First month is supposed to be free when I signed up for the individual monthly plan, but my card was charged. Scam!
Issue getting kicked out and having to redownload the app
App is awesome is just that our group is currently dealing with that.

The data is slow to update the changes do not reflect in the ride right away a there is no messaging - the app allows riders to be seated above the maximum - when new rides on the same date are available the driver should be able to make a comment so all users can read - there is little to no information about the kid version
Useful, but limited features
I’ve been using this for my kids’ sports teams and it has been very useful to lighten the load. There are some features that could be added or improved: - The app allows an outbound sync, but really needs to allow an inbound sync. Many sports leagues have shared calendars that can be imported using a URL. Unfortunately, the app requires users to type in each event. - the app shows a report of who has driven in the past but does not allow you to view past events. Some of our events were driverless so I’d like to be able to edit prior events to add the driver (we have one parent who doesn’t use the app) - the app does not allow you to store locations. We have three facilities where our kids practice and I’d love to be able to use a nickname instead of manually adding the address Fix those and the app would be four stars.

Lifesaver for Busy Families
This is an incredibly helpful and easy app to use. It makes a busy family life less stressful. Allows for setting reoccurring practices/events, storing addresses for multiple pickup/dropoff locations, and even stores driver’s seat count so you don’t overload your carpool. Definitely recommend!
Map option
wish i could choose google map and also pinpoint on the map. we need to go to a specific building on the college property but couldnt get the exact spot on the map.
Good but mapping could be improved.
Great app and way to coordinate carpools but I can’t fully recommend as it is let down by default to Apple Maps on iPhone. Please please add option to use Google Maps or Waze. Apple Maps is so terrible and constantly makes driving much longer.

This app was a lifesaver for my son’s friend group! We set up a neighborhood carpool for school and football practice and this app made it much easier

Great app
Somewhat user-friendly but not entirely intuitive. It makes it easy to assign and change drivers and riders, route trips, etc. scheduling and routing can use some improvements.
Great concept, notifications need tweaking
This has been helpful for our soccer team, setting up different drivers and pickup locations, but the notifications are wild. Nobody needs to know every time a child is added or removed from a group you aren’t driving and your child isn’t even in. Would be hugely helpful to be able to filter notifications to just rides that you’re driving or that your child is riding in. We’re all getting 20+ emails a day, so we all turned off every notification which isn’t ideal either but is way better than being blown up constantly.

Terrible app. I was locked out , had to be invited and now its associated with a different Apple ID and I can’t make any changes.
Close to 5 stars
My biggest complaint with the app is that you can only schedule driver availability by the day, not by hours of a day. We have several people who work odd hours and need to know down to the hour when people are available. Also, editing recurring events is difficult. There are times that we will have to drop a ride from a date and can’t. We have to leave the shift there and just have no riders. It appears that the developer is very responsive, so I’m hoping that they will be able to make edits quickly!
Needed for teen commutes
This app could easily be updated to allow riders to create their own schedules once they are a certain age which would expand the user population of this product significantly. Please update!
Nice functional app
Works well and is easy to set up and use for coordinating carpools. Thanks to the developers for fixing the notif preferences so quickly.
Too wonky to reliably use
Getting setup is not the most intuitive. Once figured out, app still not reliably working. After getting some events entered I tried to enter a recurring set of events and it wouldn’t let me (enter all info and hit save but nothing on event feed shows up). So enter them individually, only after doing so for several they all disappeared so that was a waste of time.
Great for organizing carpool!
Very helpful tool! One suggestion: you should color coordinate the days of the week (or even same color light to dark) for easy distinguishing of days.
They want access to my whole calendar?
I like this app and have used it for years. But I wish they had a better way to share events with my iCloud or Google calendars. I just tried to set that up and in order to sync events they require you to share all your personal calendar events with them. That feels like an invasion of privacy. Why can’t we just add events to calendar without syncing everything?
Helpful app for busy parents with busy kids
This app has been helpful in coordinating multiple carpools. There is a slight learning curve for those in our carpool that aren’t tech savvy but we’re getting there.
Terrible, terrible, most awful app
I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I have used other carpool apps in the past. I am also a relatively proficient user of technology. This app is not intuitive, makes no sense and forces a paid subscription if you want to set up more than one carpool. It does give you a month free, but everyone you invite to your carpool also has to have a paid subscription to accept your invite to more than one carpool. And I ask you, who needs a carpool app if you have only ONE carpool to manage. I could do that in my sleep. I need a carpool app that is easy to populate, easy to navigate and easy to explain to others how to use. This app has NONE of those features.
Decent app with minor bugs
Huge help for our carpool but unfortunately I am unable to view the names of the passengers on my iPhone so if someone is late, I cannot tell who it is. Update - the deliver reached out to me right away with the simple fix of reducing the font size within the app. Problem solved!
Needs more options
The app is ok but lacking some VERY useful things. Little things like a message feature. Make everyone give a cell phone so you can easily connect. Very simple corrections could make this much better. If you talk to people who actually use this, you can make this a more useful product.

