You are stuck with your money in their app if you don’t have a Korean bank account. Although they accept money through foreign banks, you can’t put it back, you MUST be in Korea if you want to have your money back
해외 로그인 되게 해주세요
안녕하세요 제가 미국에서 폰을 바꿔서 다시 로그인을 하려니까 안되는데, 금융인증서 로그인 기능을 추가해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 그거는 해외 로그인이 되더라고요.
토스 송금 얼굴인증 변경
토스 송금할때 자체 얼굴인증으로 바뀌어서 불편했어요 특히 어두운 곳에서 인증이 아예 안되니까. 아이폰같은 경우 페이스아이디 팝업아이콘을 누르면 다른 인증수단을 사용할 수 있는데 토스의 경우 얼굴 인증 뜬 아이콘 하단을 누르면 인증취소가 되서 이부분이라도 다른 인증 수단을 쓸 수 있게 바꿔주세요

인내심 시험하는 것도 아니고
스크롤만 하면 쳐 멈추지를 않나 앱 실행만하면 체감상 5초는 아무것도 안뜨고 하얀 화면만 뜨는데 쓰라고 만들어놓은 건지 모르겠습니다 스크롤 1초 지나가는데 3초는 기다려야 가네요
gln 결제시 아이폰 15 프로에서 qr코드가 부옇게 인식되지 않습니다.
제가 가지고 있는 이전 폰들은 잘 되는 걸 보면 바뀐 카메라에 맞춰 수정하셔야할 걸로 보입니다.
기능은 줄어들고 광고는 늘어남
업데이트할 때마다 기존에 있던 자본 관리 기능 같은 것들이 빠지고 대신 간접 광고 링크만 추가되고 있음 특히 이번 계좌 정보 기능은 총 자본을 한번에 확인하는 기능이 아에 제거됐는데 기존에도 기능에 문제가 있어서 문의 했던걸 수정 중이라면서 2년 이상 방치하더니 결국 고치지않고 아에 제거해버림 그 외 관리 기능도 축소되고 대신 각각 항목에 간접 광고 문구들이 전부 추가되면서 가독성만 나빠져서 한번에 자본을 파악하며 관리한다는 기능은 거의 사라져버린듯

The app shuts down immediately when I click “step” or as soon as I choose nationality to verify my ID, bug repair is in immediate need. I didnt even get to use this once

한두 번도 아니고 자꾸 토스가 안 들어가집니다... 진짜 중요한 날에 또 이럴까 봐 맘 놓고 다니지도 못하고 항상 별도로 카드를 들고 다녀야 해요.
Draining 30GB in the background
This app wasted 30 GB of background data in just 20 days completely draining my monthly data allowance. When I contacted the customer service they made me jump through hoops, forcing me to submit endless screenshots of my app usage and even data from my carrier app which is completely overkill. After making me wait 10 days, they finally got back to me just to say the bug was fixed. Since I had already updated to the latest version, they simply asked if I was still having the same issues. They are being completely irresponsible and refusing to take accountability for the data loss and massive inconvenience they caused.

광고에 미쳤고, 왜 이렇게 남 얼굴 스캔 못해서 진상질이지?
뭔 광고에 미쳤나, 뭐만 해도 악성앱 처럼 광고 뜨는것도 혐오스러운데, 왜 자꾸 안쓴다는 남에 얼굴 생체정보 스캔 뭇해서 안달이지? 애플 face id 통해서 얻어지는 uid 로 쓰는것도 아니고 실제 생체정보 날로 먹어서 어디다 쓰려고? 진짜 야기도 저기도 계속 광고, 페이스 페이 .. 진짜 육두문자 나오게 하는 쓰레기. 그냥 K뱅크 쓰는게 나을듯. 광고도 짜증 나는데 신상정보 그만 좀 털어가길. 이러다 쿠팡처럼 털리고 나서 이상한 쿠폰이나 뿌릴려고?

Great concept but not easy to use or set up due to Korean language only. All my other Korean banks offer English language online banking. Too bad Toss chose not to.

