対局中に 広告読み込みや 運営ダミーのデータの行き来があるのか フリーズして フリーズしていた時間ぶん、自分の持ち時間がぶっ飛ぶ 持ち時間1分が実質、 ・最悪で5〜15秒 (数手ですぐフリーズして1分超えて3〜10分以上フリーズしたままになる、当然こちらの時間切れ負けになる) ・よくて30〜40秒くらい (5〜10秒を越える長いフリーズはなくてもちょいちょい1〜3秒ほど固まる) 時間切れには２通りあり ・実際に自分がモタモタして切らした時間切れ負け ・フリーズしてぶっ飛んだ時間ぶんこちらの持ち時間がぶっ飛んで負ける、不具合による時間切れ負けがある、運営は当然理解してるだろ、作ってる本人や この２通りの時間切れ負けを しっかり分けて記録してほしい ひとつは ・時間切れ負け もうひとつは ・運営ダミーのデータ読み込みフリーズによるプレイヤーの時間飛ばして逃げのエラー負け (まあ時間飛ばなくてもソフトには絶対勝てんのやけどな、運が良ければドローになるだけで) アクティブユーザー数が5〜10万人程度で 対局可能な人間がいつでもいるわけがない ほとんどが運営のダミー(ソフト) 早い話が人間を装ったソフトと思われる
日々改悪されていく
一箇所しか打てない場合は強制自動で打たれますが、打たずにその後の手を考えるのも持ち時間の使い方だと思います。 また、色々な打ち方を試したい場合もあるので降格制度は廃止にしていただきたいです。昇格条件をクリアした方が得る称号なので、そこで実力は示されているはずですが。 色々とつまらなくなっていっているのは確かです。

最近のアプデが改悪すぎ
改悪がエグくて、まともにプレイできません。 課金してサブスクに入っても練習レートをクリアしないと試合すらさせてもらえない。 クリアして、幾つか試合した ら規制が入り、更に難しいクエストに挑戦させられる。 その積み重ねで最終的に試合もできない。 ゴミ。金もったいなかった。 アプリ維持のための広告収入を得る為の仕組みだと思うが、サブスク入ってもそれならやれないし、金払う意味ない。 まじで最低な改悪で、こんなゴミ仕様にするの初めてだわ。改悪あってからも良い評価してる人いるので、特定の私だけへの嫌がらせですかね？ とにかくこれが全員に向けてなら、アプリ取る意味ないです。おすすめできません。 私は消しました。
降段・降級システムの意味
どのプレーヤーにとっても、今保有する段級位には莫大な時間とエネルギーをかけて勝ち取った思い出が詰まっています。これがライフスタイル変化や戦法変化による不調でなかったことになる。仲間達が次々に降段していくのを見るのはあまりにも悲しい。 今現在の棋力はレートが示していると思います。アプリ内高段者が何かの模範になる使命を担っているわけでもないので、段級位はレートに必ずしも現れない、各プレーヤーの背景やアプリへの貢献度を示すものとして、単調に上がっていくものであるべきだと思います。
ガバ判定に二度打ち確認もない
何で他の自分のアプリには付けてるのにこれだけないんですか？しかも選択肢以外の場所をタップしてたのに意図してない所に石置いちゃうし……他のレビューもレートやグラフィックのことぐらいしか書いてないのもおかしいよ。不便だと思わないの？

ads and maintenance
Ads are too much. I get that that pays for the app, but I would happily pay to be ad free. Why is there still 2-3 hours a day when 1 min games are offline??? Otherwise, great platform.

最近接続エラーでプレー出来ないことがほとんど。もちろんスマホのネットの接続状況は問題なし。このアプリだけconnecting falseと出る。

Best version available for free
This is by far the best version of diversity that you can get for free online. It allows you to play other players, and there are no delays in getting an opponent. Other versions have an extremely long wait time for an opponent, or it is only against a computer that is either impossible to beat or way too easy to beat.
Promo ads are ridiculous
This app has too many banner and ads that seem to ALWAYS dominate the winner of the game screen. What is so annoying is how long the ads are and that it forces the App Store to open and also that many ads do not allow one to bypass or even close the advertising after it’s done it long annoying display. No one wants this and no one wants to pay the exuberant monthly fee. Maybe the app creator should consider their app users enjoyment instead of profits and IN YOUR FACE advertising. I would be happy to pay $10 to buy outright for an unlocked app and say goodbye to ads. Not a monthly ridiculous price of $2.99 monthly just to get the mosquitos ads of of them.
Best online Reversi/Othello
Gameplay is easy, automatic matching is very fair, ratings are done well, and there are plenty of features that make playing and FINISHING games easier/more enjoyable. Those features include automatic reconnection to game if you disconnect (d/c) due to reception or whatever (even if app crashes which has never happened to me), automatic win if your opponent d/c’s and doesn’t return, automatic game time limits, and no options to abandon game (only options = resignation, timeout, or d/c loss ...or win of course). Your opening techniques, stats, and game records are all saved for easy review of games. This is especially nice since you get a “password” assigned that you can use on other devices to automatically load your account for play across multiple devices. There’s a problem set for study. You can even enter tournaments. Plus, the ads aren’t even very disruptive. The one downside that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that there’s no decent helpfile to explain little things, like “why are different usernames different colors,” or “why is some text green and some black or grey on my records page.” What does that stuff mean? That would basically make this the perfect reversi app. I definitely recommend it! P.S. FYI, there’s no chatting.

