Keep getting an error to try again later
Since a few days ago, it will not let me view my account balances, transaction details, etc. it just keeps giving me a red frowning face and saying to try again later. My phone is up to date, so is the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have also tried logging in and out. Nothing has fixed it. My husband can see our accounts just fine on his phone.
No print
Only one complaint. I use my iPad to sign into the Heritage on line app. I print my monthly reports every month. For the last few months the air print function does not work. I have to go to my iphone to print the reports.
Sign on
It’s not keeping my username, I have to type it in EVERY time, quite annoying.
Half the time deposits do not take with no explanation
I am getting really upset with mobile deposits the fail to take instantly with me info.
Easy app
Easy app to use, however my only issue is only certain locations are limited on certain transactions they are allowed to do. All HFCU should be able to have same option transactions available to customers, new and the loyal customers should matter.
Not working
The app has not been working for days. Spoke with the bank and they said to log out or delete and reinstall. Did that still not working.
Making a payment
I find it hard to make a payment using the app.

App review
All of my other banking apps and credit card apps allow for PIN login access. I don’t use facial recognition therefore using your app requires me to type in my password every time. With longer complex passwords it is a bit difficult. It could do 2 step authentication if needed. A PIN then send a code to my phone. Something other than the password entry.
Such a great app
Makes banking so easy. Can check my balance or make transfers whenever I want! Works great and the company is wonderful!
Log Out
I was logged out of my account for no reason.
Almost…
The app has definitely gotten better since the new look/update. We love the multiple ways to communicate with customer service and banking locations through the app, BUT it’s still screams, “I was made by a white guy, that is older, and not keen to trends.” I apologize for my bluntness, but I am autistic, and I work in the visual communications field, so I have high expectations, when it comes to technology and managing my money. We have been banking with HFCU for well over a decade, and it took a really long time for the update to happen to begin with, and that was disappointing as well. Lastly, it still comes off, like you’re trying to punish poor people, instead of deterring behaviors, when it comes to overdrafts, and things of that nature. We’ve got to get away from this “Republican” kind of business practices, and try a more modern approach to banking and people. Thanks.

I do not like the app now the first page has changed. What happened to using the face to open up the app? It’s just not user-friendly anymore.
Could improve
Too difficult to make loan payments and too long before the payment posts to account. Not very convenient.
App limitations
The App should allow me to adjust the date and amount of automatic payments. In order to change the date I have to delete the entire payment series. Also you should have a month at a glance bill pay calendar in order to better visualize when payments are to be made and make adjustments if necessary.

I’m unable to finish my app setup due to not being able to setup a password
Min amount not posted on cc payment
I went to pay my cc bill thru the app. It showed a minimum due as $0. I knew that wasn’t correct and payed some on it to ensure there was a payment made. I went to the documents section to find my statement but it did not show any documents. I checked multiple times. Next thing I know I have a late fee because I didn’t pay enough. Not fair when it said minimum due was $0
Not easy to log in
App forgets username and password even when you check “remember me.” The robot checking feature also doesn’t work more than half the time. It was so much easier when it would let me in through face scan.
They rock
HFCU is the best, and their app is amazing. It’s easy to use and allows you to do anything you need.
Just spins then fails
The app never loads. Just spins and says error.
Could be better
I have been a NFCU member for 30 plus years, they just do it better.
Mobile App
I love this app!!! It so easy and convenient to use. Thank you for keeping the app and me updated!!
Glitches In The App
I keep my card locked and almost everyday I have problems unlocking my card but never have a problem locking it. It’s disappointing because there’s times I’ve had a full cart of groceries and had to leave it due to not being able to simply unlock my card so I can purchase my items.
Lots of extra buttons and lags
The new app (that’s been in use the last year I believe) seems to have more buttons to get to things and can be misleading. Bill pay is kinda hidden. It also lags pretty bad compared to the previous app. I am using a IPhone.

Log in
I am the one who pays all the bills but when I log in to my and my husband’s account, I often have to get a code from him and it is only good for a brief time. I need the code to either come to me or both of us but was told I would have to do a separate log in if I wanted it to come to my number.

Super clean and easy to use. Love this app for my digital banking needs.

A bill pay icon should be on homepage for quick access.
Problems
The app makes me put in my password every time I try and get on it. Also it don’t send me notifications when transactions happen even though I have notifications on.

Main accounts aren’t easy to access
I don’t know what the issue is, but this app does not remember my password when I want to actually view my account activity. Every other banking app I have works seamlessly and doesn’t make me relogin in every time I go to a different part of the app.
