Nouveau iPhone, pas de Face ID
Face ID ne se configure plus après transfert sur un nouveau iPhone. Et si on désinstalle/réinstalle l’app, sur un iPhone Pro (3 Lens) Attijari Secure arrive à scanner le recto de CINE mais échoue sur verso (tester dizaine de fois)
Connection a l appli down
Ces derniers week-ends j ai toujours un pb lors de l’authentification, un msg erreur technique s affiche en empêchant la connexion et ceci depuis vendredi soir

There is a lot that needs fixing
The app only accepts the new CNIE V2 or a passport to activate Attijari Secure. My current CNIE is valid until 2029, so I can’t replace it yet, and I don’t have a passport. I also couldn’t create a virtual card because OTPs never arrived by SMS or email. Finally, the app doesn’t blur its contents or block screenshots when it’s in the background, unlike most banking apps. Essential features and security need improvement.

تحية طيبة وبعد … إن التحديث الجديد فيه العديد من الميزات الجيدة التي كنا نفتقدها كمستخدمين للتطبيق لكن بعض الخدمات قد تم إلغائها مثل تعبئة جواز وتعبئة الهاتف المتنقل بكل شركاته اقتصرت الخدمة الآن على دفع الفواتير فقط أرجو أن تأخذو بعين الاعتبار إضافة هذة الخدمات بالتحديث القادم وشكراً لكم

Failed Verification, No Access to Funds — Very Frustrating Experience
I had a very frustrating experience trying to activate my travel allowance with Attijariwafa Bank. The whole process relies on KYC verification, but it was extremely slow and kept failing for no valid reason. Despite providing a valid passport and CIN, the system repeatedly returned a failure status. There was no clear explanation or guidance on what was wrong, which made the situation even more frustrating. This became a serious issue while I was traveling. I was trying to make a payment and suddenly couldn’t access my own money, leaving me stuck without funds at a critical moment. A bank should ensure that essential services like this are reliable and efficient, especially when customers are abroad. Unfortunately, this experience shows major flaws in their system and a lack of dependability when it matters most.
Good Upgrade needs some adjustments
Nice UI design, and good upgrade, but some features are very confusing: - my account should display just the total of the current account not including the passbook account. - hide button for my account should hide just the amount, not all transactions I hope next upgrade fix these issues.

Nothing is working!
When I click on my card, it just keeps spinning and never loads. The same thing happens when I select international allocation, it only spins and does not load anything.

Description d’un problème
Je rencontre un problème lorsque j’essaye d’activer la fonctionnalité Attijari Secure, le scanning de CNIE ne fonctionne pas car la camera est désactivée même si j’ai donné toutes les permissions possibles à l’application. Il fonctionne sur Android mais pas sur iPhone (IOS).

Not everyone who uses the app speaks or reads English so struggled to set u as it was in French considering bank was opened on the uk has that option to change but u have to jump hurdles before u get there

System down
Since last week until today I have been going to the Sidi Said Meknes bank branch to change the number and the lady there tells me that the system is down and I cannot do that. This is unreasonable. I will have to close my account with you permanently and withdraw my money from that account. The matter must be fixed soon because we want to conduct banking transactions and we need our number there.