長年無料にて遊ばせていただき誠にありがとうございます。 そして、このタイミングでまさかのリニューアルにびっくりです♫ 熟考されてのリニューアル、とてもありがたく喜ばしい出来事ではあるのですが…どうしても対戦相手検索中の『木枯らし紋次郎』的イラストと対局中の『思い出がいっぱい』的BGMが馴染めません。 個人的意見としては、出来ればカスタム可能にしていただきたくおもいます。 それから、持ち時間5分としても一手1分に制限して欲しいです。 特にかつてから劣勢状態で対局終盤の残り一、二手で故意に残り持ち時間数秒迄引っ張る悪質な輩が多く存在します。 どうぞご検討よろしくお願いいたします。
Unfortunately the best
Sad to say, this is the best app for online othello. The ranking system is questionable, there are many bot cheaters, the community is stone dead, online competitions are a joke. Bugs are fixed biannually at best (eg the "you_win_by" bug). I get ads despite having paid for getting rid of them. Feedback from developers is nil. And yet it is still best. Other apps are incredibly bad. What's wrong with developers? This is the only place you get to play against world class players and there are tons of good high rankers. But othello deserves so much better! I'm actually thinking of developing an app myself.

I keep getting paired with bots ranked at a low level, but seemingly much more skilled than the ranking would suggest. They even have “bot” in their name. The whole point of this app is to play real people!
Longer times for sudden death?
Only 5 mins or 1 min of thinking time for whole game. Can it be more? And sometimes I get matched with opponents with half my score level. Can we have a choice whether to play that or not as the discrepancy is large? Also an option to communicate with previous opponent would be appreciated.

Tyvärr suger urvalsystemet och det går inte att välja motståndare , bästa är att spela 1 minuts matcher då motståndaren inte har tid att använda fuskprogram som är ganska uppenbart att många gör i 5 minuters matchningen .
Amazing app
The top players on this app are actually world champs, worth the download. Has a nice list of preferences, teaches you which opening work for you and has endgame practice and an easy match and rating system. I Like that it dosent have a move timer, this way I can distribute how I spend on each part of the game how I see fit. Couple of suggestions: add a 10 and 20 minute table for more in-depth games. I understand that it may take longer to match, but people will not get frustrated if you just leave a warning that it may take longer to match based on the amount of users playing.
Filled with cheating players planted by the developers
They keep resetting the reviews. Someone please make something better. Unfortunately, this is the main platform where so many of the top players play, but the game is filled with players who have a lot of games played that are rated pretty low but are actually really good. They take a disproportional amount of points from you when they win. The only way this would be possible is if the game itself is planting these players. I don’t know why they would do this, but it is super frustrating and makes me write reviews like this one. Someone please make a better platform where everyone will want to play.

Constantly lose time
When my connection is bad, I lose the time, when the opponent has a bad connection, they get their time back. Even on a good connection time is lost, where the opponent barely loses a minute and you lose 2+ minutes. No way they are playing faster.

Great fun to play. The numerical ranking system is not easily understandable, but probably fair. It would be nice to know the nationality of your opponent and have the ability to say hello and thanks for the game

This is a great game for advancing quick thinking in othello. Pairs you up with other players of random rank. My only problem is the huge amount of time that the 1 minute game is “under maintenance” it seems like half the time I go on the game it is unavailable to play. This is super frustrating and I end up not playing because of it.
Wrong game
This game is awful. High scoring players cheat on time delaying play until the time is to short. Also the game says you are out of time before you really are. All this results in a loss. Find another game!

Why are there only 1 and 5 minute options? How about a 45 second table and a 90 second table? Why does it say I won or lost by so many points? just display how many black and how many white. It is not good to label a player by winner or loser, and the game moderator had no right to judge by how many points I have won or lost. Why player can’t quit if the opponent is stalling and wasting time? Player should be able to quit at any time. Why if accidentally I play the wrong move, why can’t I request a take-back? And if opponent timer runs out but the game is interesting; I should be able to allow opponent t to continue on an additional minute. So, if opponent t timer runs out: timer should ask, do you want to extend opponents timer and then ask the opponent, would you like to accept the expended time allowed by player to finish the game? Also, allow player to request additional time, then opponent would choose yers or no and how many seconds.
