Thank you!
Love this app. Thanks to whoever made it. Simple and easy❤️
Fell off a cliff
Had this app for years it was my go to absolutely loved it for some reason. They woke up one day and decided to change everything. It’s a disgrace. You literally just can’t erase something with a brush. It’s ridiculous.
LOVE THE REMOVABLE BACKGROUND AMAZING 10 10 but not the ads 🫠🫠
Hehe
Bring back the old settings too
I have used this app for years! Now it only lets me remove backgrounds and objects, and has a HUGE paintbrush to remove items. I need the ability to change from large to small erasers and absolutely miss that offering!!
GREAT APP :) just one problem.
So I’ve been using the background eraser and its great! But for some reason anytime I try and use object eraser, it says “Processing Error” “An error occurred. Please try again.” And it never works if I retry, it does the same with literally all of my photos too. And if I try to use it without processing it crashes. Actually before a update, it would actually let me erase objects, kinda, because it crashed back then with in 3-5 seconds still. But background eraser still works so yeah, :3 thats good. 3 Stars until fix.

I bought the 1 year subscription it will end on August 7th 2027 I am currently watching ads to save my projects.

Review
WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED IT?
I’ve paid for this, but used the excellent free version before. Now it’s awful. The Photo quality is now terrible, so the objects are low resolution. The background is only the size of the object & you can’t alter it. Rubbish!
2026 Update
The update is terrible the background eraser is fading the image even though I use color erase
Comparison is the thief of joy, work well! God speed.
Such as it is, a stunning thing, the masterpiece Image generations!
Don’t do it
Lousy program. Does everything but allow you to erase.
Go
Go
This used to be my go to app but I’m not a fan of the new way it works
I used to use this app about every day when I was bored just seeing what I can make and it was easy to use and I liked things like the target and being able to target a color. If anybody knows of an app that works like this one used to could you respond and let me know because this update is not it.
Used to be better
Until the recent update, you could do edits with finesse. Now, it moves the images for you and you can’t adjust images over backgrounds to the exact specs you want - the image gets popped into place for you. Bring back the level of user control it used to have!
Works well
It works really well except you only get three background changes before you have to watch a 30 second ad unless you pay for the premium
Fails every time
Can never get the background to erase on this app. I was just trying with a pretty simple black-and-white logo image that completely got screwed up. Not sure of the point of this app otherwise.
Was class
Was a great app but has completely stopped working in recent months, you can’t click the cross to get you off the ad for the premium version
Changed for worst
Changed it and now it’s horrible. What a shame.
Trash
Latest update is garbage. Preferred it when there were no adds and I didn’t have to watch an add just to save a picture… Shame, I’ve been using this app for over 5 years
JDPLAYS
BEST BACKGROUND REMOVER ON MOBILE!
What did you do??
I’ve had this app for many years and it’s been great. It’s been a while since I used it and clearly they’ve made many changes. The restore feature is unusable currently and is incredibly glitchy. You also can’t adjust the size on either the eraser or the restore right now. The sliders are there, but they don’t work. Really frustrating, I just wanted to make a quick mask on an app I’ve known for years.
really good! - just one thing..
I have been using this app for ages and it's so useful. One problem is that that ad at the start won't let me exit and continue to the eraser, this is really frustrating and forces me to use a more difficult way that will take ages. PLEASE FIX!!
Does not work properly
Removing background took part of main image despite clear difference. Removing people merely leaves a blurred patch
New Update is Awful
I’ve been using this app for years and it has worked great! I use the paid version. I have absolutely loved it for detailed editing when erasing background on logos. The newest update eraser tool doesn’t work at all you cannot change the offset or eraser width. I’m very disappointed.
Good for editing
Lowkey if your a editor and want to find a app that allows you to make pngs to whatever edit your making then this is the right app for you
Another app ruined with AI
You cannot erase your background or picture manually anymore instead added annoying useless tools and AI completely ruined the app and useless

Terrible now
New updates have ruined this app. Used to be my go to app. Now have to move on to new one
Good
Very good app helped me so much for my PowerPoint presentation
pushes to get pro
This app was so good and did everything i wanted until recently when you open it, it pops up with an add to get pro and of course the continue button works, but the exit button doesn’t. i re started the app 4 times and had the same thing every single time.
Não funciona mais
Utilizava o app há anos, mas atualizou e agora não salva mais em png, que era a função principal. Infelizmente tive que desinstalar.
I do not like the latest update.
The total overhaul has ruined this app for me and I’ve been using it for years. It crops the size of your background photo, and you can’t maneuver your cutout however you want. A technical improvement would have sufficed. A total redesign ruined an easy effective tool. I’m looking elsewhere for a better app.
You ruined a great app
Background eraser was a great app. Now it's "AI Background eraser" and the app is TERRIBLE. They ruined a great app.
Thank you.. it’s very cool .
Glad to use this app
DAMN this be annoying.
Either my fingers have gotten fatter, or the X button that appears in the premium bit doesn’t work anymore, I’ve been using this app for years, and all of a sudden I can’t push the X button, so I’m essentially being held hostage and the only way to get free from it is if a get the free trial, but my dumbass will forget to turn it off within 3 days. I’m certain this is somewhat intentional, screw you>:(
.
i liked the app at first it was more useful than the update they made as i see but i deleted it cuz i cant do the background by myself and fix things so pls if you can fix it again thanks, i give 3 stars cuz of the update and the ads that are not for children that is young and scam ads, pls make the ads normal and fix this issue 🫡, and goodbye.

Daily
Update ruined it
Ever since the update, the background eraser function is complete trash. It always erases a chunky of the object I’m trying to cut out, and it’s just not worth my time anymore to mess around with an app that doesn’t work.
Awesome app😁
I have downloaded , and used this app for about a week , and its a great app for background changing