지금 열리고 있는 이벤트인 꽃돼지 저금통이 오류가 있는 것 같아서요 링크를 누르면 내 꽃돼지가 이미 있는데 얼마 주고 내 꽃돼지 키우기 이렇게 뜨는데 그걸 눌러도 앱스토어에서 토스 ‘열기’로 연결되고 상대방꺼가 안채워져요 이거 지금 하는 사람들이 많아서 그런거죠?? 빨리 해결해주세요

알람을 꺼도 꺼도 새로운 카테고리로 또 민들어서 알람 보냄. Toss의 필요한 알람만 받기는 사실상 불가능임. 유입 늘리려고 하는건 알겠지만 사용자의 불편함을 담보로한 유입은 의미 없다고 생각됨. 쇼핑탭이나 쓰레기 같은 기능 넣어서 슈퍼앱 만드는건 알빠아닌데, 스트레스 받게해서 사용자들 괴롭히는건 못참겠음. 알람 끄고 만다

Starting to distract my life..
With this app (at the beginning of my experience) was gratefully nice and helping my daily finance. but more and more there are too my ads.. way too many. I can turn off the ad notification on its setting but this app keeps sending me another ad alert pretending it’s not the case of ad that you’ve turned off haha. Null!

모든 계좌 연결해서 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 지출 기록 남기기도 좋구요. 다만 매번 할 시간이 없어서 모아서 하는데 아이패드용 앱도 출시되면 정말 편하게 사용 가능할 듯 합니다

토스인컴은 거의 사기꾼
미지급 환급액 받을 수 있다고 경정청구 수수료를 십만원 넘게 받아가지만 중복신고일 경우 돌려 받는 것 없이 쌩 돈만 나갑니다. 홈택스에 직접하셨을 경우 쓰시면 안됩니다. 결제 진행과정 중에 관련 경고를 제대로 보이게끔 써놓지 않고 거의 사기나 낚시로 쌩돈 챙겨가네요

어디서도 못볼 좋은 서비스를 제공해주셔서 감사합니다. 앱 내에서 혜택에 들어가서 만보걷기러 포인트를 받을수 있는데 애플워치에서도 측정이 가능해지면 좋을거 같아요. 확인해보니까 2000걸음이 나오더라고요 분명히 애플워치에서는 8000걸을 후반때로 나로는데.. 감사합니다.!!!

영문으로 작성하겠습니다. This entire application, in general, has been a pleasure to use. As a foreigner living in Korea, there are definitely limitations that exist due to current systems and policies unsupporting certain functions, but other parts are definitely capable of improvement. Recently, my card usage logs were no longer accessible due to my legal name being in English while my card names being in Korean. The card companies CANNOT AND DO NOT accept English characters, and this has prevented me from using Toss as I normally would. Customer service has not provided anything more than empty platitudes and useless notifications, including telling me to update my name at the card companies when I have already tried that. When asked to escalate to Toss, I am blocked by promising my ‘valued feedback’ will be relayed with no other communication lines available. It really is terrible that such a contemporary company that offers quality services have such poor customer service, communication, and regards for foreigners. I understand if there might be a difficult barrier to cross like a national law or policy update that made this change happen, but useless and empty words from Toss CS has taken away a lot of my faith in this company. Only being told the same thing over and over again that doesnt help at all.
토스 겁나 느려
포인트 받는것도 한참 뒤에 켜지고 앱 로딩도 느리고 뭐 추가로 용량 늘려놨길래 점점 느려지는지 이해 불가. 가빡치네 짜증나게.

광고보고 끄고 돈받으라면서 광고 닫기 버튼이 없어서 여러번이나 보고. 결국 받길 포기함

만보기 시간 설정
영국인데 만보기 시간이 한국시간 기준으로 돌아가는 것 같아요 하루 중간에 초기화되고 제대로 카운트가 안돼요

It is confusing to read misaligned numbers among lines.
app info says english is available… but there’s no english option on the app???
the app info in the app store says that both english and korean are languages supported by the app, but i can’t figure out where/how to change the language to english. it’s a good app overall and i like that i don’t have to go into a physical bank all the time to renew a digital certificate. it’s just annoying to have to ask korean-speaking friends for help when i can’t figure stuff out.

This apps seems great. I’d love to use more of its features if only they were roughly translated. We are in a ChatGPT era, it takes a few seconds for it to translate your UI language files almost flawlessly. It’s misleading to state that your app supports English while it does not.
