I don’t even use this and they continue to charge my card
Great App.. Needš Folders, Súb Folders
Hi ! You have as great app, you do! However, u need to be able to make folders even sub-folders! I know, you can ⭐️Save Text! But I want folders and font choices, MONO CURSIVE & BLACK CHANCERY. I use them all the time. I hope you'll add them. As well as, Folders! Countess, Mitsy
No Thanks
I haven't used AI before so thought I'd try it in conjunction with spell and grammar check. Wasn't able to paste my full Pages document into the app. All of my formatting was removed. It made corrections which were not correct. So now I have a partial version which I can't incorporate back into my original Pages paper without having to reformat and check again manually to make sure none of the Smart mistakes carried over. Wouldn't use this "premium" service again even with the free trial. Certainly wouldn't pay for it. I can edit faster and more accurately myself. I don't need extra work caused by an app.
Unusable
The interface is unusable; even though I have a premium subscription, I can't easily access any tools. Finding the translation option is like trying to find your way through a maze, and finding the tab for grammar practice is also difficult. The web interface is erratic, and the app I downloaded is also erratic. In short, it's not a useful application at all.
It’s working well now!
Thank you for correcting the issue I was having! I appreciate it very much! 😉
Money grab
I’ve had this app for years and ever since AI updates my already paid for membership seems to have just up and vanished and now they want more money no thanks there’s free apps just as good.
Can't wait for the new version that support new gens ipad pros
Unfortunately!
Nice but needs a few improvements
The application is good, but, Need alternate keyboard (it's hard to copy and paste every time from app.) option needed for IOS (iPhone) as third-party keyboards like Gboard or Grammarly-keyboard.
Error with translate
Unfortunately is a problem wen you use the translate. Is come up with a message {Your network condition is unstable, please try again later.}
Excellent and useful App
I have found this app to be very useful. In case I'm too lazy to write something elegant, I can simply type in the sentences and Ginger will give me multiple options to choose from. Thank you Ginger.
I used to like this app
Hello there. Please fix your app. I am paying for this app but it always says my network is not connected. But I have a very good full bar network. Even I am Inside my house. And I don’t have problem playing anything like youtube or any social media. It work great but only your app? You should give me back my money!
No loyalty program!
I’ve previously bought the app, a long time ago before the premium subscription, and now I don’t have access to the app features. The app support team doesn’t help me either. + Update: thanks for your support and for paying your attention to this issue. I received one year of free subscription to the app. But much better solution is not to have subscription option that I didn’t agree on from the beginning and just to have access to the app. Anyways thank you for attempting to resolver the issue.
Outdated design/app plus they lie about not having ads
The design of the ios app is horrible. It looks like an app from 2015. When you click on the star icon to save a piece of text, the pop-up that shows me saved the text or text was updated lasts way too long on screen. Inside the Phrase of the day, it has the apple download icon twice within this page when it shouldn't since the app is already paid for and downloaded. Inside the Phrase of the day page, down towards the bottom, they have ads when in the product description of the app store, it says this app does not have ads, but they lied
Has problems with the Magic Keyboard
A lot of things seem to be nice about this app, and with this update it doesn't crash as often. The suggestions are generally very good and it's fast compared to some of the others I've tried. Thankfully the issue with the blank area when using the iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard seems to have been fixed, but there’s still an issue there. Most of the time the rephrase tool is only active if the onscreen keyboard is showing. Once I click it I can hide the keyboard again, but it’s a bit annoying that way.

How do I cancel this? I’ve tried everything.
Keyboard Add
I love the desktop version and it allows you to incorporate it in majority of apps. I decided to try it for iOS and was disappointed to find that it did not come with an option for keyboard. This should be on the top of your list to add and correct because as great as this program is, people want efficiency and having to type in one app and then copy into another is not efficient. Can you please work on adding this feature. Thanks
Always Crashing
The app is great, but it’s always crashing on random action.
Better than Grammarly
Ginger is exceptionally good. Ginger is now my primary syntax, proofreading, rephrasing and grammar app. The simple, intuitive interface has everything I need to write correctly. Suggestion: User interface is a bit plain. Custom color/background/font themes would personalize the experience. Landscape mode would also be welcome.
Question about app
Hi, how to pay premium?
App Crashes Way Too Much
I have a premium account and its useless. I have a 7th generation iPad, was running no apps in the background, and the app still forced closed repeatedly. It’s clear that the app has not been built to handle too many errors at one time. I was surprised to see the developer respond that their app rarely crashes with sooo many complaints of the app force closing. If you are adamant on using this app, don’t try to edit more than 3 or 4 sentences at a time.
Great app!
This app works just fine. I like how easy it is to write with it. It only needs a few adjustments and it will be just perfect. For example, a better way to get rid of the keyboard when I want to read everything I’ve written.
The app was downloaded in error
Hello Team The app was downloaded in error and I have immediately uninstalled the app but however I see the money was deducted from my credit card. Request you to please refund the same
No Keyboard version like Grammarly
It’d be great to have a similar feature to Grammarly. That will be available while typing Instead of repeating the copy and paste job q
The best app
This app can fix errors that all other apps, including Grammarly, missed. It also supports amazing paraphrase.
Total failure
I got to try this app for a whole 5 minutes. I pasted in my writing I was working on, as I was editing the second word the app highlighted, it forced closed the app. Again I had to start over. After three times of this same issue. Im done. I don’t have time to waste with an app that doesn’t even stay running longer than a couple minutes.
Great
This app is great and I used this most of the time when I write to my friends, sites and work plus the added bonus of this one time payment. This doesn’t have capability to piggyback on your text, FB, tweeter, Instagram when your writing something. It’s not like other grammar checker they can piggyback I’m your text and check while your typing and giving suggestions. If you write you need to open the app and write there then you copy and paste from the app to the place you want to to post your messages. It’s a time consuming since most of us are writing on the spot. But if you don’t mind doing this it’s a great app. To the developers please update your app. I hope you can do the same like grammarly piggybacking in the text.

