Like it, but…
I love this app. I’m looking for a hybrid or remote position, so this app is perfect. However, unsure if my resume is being looked at. Still trying to figure out how to best utilize this app to my advantage.
It leaves much to be desired..
For a paid app, this is insanely basic and especially considering that some of the jobs I clicked on were either expired when you go to the actual job link or it takes you to a different job website that you need to pay for. There is no proper listings filter, and no option to filter the 'One cluck apply' jobs. The vast majority of the jobs I see would take me to external links, and it feels more like a referral website than an actual job website that you pay for. And for those expired jobs, there is no way to report them or vote them down. So you will see them again and other will too. And the search query will never not show anything. It will show you unrelated jobs if your search yields no actual results.
Useful but not user friendly
I think it’s useful, and the customer service was helpful when the app glitched. But it’s not very user friendly. The most frustrating part is when you are scrolling jobs, every time you go back to the jobs list after viewing a job.. it takes you back to the top. It should take you back to where you left off. It becomes too tedious to spend more than a few minutes looking.

Not safe
Bought it and I paid the exorbitant fee. Not only can you not apply from the website it takes you to the company site where you find yourself for the next hour, carefully placing your résumé in various slots. It actually is a broken app and is subject to SQL injection/corruption. I downloaded the app and it already had broken username and corrupted password.
The Website is Better than the App
Needs some love and attention to make the buttons more responsive and less laggy when adjusting job filters. Hard to use app. I’m on a new iPhone.

Flex Jobs is the easiest place to find a job
I have found two different jobs since signing up for flex jobs. Both have been in insurance and claims.
Total scam!
Five years ago, this was a good place to find remote work. They used to post job ads that were unique, but now they’re copying and pasting them just as bad as the free sites do. I only wanted to pay for one month, but they automatically charged me for an entire year! Deeply disappointing.
Similar experience on webpage and app
Note 1) Same thing everyone else is saying really, extremely high amounts of bachelor degree jobs, little to no actual filtering with education and experience available, very poor app design, if your reading this you were probably doing better throwing your application into the void of indeed, at least it wasn’t paid. Note 2) Okay tried the webpage out a bit more, come to this conclusion, the recommendation/we’ll get you jobs you qualify for feature does not work, however these do seem to have direct links to these companies so it is definitely better than applying on indeed. I’ll do this, if I get more responses per application on here then indeed the rating should read four stars, if I get no different it should be two. Note 3) Promise is a promise, if it’s auto match feature, the thing they’re selling that matches you with the job you qualify for worked it’d be a five, but I get more responses and they genuinely seem to have jobs that’d are hiring, I’d recommend this if your looking for a job right now but willing to search for it.
Impossible to cancel the subscription
I have sent an email, I have tried other options, nothing stopping this app from charging my card. Please make a button called “Subscription cancellation”.
Glitchy app
App is so glitchy it never shows the jobs I click on. It just goes back to the homepage
Subscription only
The marketing images and description lead me to believe that this app was free, but it is unfortunately subscription only. The mention of the subscription is way down in the description.
Counterproductive
Paying for a subscription to job search is absolutely ridiculous. A previous reviewer used the word “predatory” and I couldn’t agree more.
Scam
If it sounds too good to be true, you might just be right. Scamming people who are just trying to get by is wild. But to each their own.

You can find the same remote job listings on Indeed and LinkedIn for free instead of paying an unnecessary subscription fee!

You have to PAY for a subscription to view job postings! 🤯 Pay before finding out if there are even jobs I would be interested in? How predatory.
