I love how quick workouts are, but I feel the burn.
Used to be free.
I used to use this app since i was 13, i am now 18 and all of a sudden i have to buy to do ANY workout besides the plan it gives me. i used to be able to do anything on this app now ya’ll greedy🙄 whatever natural workouts on youtube is better

Good value and a lot of options to tailor the routines to preferred length, target area and skill level.
Too many ads
The amount of content available without subscription is minimal and has so many long ads to get through. Not worth it for the free version.
Access to workouts on the go. Would love to see 30-40 minute advanced yoga flow workouts please.
I really appreciate having access to all my workouts wherever I go! Keeps me motivated!
Healthy gal
I’m so thankful for this app. I know that I can at least do the Daily 7 everyday. So I now have a daily routine that works for me anywhere I am. And I usually end up doing more than 7 but I don’t have too. I am healthier and stronger. Daily is so much better than spuratic.

I like this for the most part but some of the moves are just too hard for me to do even on the easiest level. I wish there was an option for another move to do when one is unable to perform the one that is being done.

I used this app a lot between 2020 and 2024, came back to it, and I can barely use anything since you can only do one workout with an ad or the rest are behind a paywall.
Amazing!
I’ve never found a work out app, for home work out that actually works. It’s easy to use and the workouts are amazing. I’ve been using this app for years. I do wish they would have updated to real people instead of animations so that we can see proper form especially now that it’s no longer a free app. And I have noticed that they aren’t consistent with the names of each excise move which could be confusing. Otherwise, I enjoy this app

i had this app when there was no huge update. i redownloaded it yesterday and when i tried to get on to day two’s work out i couldn’t without doing the payment plan. when i ‘x’ out of it, it wouldn’t let me do the workout. it really suck because i really like this app.

I had to update my previous 5 star review. I was using this app for years but now they’ve changed it so I am unable to do any workouts without paying. It says my free access has been reached. Really sad to have to use a different app now.
Absolutely brilliant
I’ve been using this app for almost 5 years now on and off, this past year consistently and I’ve actually seen so many changes it’s unbelievable. I hope this app never goes away, it’s literally my saving grace. However, I understand that they probably have to sell it to us for premium features, but as someone who does not have the income to do that, at more than maybe £1 a month, it feels a bit hard sometimes. And obviously I realise that £1 a month as income probably isn’t enough for them.
WAS the best app ever
I understand paywalling even a decent chunk of the workouts and plans you offer and I was honestly just happy to watch an ad before every free workout like how it used to be set up but now it’s gotten to the point I can’t find a single workout the app will let me access INCLUDING the daily one it offers and now it seems like there’s legitimately zero way to access any free content (at least for me?).

It’s okay I guess? I mean it was fine the first time I did it but I don’t wanna pay the subscription.. why pay a subscription for your body getting a workout?

New update sucks
Ever since they updated to the version where you need to watch adds to view a workout, there’s been many bugs! I need to watch 2-3 adds before watching a 5 min workout video 🙄
One problem
The 1st day I used this app I enjoyed the exercises but now everything apart from the free daily 7 costs money and you have to watch a 90s ad and it’s annoying
100% Worth it
This app saved my knee! It had been injured for months and just kept getting irritated and inflamed over and over again. based on the questions, the app came up with a workout plan focused on gradually building strength and mobility back into my knees and it’s worked amazingly! I feel like I can live my life normally again
Was a good app, now unusable!
I downloaded this app and used it for about six years, I really enjoy it but they have now made it so you can’t even use it. It’s now a paid service only, it was an ad for 90 seconds for a workout, now it’s pay only. FREE LIMIT REACHED which is a total scam. So this app is not unusable for me and I will be deleting it.

I use the free version of this app and there have been lots of negative changes made. Now I’m no longer able to use the widget for this app or Siri integration, the daily 7 free workout now is behind a pay wall or a 90s ad. And you’re only allowed to use the daily 7 workout 1x every 24 hours which is a disappointment. The app is still good and I’ve used it for years, I’m just disappointed with how much it has changed. Soon it’ll be a fully premium app without much to do for people who can’t afford to pay for more 😭

super great for doing workout at home, but have just realised none of my workout have been recorded in my health app since 2023. this is so disappointing :(( please bring this feature back!!!

I downloaded this app thinking it was another useless workout app, but it surprised me! Very fun and it gives me excersices that are for my fitness level. The only thing is that the premium costs a lot of money and I would like them to address this issue later 😅. Overall, amazing app! Try it now!! 👍🏻😁

Fun workouts! But not very beginner friendly
I love the workouts and how dynamic they are. They do get you moving, your blood flowing, etc. I do wish the beginner workouts were actually beginner friendly tho. I used to workout a couple years ago consistently and fell out of it. Recently I decided to ease back into it with this app, but found myself skipping a lot of the workouts because I couldn’t exactly do them, or struggled too much. Therefore it has deterred me and I don’t feel as motivated to participate. It is a really good app otherwise and the workouts are fun. Just unfortunately not quite beginning friendly

Awful awful app, very little and basic stuff, less than 6 work out programmes, I rolled over onto the day of cancellation, I said it rolled over and no forgiveness for this, no way I would have kept it used this, plus I had a death in my family so unexpectedly left this trial run through but still cancelling on the day and not refunding under circumstance is awful so watch out. Never have any other of my fitness apps I have used over the years had as little on them as this, genuinely terrible for your money DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and they will trap you in terms and conditions if you do!!!
Easy to ease into
As someone who hasn’t exercised regularly for a while, this is a great way to ease back in. The programmes seem to be tailored to your needs. Sometime would be beneficial to give posture notes - things to be aware of so that you’re holding the right position. But otherwise really appreciate that I can feel my muscles gradually firing up again!
Ads before workouts?
I’ve been with you since 2020. It was your app that initially got me fit and after a break I wanted to get back into it only to discover I would have to watch an ad before doing a workout. That is possibly the least motivating thing you could possibly put in front of someone trying to become fit. Why on earth would I stay with an app that forces me to play a game before beginning a workout - never mind if I have a few workouts queued up. This doesn’t motivate me to pay for a premium service. This motivates me to leave at the sight of such sickening greed. At first I considered just downloading a screen recording app and just taking the workouts that initially got me fit, but then I realised I didn’t want to play games just to get a 10 minute workout and another app would likely be able to replicate them anyway. I wanted to stay with your app because of that initial connection to my first fitness journey, but clearly this isn’t worth it. I will now be leaving the app for another and I encourage anyone looking to download this app not to waste their money or their time with such a greedy team.

I really like the format, intention, thought and set up of this app however I think the workouts are really repetitive and there are SO many lunges in every workout … I also dont like having to pay 😅
Fantastic not over hyped
I’ve been using the app for a long time probably since 2019 and it’s really helped me. Keep up with being healthy and feeling good about myself especially the quotes and just the programs I used to not pay and just do all the free workouts but with the great deals that they were having I finally Bought the app and the programs are fantastic. I love the vocal instructions and the video of demonstrations. It’s a great app 1010 recommend to anyone I still use it this day 2026

Gone downhill
Used to really love using this app, now there are no real pictures it’s all ai and you have to watch adds or pay to do the workouts. Super disappointing.
Ads too long
Workouts are good but the ads are too long on the free version. Once the 90s are done there is no obvious way to close the ad. By the time you get it closed it makes you watch it again before starting the workout. At least auto close the ad at the end.
