Within seconds Quickstart will use your answers to generate a fitness routine that you can jump right into. Just follow the beautiful, crisp video instructions and the timer telling you when to work it and when to rest.
Quickstart creates your personal on-the-fly workout from over 500 different exercises using 19 different types of equipment with everything from dumbbells and exercise balls to simple kitchen chairs. Don't worry if you don't have any equipment at all - we have plenty of exercises using only your own body!
