Pay to win?
I was enjoying this game, until I reached level 77. Either the game is broken or you are forced pay to get past this level. I have been stuck on this level for over two months playing each day, sometimes playing for hours a day…it got a bit obsessive. Finally gave up and deleted it after there was no way of completing it.

Some levels impossible without purchased helps
Used to love this game but the new levels added have become so challenging with hidden tiles and no way to earn free helps - not fun anymore!!!
Money, money, money
It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get to any of the higher levels without paying for shuffles. No shuffles are included with the games so these have to be purchased and at a HUGE cost eg £6 for, I think, 5 shuffles. You can use 3 of these in one game. It’s a shame as the games are good, especially Triples, but at the extortionate cost it’s a game that unaffordable to play
Perfect
This is perfect! When I looked up a Majong this is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted classic Majong and this is spot on. Love all the additional game modes as well, in fact I downloaded all other Majong games available by this game developers.
Beware
I had this app and purchased a few shuffle. Along the way they charge me for Shuffles that I never approved. It showed up on my bank statement and Apple would not refund me. I don’t know how they could do that when I never signed into accept a purchase. And the top it off they never gave me five lives that they’re claiming that I bought. I am so angry. I will never purchase anything through one of these games again live and learn. Don’t purchase anything they start charging you for nothing.
I love the game except 1 thing.
I will start by saying this is a great game and a lot of fun to play. There are thousands of levels and several different games wrapped in one app. However there is one thing that I absolutely HATE about it!! When you first download it they give you a few shuffles, hints, etc. (I’ll call them boosters). You turn your phone sideways and they are located on the edge of your screen where you hold it. I get so wrapped up in focusing on the game that I forget they’re there and I’m not paying attention and accidentally hit the different boosters with my hand so they’re wasted. Then because of that I bought 15 shuffles and I now only have 11 left. Again because I accidentally hit the boosters so now it’s not only help wasted but my money too and I’m starting to get extremely irritated about it. I wish the boosters were located in a pop up menu where you tap a button for boosters and then all of your options pop up for you to choose one. Something like that or a pop up question when you hit one that says are you sure so you can tap yes or no. Anyway like I said the game is great!! I just wish they would do something about the boosters.
Deleting
I can make no progress in your game. I’ve hit where all levels are unbeatable. So there is no use playing the same game over and over. I enjoyed up to this point. Bye.
forces you to spend
although i love the app and the fact that it has no ads, the game design forces you to buy shuffles essentially. i spent i wanna say almost a month on one singular level because i refuse to spend money on shuffles. i get that majong is an analytical game, but from how long i’ve been playing, i’ve noticed the patterns and it’s obvious that they don’t make every game able to beat so it forces you to pay for shuffles. i’ve been on level 60 of towers ongoing two weeks tho. wish me another two weeks of success. lol. if you want a game designed so you can beat every level easily, don’t play this.

Hide possible match
The higher you go, they start hiding any possible match, it becomes a guessing game. It’s fine if you’re psychic. It’s cheating

I am a senior and love to play Mahjong, i play the games over and over again because i can’t afford to buy new ones and some of the other Brands i get scammed from so sometimes this is the only game i have on my phone, thankyou.

I love the game. I was offered new free boards but that’s not what I got.. I got another game to start at 1 again. It’s like matching for little little kids. Idk if the boards are better the further I go or not but I’m just about ready to close this all out. I don’t want matchy matchy I want my game with the free additional boards that coordinate with what I already have. I almost gave this a 0 which is how I feel about these games

Color contrast change
Latest update has “brightened” the unplayable tiles to nearly the same contrast as playable tiles. Very poor usability design.

Help needed
Does anyone know how to get a response off the developers of this game? I have tried to contact them multiple times about being stuck on level which it looks like many others experience where you can’t get passed matching many pairs, or the tiles become so obscured you can’t select them. I have never received a reply to any of my attempts at contacting them.
Fun to pass the time
All games “are there” but I see undeveloped areas on my map…there’s levels added to my existing games but no matter how many levels I complete-it’d be nice to add more games/locations on my map.
Good game but forces you to spend money
I have really enjoyed this game but in the mini game ‘triplets’ there are two levels 35 and 84 which I have come across so far which forces you to spend money on shuffles. 35 requires two so if you only purchase 1 you are forced to buy a second or lose the game. I did this and have now come across level 84 which also needs shuffles in order to complete. I’m now looking for a new app which doesn’t force me to spend money.
Very habit forming
I really enjoy playing but I don’t think it is fair to set levels that you cant get past without paying for help. I understand the game is for making money but these levels are very early in some levels. I also believe that a player should be able to earn cards or coin to work their way through the game.

Mahjong Review.
I haven’t tried many different Mahjong games but this one is my go to when I want to relax. Love the different games with it. Brilliant, relaxing game!
Some nice features but flawed
This is a good looking version of Mahjong. I especially like the speed and the auto zoom feature. However, some of the levels of impossible to complete. You spend an age on it and seem to always be left with a pair of tiles in top of each other, meaning no shuffling will resolve. Also, if like me you play for maximum stars before moving to the next level, it's impossible. You simply don't have enough time allocated to complete it unless you are some sort of cyborg. Time to delete and purchase a different version that has better playability.
Brilliant on iPhone but needs work
Can’t use shuffle or see top right as curved iPhones the button isn’t accessible needs to be moved inwards as unplayable when your out of moves

There are levels that cannot be done without reshuffling the cards and you have to pay for that! I uninstalled the game!

Disappointing games
I was enthusiastic about the variety of games available on this app. Unfortunately when I realized that I was expected to pay for any additional hints I was not impressed. The games won’t let you progress further unless you complete each game successfully or pay for extra assistance. Not good options!
Possible glitch?
Been on level 261 of Towers for ages…. Sometimes I have to give up the level because, although there are still matches I can’t make them because the tiles can’t be clicked on due to being obscured by other available tiles. Can this be fixed?
