Language setting Issue
The application does not support English, although it says language ‘English’ everything is still written in Turkish! This is very inconvenient. There is no setting you can choose from. Also, the app has slow performance, example - if you want to add something to favourite or delete/add an item it needs to pause and load for few seconds. I want to at least use the website because it’s English but it redirects back to the app.

FAVORİLER
Favoriler bölümü çok sorunlu. Listeye eklediklerime daha sonra bakamıyorum. Hesabımdan çıkıp tekrar girmem gerekiyor. Bu durunda da eklediklerimin sadece en üstteki 6-7 tanesine bakabiliyorum. Sistem favoriler bölümünde sürekli hata veriyor ve bu durum aylardır düzeltilmedi.

Don’t handle refunds properly
Got a faulty item - dinted Balenciaga glasses (which shouldn’t have happened for a luxury delivery - it’s a dent on plastic so if someone would have checked - they would have seen it. So either it’s shipped unchecked or someone deliberately tried to send faulty item). Then the refund happened not as a cancellation of transaction but as a separate transaction, so I’ve lost 1150 tl due to conversion rates, with customer service not caring about it and refusing to even give some store points. A little strange for high-end shop trying to keep clients

If you are going to go buy high end brands from this site THINK TWICE! Prices change by hundreds overnight! Out of stock items are not updated into the system and you are told about this three days later!
