Inaccurate Calorie Tracking – Disappointed
I compared my Fitbit data with the app’s synced results and noticed major discrepancies. Despite Fitbit recording heart rate and route accurately, the app ignored its calorie calculations and generated a much lower figure. Even after manual edits, the app gave different results for the same activity. This inconsistency makes the data unreliable. I’ve decided to stop using it after a short trial. Needs serious improvement before it can be trusted for fitness tracking.
I watch capabilities
I find that this app is extremely helpful and my tracking of health issues on the daily basis, such as my glucose, weight, and blood pressure. However, I wish that you would give me the capabilities of being able to track my medications, including those non-diabetic related plus supplements that I have to take on a daily basis. If you could also consider adding I watch capability, that would be helpful. It’s the only reason why I give it four stars out of five.

H2S makes it easy to keep track of all my vitals in one place. It syncs well with my various health apps.
Everything is so SLOW on this app…
The app works very slow. The food category selection in the Diet is so poorly designed, complicated to find the right food. And only work with Fitbit, how about Garmin and others.
OK but needs improvement in fields offered in tracking progress
I like the organization of the diary, but it needs improvements. It does not have a specific field for tagging a reading as fasting, premeal or post meal but relies an time and broad time based set of pre and post breakfast/lunch/dinner which is awkward since meals cannot be at a time called breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is no note field for adding information on readings. It does sync with meters, but getting the sync timing is a challenge

New update bad
New update caused the app to fail to open. Only the beginning symbol shows and goes no further then crashes. Please fix!
Helpful statistics
I find this app very helpful to keep track of all the many components of my type two diabetes. I feel like this information is very important and this gives me a really good platform to present this data to my healthcare provider so we can make better decisions on my health care. It also keeps me accountable from day to day and encourages me to to try better to improve my daily stats.

Real Help
Good system for accountability. Helps maintain the record so drs visit has something tangible to show progress or lack thereof. Easy to use and comprehensive. Covers the major areas of routine health monitoring. Need to add a column for the new Kardia readings. Good work - keep it up!! Kudos!!!

Wonderful!
I needed something that I could track blood sugar, blood pressure, food, meds, exercise etc. I didn’t want multiple apps. This covers it all! Not only that but if you need help, support gets back to you right away! Mark that one down! They really care. So glad I found this. I have recommended to many people and will tell my doctor about it next time I’m in. Keep up the good work.
Slow to nothing
I have a iPhone 12 Pro plus with IOS15.6.1 and I am unsatisfied with the this application the slowness kills it. Some updates don’t show and it lack auto update communication on some good fields. Dan

The most important app I use to track Blood Glucose. My Doctor like the 90 day averages. I like how it works. Did have a little problem with app not working. Had to uninstall and reinstall.
Not syncing with Apple Health
My data hasn’t synced in 2 months. I’ve updated the app and even deleted and reinstalled and it still won’t sync. If thats the case then I might as well just input my glucose directly into Apple Health and skip your app.

Update Broke App
Loved this app for over a year, then after last update, app just freezes. Hope they fix soon.
Easy to Use
After trying several I found this app to be the easiest to use and having numbers accessible. I like the notes section and even the mood choices when applicable. I wish it would sync with Libre 3 and maybe sync with more CGMs.

Sharon information is too difficult
I’ve been using Health2Sync to manage my health data, and while the app offers some helpful features, I’ve encountered a major issue: sharing information with my doctor is far more difficult than it should be. I need to send updates both in the morning and afternoon, and the current process is frustratingly complicated. For an app designed to support patient-doctor communication, this is a serious limitation. Honestly, a simple “Share” button would make a huge difference. Something that allows me to quickly send my latest readings or logs directly to my doctor without jumping through multiple steps. I hope the developers consider this in future updates—it would greatly improve the app’s usability and make daily health management much smoother.

This app does everything you need to keep track of your diabetes. AI provides instant feedback at the push of a button. The layout is excellent and not complicated.
Cannot Connect My Bluetooth BP & Glucose Monitor
I don’t get it! This app is kinda useless, there’s only a few option to connect my Bluetooth Blood Pressure. Yes they do have an OMRON Blood Pressure but it’s in a different model 😤, so with with my Glucose Monitor it has a CONTOUR but of a different model? This site never updated their Blood Pressure and Glucose monitors!😩🥴

Awesome App, worth the money!!
I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for most of my life. I’ve spent a fair amount of time researching & looking for an App to track & self manage my diabetes. Health2Sync does just exactly what’s needed, tracks on a daily basis, medication reminders that work consistently, glucose check reminders as well. This is very important in keeping diabetes in check along with suggestions & meal tips you can’t ask for a better App.. Setup is easy, Account works on more than one device which is awesome since I see my reminders on my Apple Watch as well. The Support is awesome, quick response to any inquiry usually within 24 hrs & a follow-up as well. Updates are always provided when needed which shows this is a Company that cares… Awesome work Health2Sync Staff well earned 5 Star, if I could give more than 5 Stars I would…
Terms of use agreement
After downloading this app I plowed through the terms of use agreement. After 15 minutes of reading, I finally came to the hold harmless, indemnification clause. WOW. After reading further I decided that giving up so many rights just wasn’t worth it. I then deleted the app WITHOUT accepting. I suggest you read it carefully as it could come back and bite you. This is the longest and most inclusive hold harmless agreement I have encountered. Before you accept, READ.
Better than the blood meter’s data
I like the chart, table, and the pdf report is much better than the one from my glucose meter. It does lack capability to sync with my old and new meter’s so I have to enter data manually. Also doesn’t sync with my scale.
Doesn’t automatically sync and too noisy
My old meter just automatically synced this app requires me to tell it to sync. I miss the old app This is a jungle of features most I can’t use. There should be a way to pick the ones I use and hide the others.
Just want I needed
I’ve been looking for an apple like this for a while. I can log my information and bring it to my doctor as I as needed. It helps me stay on track.
Broke an excellent app!
This used to be a great app, but they added so much complexity in clicking through screens to just add a reading! The latest version requires multiple screen clicks to just add a reading! Bring back the previous version! It worked great!
Intuitive, easy to navigate
I like the bot showing me trends along the way. I like one app tracking multiple things like Bg, Lb, BP, Food, notes. Nice. One star lost for capping sharing to just three times.
Finally - an app that tracks it all!
I have been tracking blood sugars, food, weight, exercise, etc. all manually and in different apps. This app does it all now with the exception of it not syncing with my smart watch. It’s super simple to use, the layout isn’t too feature heavy and I can easily share data with others (apparently there’s a limit to how many times I can share with the free version). Customer service is non-existent and offers no support when needed, and is why I’m not giving this the full 5 stars.
