I d like to start by pointing out the high level of efficiency in handling order mistakes or hassles made by the customer. This is not easily found in some businesses . Employees of customer service are efficient , kind and patient . The app is excellently designed . The quality of their products their fine taste and costant addition of new items is exquisite

اسوأ تطبيق توصيل ورد فشلوني مرتين في الإمارات وفي السعودية وجودة الورد سيئة وغير مقبوله وحتى نوع الباقات ماتواجه ابد في الصورة كانها كبيره ومنوعة وفي الحقيقة مره صغييرة وفاضيه تفشل، غير انهم يوصلون الطلبات للمهدى لهم ناقصه بالذات الفاوتشرز ادفع حقها وماتوصل للمهدى له واذا كلمتهم يقولون اوه نساها السائق ليه أصلا فيه هالخيار وليه لازم اشيك أنا مافيه اهتمام منهم اببدددا

اول كانت جودة الورد ممتازه السنتين الاخيرات اقل من عادي وتذبل بسرعه سواء بوكيه او فازه مقارنةً بالاسعار؟ تطبيق منفووووووخ وفيه له بدائل كثيره افضل وارخص وبجوده اعلى وتقديم افضل وكرييتڤ اكثر لذلك قررت اسحب عليهم واتعاون مع المتاجر السعوديه سعر وجوده وتقديم فخم ويواجه
Bad attitude by driver and worst customer service ever
The driver leaves if you don’t respond within 10 mins then tells you he will deliver again tomorrow, ok sir I’ll push my daughter birthday to tomorrow so it suits your schedule
Very upsettttt
They don’t deliver on time, order not expected, cheap quality i have paid 500sar for a very bad service and quality and they have ruined the surprise 0/10

جودة المنتجات التي تم طلبها و توصيلها كانت مخيبة للأمال وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء كان الرد يفتقر لأدنى مستوى من الحرفية و الاهتمام بالعملاء 👎👎👎

وصل الورد ذابل وتواصلت وكتبت تعليق ومحد عمل شي احراج مع الي راسلته لهم

صراحه تعاملهم جدا خايس طلبت هديه وارسل لهم الموقع ولكن للاسف ماوصلوها بنفس اليوم هذا غير اسعارهم الي مبالغ فيها 👎🏻
Customer service is not what you expected
When you put an order they send once a WhatsApp message to the recipient and if he or she doesn’t respond they just leave it there you have to follow them your self or it will be holded and never delivered it occurred to me multiple times

المستلم تاخر في استلام الهدية في 26 يونيو وطلبت من المستلم تحديث موعد الاستلام الى 27 يونيو ودخلت التطبيق ومالقيت ان الموعد تحدث قالوا لازم اسوي اعادة جدوله من عندي وتاخر يوم زياده لهم ثلاث ايام يماطلون في التوصيل مع اني طالبه هدية توصيل سريع في غضون 90 دقيقه على قولتهم بس اخذ مني ثلاث ايام اخر شي الورود ذابله
