Осторожно! Вам вообще не помогут! Ничего не синхронизируется! Добавить расход не возможно! Просто все зависло! Поддержка месяц пишет, что решает вопрос! Это ужасно Выброшенные деньги на ветер И возвращать не хотят

Не плохой трекер, но вот лента крайне неудобная. Лучше бы сделали дашборд, с кнопками внизу на главной странице, кнопка «отчет» например. Сейчас же чтоб увидеть это в графике, нужно кучу манипуляций произвести и обязательно чтоб это был период, то есть за день в графике, расходы не посмотришь

They stopped supporting app
This was a great application, but unfortunately, developers completely abandoned it. App does not calculate expenses correctly by custom and shows just random numbers. Worse - it is impossible to reach support via app, every time I click on send it just says that error has accrued and try later… well I’ve been trying for days… disappointed because I have a paid version.
don't buy paid versions
It’s good application, very simple and comfortable BUT When I purchased the full version, the app didn't provide it (the features didn't change, but the money was gone). Support in the app itself doesn't work.

It is complicated to use, to costuming, to set monthly budgets, ….. and the tutorials on YouTube are terrible bad explained, are useless ! Definitely it is a No!
Can’t even sign up
I’ve installed the app. Servers are not responded. Login, sign up requests do not work. Support screen shows infinite loader. Barely was able to pay (because of the servers) and now I can’t even use the service
Temporary fix
Hi, I’ve got the same problem and this app is must have for me, so I wrote to support and they proposed to change the language, switch it to “Russian” and it may help (it works for me now). If you like me and used the app for a long period of time - knowing the language isn’t required to use it. I hope we can switch back to English soon. To support: Thanks a lot for the fast response!! I was depressed when saw the app crashing.
Просто убили приложение новой версией
Новой версией невозможно пользоваться. Ни тебе интеграции с банками. Я даже разобраться не смог где кнопка добавить расход. Абсолютно интуитивно непонятное приложение стало, а жаль подавало большие надежды
Лучше чем новое приложение
Пользовался 5 лет. Потом чуть больше года пытался привыкнуть к новому и вернулся в это. Единственное что расстраивает, так это реклама в платной версии (хоть это и ваши курсы и пр.)
Impossible to log in
I’ve purchased the app and now cannot log in on a different device. It says “server error”. Same about messaging to “help”. It just isn’t downloading

I made an annual subscription, as a result, the money was withdrawn 4 times, but no new features appeared in the application. Refunds are also not possible for unknown reasons.
Shoot down while tapping on any icon
I love this app, but out of a sudden it started to shoot down every time I just tap on an icon. I tried to restart my iPhone, the problem still exists.

Отличное приложение
Пользуюсь приложением довольно долго, и могу порекомендовать его как базовое приложение для домашней бухгалтерии. Минималистичные репорты расходов/доходов, относительно удобная система drag and drop, поддержка нескольких валют. Из недостатков - хотелось бы получить сравнение двух временных периодов, экспорт репортов в pdf, и пожалуйста уберите копирование из буфера обмена - это вызывает вопросы по безопасности. Спасибо.

ОТНОШЕНИЕ К КЛИЕНТАМ НА «0»
После установки приложения и проблемами со входом , написал в техподдержку , предоставил платежные документы в ответ. Попросил вернуть переплату и решить проблему со входом. Техподдержка пропала , не отвечает. Написал второе письмо , опять пропали и не отвечают. ОТНОШЕНИЯ К СВОИМ КЛИЕНТАМ НА ПОЗОРНО НИЗКОМ УРОВНЕ. Ни проблему решить ни деньги вернуть.
Amazing app but the widget doesn’t work for iOS
Amazing app, have been using it for 4 years now. One of the cool features — ability to export your data. Totally recommend. But pleaseeee, coinkeeper team, do fiz the widget bug for iOS. It was working just fine like 2 years ago and now it doesn’t allow register any expenses. Please do spend some time on coinkeeper 2.0, people still use it!:)

Купил приложение, по акции. Столкнулся с проблемой что зарегестрироваться не могу выбивает ошибку. Через какое-то время предлагает, снова купить приложение. Само приложение удобное. Только приходиться по несколько раз заходить в меню оплаты чтобы премиум появился. Судя по тому что бот в телеграмме не отвечает, и обнова была 8мес назад. Наверное забили или больше не актуальное приложение
It was better a few years ago.
Interface was much more cleaner a few years ago. It’s quite overloaded now with all that additional statics and charts. And why can’t I arrange my spending categories anymore?
Not working.
I’ll change this review as soon as it will work again. I used to have previous version of CoinKeeper which I paid 5$ for it. It stopped working at all recently. So I transferred all my information to this new version and paid like 25 $ again for subscription. It bagged and colapse all the time you trying do something in it. Please do something finally.

The app just stopped working one day. It was a good app to track your finances, but looks like it has bags which is not acceptable when you pay for an app

Quiero agregar un nuevo perfil para mantener 1 personal y otro de mi negocio y solo me aparece que pague una suscripción premium de nuevo. Y le doy pagar suscripción y me dice q ya estoy suscrito. Entonces solo puedo usar un solo perfil?

Very helpful app
intrusive advertising despite purchasing a subscription
It’s very unpleasant to see advertisements for the next subscription in every tab of the application when you already have one. and it cannot be removed!
Adding pictures to the notes
Please add the option of taking scanned images (pictures, receipts, etc) to the notes part of adding an expense.
Payment and customer service
The app is fine- my issue is with billing and customer service. Otherwise it'd be a 3 star review. I got an offer via email to pay $8 and something for an unlimited subscription during a sale- so I clicked on it and it took me to a page showed $25.99 pricing -67% off. It asked for my credit card information, I entered my information and it thanked me for my purchase - then I got an email for a receipt of $25.99. getting a hold of them to speak to them about it has proved to be challenging.
Where’s the Apple Watch app??
The app is excellent!! Very organized, simple... But i would use more if I had an extension for the Apple Watch :/