Don't like it keep asking for reviews
More of a Nuisance now
It works nicely. Rephrase feature is excellent. But let me tell you. It’s frequent forced close issue is becoming a nuisance. I lost so much matter while writing and correcting them, down. Sadly there isn’t any option of “Autosave” also. It’s very sad. Being such a wonderful, paid app, you can’t solve this issue. Please correct it at the earliest. Thank you.
I use the free version & I like it.
I don’t ever pay for apps, so I use the free version of this and I think it’s very helpful. ONE THING TO NOTE: save your work often, because the app does crash sometimes. It’s not hard to save your work though, all you do is press the “save” button in the top right corner. I do it about every 5 mins — and no problem.
NOT WORKING- WASTING MONEY
My husband bought a PREMIUM 2.99dollar but it's not working and nobody helps us to fix it. Too many exchanging emails for more than a week but still not fixed. We tried everything but nothing is working. They did not know their apps. Do not buy this. WASTING MONEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR
Must have!!
This app is getting better with time. The developer's response is quick and is supportive.
Good concept; poor execution
This is a good idea for an app: it checks grammar and spelling, and suggests phrasing changes — very useful for someone learning English or written communication. AI needs major improvement though; the app actually suggested the grammatically incorrect phrase “What is this app supposed to work?” when my original sentence was “What is this app supposed to do?”
Ginger
I am using this application quite frequently and found useful.
No app like this
when i tell you and this app is! I’ve never usedM an app like this the only thing they could fix is helping out with MLA format but everything else is Absolutely perfect definitely need to download this app
It stop working
it doesn't work as it did 12 months ago. Can't copy or paste anymore.
Perfect
Is there keyboard available?
Chokes on Large Text Chunks
The app does not allow to write and check grammar in full screen and forces the right side pannel. It chokes on large chunkcs of text and does not allow to skip suggestions easility. Upon correction of a word it jumps to the end of the text document.
Me B
Average app.
Powerful tool
I am a professional engineer and writing, writing any documentation is very critical to me. Ginger made my life so easy and effective. I am multilingual too, the translation of the program is so precise and professional.
No
You guys are cheated I pay ounce now I can use anything I want my money back
Enjoy to use
I enjoy using this app and feel that it works better than a lot of others available simple and straightforward
Bug
Lors de l'écriture il ne suggère que des mots anglais aucune suggestions française.
Great but needs work
I am in love with this app! English is not my first language and this is helping me a lot whenever I have to write long and complex texts that need to be perfect. However, there are some minor issues that sometimes make it a bit painful to use. For instance, the auto capital letters: whenever you erase something, the first letter you’ll digit will always be a capitol letter regardless its position in the sentence, which is quite annoying because it happens a lot in the middle of a word and I have to move the cursor with the arrows before start typing again. Also the auto check is absolutely great, but it would be helpful if I could check after I’ve written the whole text because right now it’s automatic and as soon as it starts checking I have to stop writing or I’ll end up with scrambled words: the cursor moves by itself during the check and if you don’t stop in time it starts overwriting other words or mixing up the digits. But apart from this couple of things, this is a marvelous app: the translation of sentences is impeccable, that’s one of the main reasons I’ve opted for this app. It is not a google translation at all, it’s more like a human being doing it for you with the correct grammar and a decent use of each word. Sometimes it gets confused with slang, but that’s understandable, I get confused too! The alternative sentences are quite good too, even though sometimes the advices are not entirely spot on, but overall it gives you a hand using words that are less common and generic making the text a bit more sophisticated.

The best teaching tool
Cheating out paid customers
Ginger, only cheating out customers who already paid for the same service before removing into a premium service! They expect the customer who paid for rephrase service! Obviously! The person who approved that ginger subscription service! Were looking to cheat Apple customer out something they paid for before. Those who paid for ginger before should be grandfathered in lifetime premium service. Not to ask those customers to buy something that been part of the service for since 9-2017. Apple should remove ginger for trying to cheat customers
Ginger
Great application, please return the keyboard. 4 stars only ! because don't have a keyboard!
It does not work.
The "Review" and "Rephrase" tools is not working. The keyboard stuck with "Reviewing" progress bar but nothing happens.
Missing very important function
It will be a great app if it has auto-save, load saved documents, and and the latest document where we left off, otherwise this is just a toy app not help you much on writing.
