Ne zaman para göndermeye girsem sürekli sayfada takılıyor. 2-3 kere aç kapa yapınca ancak işlem gerçekleştiriyorum.
Arayüz daha minimal ve modern olsun.
Uygulama arayüzü daha modern daha minimal olabilir hem kullanım açısından hemde görsel açıdan daha fazla göze hitap eder mesela akbank gibi midas gibi mobil banka uygulamalarından referans alınabilir.

Yani hiç kontrol edilmeden yüklenen bir banka uygulamasi akıl alir gibi değil! Kuveyt Turkun kesinlikle çalıştığı ajansı değiştirmesi gerekiyor. Her yeni güncelleme yeni bir problem ve kullanıcı geri bildirimleri dikkatle alınmıyor. Icon sistem ayarlarına göre dark yada beyaz olarak kendini ayarlıyordu son güncellemeden sonra tamamiyle beyaza dondu. Şimdi bunu farkedip düzeltmeleri aylar alir. Ilgilenmedigimizi belirttiğimiz kampanyaları sürekli dayatma hala devam ediyor. Ilgisiz ve kotu bir banka.

Hisse senetlerinde portföyün içeriği yüzdesel olarak gözükmesi çok iyi olurdu.

After last update, i have a problem to show the THIS MONTH statement of my Miles& Smiles debit card. The application crashes and closed immediately once press to show THIS MONTH statement.

Not efficient app.
Changing passwords and what not is too troublesome. Can’t be changed within the app. To change, Calling back to Turkey and answering questions from a machine which repeatedly switch from English to Turkish for no reason is too boggling.

Amerika Birleşik Devletleri‘nde telefonun üzerinde hesap açmaya çalışıyorum fakat sisteminiz başvurumu onaylamıyor Help deskinizi aradığımda şubeye gelmeniz gerekiyor diyorlar!

Birden fazla vadesiz hesabım var. Uygulama sadece yüksek bakiyeden düşüğe doğru yukarıdan aşağıya sıralama yapıyor. Bakiyeye bakmaksızın istediğimiz gibi sıralama yapabilmeliyiz. Bu şekilde güncelleme istiyoruz.

Unfortunately it’s very old fashioned style application. I live abroad so each time allocated me to call Turkish bank number for password. I am not happy with that

verification the account with email that registered in my bank on my account when I am out side the turky I can do the rest and sign in my account but you can't verify the my account with email

Horrible .. useless and UI wording is cryptic
The app looks great at first look but it’s so complicated and the English language used is so cryptic. Consider this: I was due for a password change, which I completed. Next thing I know the device wants to be re-registered, so I login with new password. I get a message that I must confirm this device via the iPhone device saved. Guess what??? This is the only iPhone I ever registered with this app. Why is it not letting me do that? I am asked to call customer service but they are closed till Monday. Been thinking to leave this bank. Developer stated a phone number to call 24x7. Well, it’s not true. That is the number I called and they are only open ten hours a day Mon-Fri.

iphone 5 update stopped
the application suddenly stopped (iphone 5) and asking for update, but apple store says that the update is not compatible with my phone, so the aaplication stopped completely, i can't login my accounts. hope to add 'most compatible version'.

ID recognition is very bad
For password reset ID recognition feature is very bad. Such a waste of time.
Missing large deposit/withdrawal notification.
We would like a notification option that allows us to set a specific transaction limit and receive an on-screen pop-up message whenever a deposit or withdrawal exceeds that amount. This version keeps the meaning intact while making it sound smoother. Let me know if you’d like any further adjustments!

Overall a good app but still not possible to log in with touch id, which makes it quite annoying

I’m facing a very serious problem to unlock the SIM BLOCK as it does not accept interning international mobile numbers with country code in order to receive the one time code knowing that this international mobile number is registered to my bank account hope you will solve this issue urgently

Doesn’t work well on iPad
Trying to run this in iPad looks horrible. 1. No proper scaling to fit iPad screen properly 2. Does not support horizontal view (mostly use the iPad in horizontal view with a keyboard). Wish this will be improved.. really need to have this working in tablets such as the iPad and its a minimal code change.

Has issues
I can’t update my virtual credit card limit even though I have more than enough money on my main credit card. Also, I cannot use the email button to send receipts to my email and I have to use the share button which is very not intuitive.
