it, very nice. Would like to have the option to cancel a notification or to set the reminder for the time I want.
Crashing
Crashes as soon as I select an address. Hopefully an update comes soon
Great app - Recommend!
Great app! An easy place to find dates and rates and cuts the time from having to dig through council websites. Thanks! Just a suggestion - could you guys please design widgets with reminders for the rubbish collection? Would be awesome to add to my Home Screen :)
Full of ads
Google ads take up space on the app page, and keep showing irrelevant information. They make you to pay to remove the ads. What’s the point of using this app??
Great and helpful app
Have been using this app for a while now and find it very helpful especially when you forget when your next collection is after a public holiday or when you move house to another location. The app does not seem to work for me recently. It displays a blank screen after entering address instead of showing collection information. Running on iPhone 16 with iOS 18.3
It’s Broken
App crashes when selecting check your address now, the app doesn’t do anything when typing in an address. When it did work it was very handy.
Handy app
Really appreciate this app. Easy for me to check anyone’s address (eg mum and grandma) so they dont miss a collection. I wish I can maybe add something (like garden collection). Sometimes app does not open but a quick force close and re-open solves every time, so no big deal.
Loading
Takes ages to load
Forgetful
This app should remember the user’s previous visit and suggest that address by default - but it doesn’t.
5 star
Excellent service - often used.
Doesn’t work
App no longer works on my iPhone. When I select my address the next screen doesn’t load and is blank. Have done a few updates when available and made no improvement.
great app. latest changes a shame
I’ve always relied on this app, its very handy. unfortunately the latest changes of pushing ads at us is a step too far for me. Found myself searching the app store today for an alternative option. Have you considered a minimal charge for an ad-free experience? I’d have no issues paying a little bit for such a handy app. thanks.
Good app… I use waste collection day info
I’ve suggested a few changes (including keeping the last address searched), and they respond/update. Great app. Fits the purpose.
Discovered a bug
Found a bug but no way to contact developer except this form. The “contact us” function inside the app requires me to install apple mail, which I ain’t doing. There’s no contact details on the website either.
Make sure you update
Much better since the update. Great response from the developer to fix an issue.
App Stability
Love it so handy to have, great!
A council run app shouldn’t have so many ad!
A council run app should have so many ad and loading time is too long from time to time.
Nice, quick and simple
Works well. Does the trick. Nice and simple. Well done.
Great reminder
I’m always trying to remember which day rubbish and recycling day is . This app is fun and helps me to remember
Good but why advertisements
Why?
It worked better before!
Even though you can save your address it’s positioning for selection means you have to tap exactly in the correct place since it’s overlaid by the ad. Put the saved address somewhere else! Gets a bit frustrating!
Dharmesh
Recycling collection date is out one week. Relying on this app and missed collection for two fortnightly collection day. Sorry leaving this app.