This wonderful, helpful app makes scheduling and communicating so easy. Last year I was in a carpool where we just had a text group, which is fine if schedules never change and everything is always the same. But when some kids don’t need a ride because of an extracurricular on one day, and swapping dates when people travel there where times I wasn’t sure if everybody remembered the changes and I felt rude reminding people if they didn’t need reminding, but yet I didn’t want kids without rides even more. This app took all that worry away and lets you make changes in advance that are clear to everyone. Love, love, love this app.

Good, not great
Overall I really like this app. But there are LOTS of ways it could make life easier. 1. It used to be available online so I could view and add things via computer (much easier than typing on my phone!). But now it is only available on the app on my phone or iPad. Less flexible and more annoying to start up a new carpool for the new school year… 2. If your carpool group is big enough, it’s very possible that not all the kids will fit in every member’s car (some families might have 7 available passenger seats while others can only accommodate 3…). It would be great to be able to add a second driver to any drive once the seats of the first car have been maxed out. 3. The developers should add more options to the “copy event” function. This function helps with #2 above somewhat, but it’s REALLY irritating to use. It currently copies ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about a drive, including the driver and the kids in the carpool. The kids don’t need more than one ride at a time, and the driver can only drive one car at a time! The “copy everything” function might be relevant if you’re going to change the date, but it doesn’t help if you’re just duplicating the same event to increase the number of kids who can get a ride. It would be easy for the developers to add a toggle button to “copy driver” and “copy kids” so you can turn that function on/off depending on your situation. 4. SO. MANY. NOTIFICATIONS!!! Yes, notifications of changes to the carpool are important, but the app sends separate notifications for every. little. thing. It can really drive a person nuts. There’s a way to turn it off in the settings, but then you miss out on important stuff when really you just want to filter out the less important stuff. Not sure how to improve this and really it’s just me whining… 5. You have to manually add your kid to the carpool, even if you’ve already added them to your profile. It took me a long time tonight to figure out why I couldn’t add my 3rd kid to the carpool that my other 2 were already in. This seems like a redundant step and not at all intuitive. As I said at the beginning, it’s a good app overall, and I will definitely keep using it. But it’s a bit clunky and irritating to use, especially when you’re just setting it up. UPDATE: The developer is really responsive and already had plans to improve a couple of my complaints! Good on them!! And thanks!! If the edits actually help, I’ll definitely update my rating to 4 stars. UPDATE AGAIN: #2 & #3 above have been entirely resolved with a software update. Bumping up my previous rating from 3 stars to 4.

We have used this app for 4 years now and it’s an absolute gem! Can’t imagine trying to organize kids activities without it:-).
So far, awful. Hate it.
Not user friendly. (I am extremely computer literate). Have been trying several different ways to get it to perform as needed with little success. Simply trying to set up school carpool for 3 kids. App does not easily allow for different start/end times for sports & after school clubs. If set up as events, it adds kids to all events,even within same day. Each event needs start and end time but not all 3 kids are attending same sports/clubs, so my have different morning starts +/or afternoon ends. Not all 3 kids will come and go together every morning and afternoon.

This helped up get all our school driving assigned and all kids to their places. I wish that multiple people could have administer access.

Very helpful with a few suggestions for further development
This was the only app that actually worked with a download in Germany. So, thanks for that. We started using it and it is great help to organise carpools especially in these times where we cannot combine school and office drives. But there are a few wishes left: - The app is not as good in design and functionality as the browser version - depending on overall length of school days our kids have the option to go by bus/tram. Being able to click a „bus box“ instead of entering a driver‘s name would help us and especially the kids to understand when there is no carpool necessary/available - being able to read the additional messages as part of the event entry (e.g. other route to drive, longer drive, ...) makes the use o the app more straight forward
