My nightmare became true
People can be nightmare in this app. I meet my ex husband at Jswipe. We got married and have child together. In divorce he took my child away for almost 2 years. He ruin my life and I regret every second that I met him. I got my baby back But still the damage was on.

Buggy Facebook authentication
I like the app—when I can get into it. But the Facebook authentication is very buggy, and frequently interferes with access. This has been going on for a long time, and it needs to be fixed.

Just… wow. And not in a good way.
This app is incredibly glitchy, sometimes swiping left, just brings up the exact same profile again, even with a re-launch. Not sure if it’s a lack of users, but I ran out of potential matches very quickly within a 20 mile radius and an age range of 15 years. Also, sometimes the men write a single phrase or sentence, or nothing at all, and many of the profile seem to be extremely out of date or unverified.

Please allow changing email address in app. Please fix emails not sending to Sign in with Apple email addresses. Please stop spamming notifications to pay for subscriptions. Please remove suggestions for events if I tap “dislike” instead of showing it again and again and again until I tap “like”. Please add dark mode. Please only show people in the distance range I selected. Instead of asking me to subscribe and pay, make the app good, and people will do that of their own volition. Make it clear what I get if I pay.

Its very easy to use and a lot of handsome guys and they are not rude unlike others dating app
Scammers only site
Paid for a premium subscription, but the platform is entirely overrun by creepy scammers. Customer service and Apple refuse to refund the fee despite the platform being unsafe. Super creepy and no authentic users on the site. All fake stock photos with users pretending to be international doctors.
Younger isn’t better
This is supposed to be the best Jewish dating app and there’s not one guy in my age group. This is definitely NOT the app if you’re over 75! Jewish seniors date too, so how about some older men.

I have many men way outside my preferred age range popping up on my screen. I don’t like indiscriminate photos being introduced to me out of my requested age range.

Lots of scams
I highly recommend to stay far away from this dating app. There are a lot of fake/scam accounts and it seems the app isn’t doing by much to change or fix this. I stopped using this app a few years ago and came back to find the issue has only gotten worse.
Horrible interface
The site will randomly not allow you to login for over a week…a known issue with Facebook login. People you mark as not interested keep popping up as suggestions. Restoring purchases has to be done every month or you can’t login. What a mess of an app

Haven’t made any matches or gone on any dates so far it’s been disappointing I’m not Jewish but am wanting to possibly convert so it’s not really being kind to non-Jews wanting to be Jewish

Log-in broken once again…
Latest update broke the app. Clicking on Jswipe’s log-in option “login with Facebook” does NOTHING. Nothing happens. It’s broken. Nothing opens. How many times now has this happened? I’ve lost count. You’re an embarrassment. FIX. YOUR. APP.
Facebook social auth breaks frequently
Not sure why, but dont create your account with your facebook login… it breaks about once per month.

Good in theory
The app itself is a wonderful concept, but unfortunately it is so glitchy. The same person will appear after each swipe sometimes. Beyond that, there is always a problem when I open it and makes me not want to be a user.
A great way to connect
Has some nice features, still some small bugs. But most importantly, it's a great way to connect with fellow Jews.
App shut down?
I had a woman I matched with a few days ago and had been chatting with, and when I went to message her today suddenly the app stopped working. I couldn’t send messages or anything. I thought it might be an internet issue or a bug so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, only for it to not even let me sign in. I tried to go to the website for support only to find the website domain no longer exists. Did the app shutdown? Also now I can’t message her anymore and I never got her contact or anything.
Poor app
Lots of issues with the app. Firstly you see lots of fake profiles which is a major safety issue these days, secondly, bugs with matching and messaging- not getting messages or suddenly disappearing chats after initial contact..also location isn’t working well, keep getting people all over the world when limiting it to km, should be added more features if wanting to find a match from a specific country..
Distance
It would nice if you could choose a country not just distance. There are many places in the US closer to me but it’s easier to try and meet a Canadian. (Especially now)

Scammers and old profiles
Almost all the matches I’ve ever had have been scammers! It’s really easy to spot them that at this point the app developers are choosing not to do anything about it! Users generally don’t fill out their profiles past 3 pictures and that’s it. Old profiles are not swept very often. Sometimes profiles are duplicated. App breaks down on a regular basis. There’s just not a big enough pool of users to justify the outrageous price for premium!

It really was good a few years ago...but now most of the profiles that I connect with are fake. I’ve busted & reported quite a few. The site is using my profile in the Most Eligible, yet none of the Most Eligible category match with me (likely because they’re not real accounts). Too bad. 🤷🏻♀️

Bots and unactive accounts everywhere
The only people I have managed to match with have been bots or fishers using pictures of random online models on their profile. I had this app for 6 months looking for an actual connection and I got zero of that from anyone real. Unbelievable

This dating app is an insult to Jewish people! There are more scammers here than real people! This app should be shut down by the US and Canada government because JSwipe is not even asking people to put where they live, What kind of work they do, their height, their profession! This app is 90% scammers!
